I have purchased two pairs of custom made boots from Bronco Western Wear. The first are a pair of bias cut black cherry Crocodile and the second are a pair of black Stingray. These are simply two of the best pair of boots I own. I asked for the bias cut Crocodile in black cherry and I asked that the Stingray not have the white diamond on the boot vamp since I believe it cheapens the look. It is very hard to describe the absolute stunning look of the Stingrays when light hits them. The pictures do not do them justice, they are sort of a combination of black pearls and black diamonds but also have a velvet like look.I have and will continue to purchase boots from different retail establishments but Bronco is without a doubt my top choice if i want something unique that cannot be found any were else and reasonably priced.

Best quality boots man for good price

This is the second time buying at Bronco and have had 2 great experiences. The gentleman helping was not the owner but had been the same person both times. He is very knowledgeable and gave my son personlized service. He got a really nice style of Justin boots. We will definitely make this the first place we look every time we need cowboy boots.They have a really nice selection of leather belts, hats and wallets as well. These were just not items we were shopping for today.

Fantastic! They sell top of the line boots at as good or better prices than the big name stores. They also have their own brand boot with each being custom made for you. Their brand boot is as well made as the top name boots and at a much better price. Great knowledge of fitting & anything else you might want to know about boots. Knowledge and pleasure to work with. Great experience ordering Lucchese boots online for hubbys bday. Once he opened them, they were clearly used with scratches and scuffed. Called and basically was told that my issue/complaint was impossible. He said they were already discounted and maybe we got the one from the floor that people try on? Either way, our 600 dollar order was damaged and not willing to rectify our issue.Update: Husband called and they were willing to exchange the boots for another (different but nicer) pair due to not having any of the ones we ordered in inventory (I assume we got the last 😀).Overall, happy with the resolution.

I actually had my cc information stolen, called to let them know and the guy that answered didnt care. Said they are protected basically doesnt care that I tried to give them a heads up so they dont lose merchandise. Very uncaring in understanding that I dont shop at places like that. Single income mom getting screwed by this company and they could care less.

Of all the big boot stores in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area we bought boots at this place. The storefront is very unassuming and we didn’t think we would buy boots here but they had a good selection of quality boots and Paul the salesman was very knowledgeable and very nice and not pushy. We will go here for all our future boot purchases!

I tried to buy 2 walllets and both were out of stock. I was told I would get a refund so I purchased another wallet on line. I was then told that one wallet would be refunded but the 2nd one was actually in stock....this is afte I was told it wasnt and i would get a refund.... they wont admit their mistake and I will NEVER buy anything from them again

Came back for a second pair of boots and they were above and beyond what I had specified in the design process. The workmanship on the boots was first rate and even given a compliment by my future mother in law. The black outed full quill Ostrich design with my initials brand were far better than the example I gave. These place is a true gem in the Dallas shopping world and would highly recommend to anyone who is a veteran boot wearer or a first time boot buyer.
