I purchased my son a used car. I had to do some repairs to it. The dealership wanted to charge a crazy price to repair. I have used Castrol Premium Lube on all my cars once the warranty expired. They have never disappointed me. Plus they are honest about what they can not do, as well as being friendly. I have relocated a few times and I always look for Castrol Lube or make the sacrifice and drive because it is worth going the extra mile.

Showed up for an oil change and was greeted by a guy who was either having a bad day or hated his job.Told me 45 minutes until they could get me in to start the oil change and to line up along the building.. I left and went to Take 5 in Hiram and was in and out in 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me all while the guy helping write the order was super friendly and happy to help even in the rain.

Good service. Scott did an amazing job changing my oil and the service was fast and affordable.

Called to ask if they accept Enterprise Fleet oil changes and I was told they do by a very helpful young man. Very polite and helpful. I am going tomorrow because of the great care received by phone. Highly recommend! 👌

I have used this Castrol (Dallas) multiple times for my oil changes. The staff is always very friendly and there is rarely, if ever, much of a wait time. They let you know what your car needs but theyve never been pushy about it. I had my oil changed yesterday and the lady who helped me (Tyler?) made the experience comfortable as she was very friendly and easy to talk to.

They are always friendly and move quickly. They recommend services and arent pushy. Its my favorite oil change place.

A friend told me about this place. I didnt really want to drive 30 miles to get an oil change on a Friday through all the traffic, but it was well worth it. As soon as I drove up Ashley motioned me in the bay and in a very professional manner explained everything. 15 minutes later I was done. What a relief. Beats other places where you have to wait in line for 2 hours.I definitely recommend Castrol Premium Lube Express - Dallas. They are awesome. If I had more stars to give I would.

Howard and Mike really took care of me. When there was additional work to be done on my truck after what we discussed, they did it for free. Cant ask more of an auto shop than that. I would and do recommend this place any chance I get.

Horrible experience!!! I had new brakes Installed and they were not installed properly. The following day the brake pad got loose and I had to reinstall it. When trying to reinstall, I had to buy a new tire iron because the mechanics tweaked my lug nuts so bad. After checking the other tires, the front driver side tire’s lug nuts were so loose I could tighten them by hand. This tire would have fallen off within a week or two. Never use this place!

Had some issues with my car after I got my oil changed, took it back and they fixed everything for free. I will definitely be coming back here to get my oil changed from now on. The staff is very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend coming here if you live in the Dallas area.

Just relocated to GA last month and this was my first oil change. Awesome customer service from first contact until I drove out the bay! This will be my oil change location of choice until they give me a reason to search elsewhere!

Normally I do all the maintenance on my vehicles but due to the rain and colder than normal weather I reluctantly took my truck in for an oil change. I expected the typical long wait and pushy technicians trying to up sell you a service. I couldnt have been more wrong at your location. As soon as I arrived there was a bay opened and I was directed in. The tech asked me what oil I wanted and gave me all the pricing up front. He was very friendly and cutstomer oriented. No upsell pressure at all. I stayed in my truck as instructed and noticed how all three of the technicians interacted with other customers. I noticed a lot of communication between the techs as to oil and amount and verification with each other. They added air to my tires as well as washer fluid. When the tech finished with my truck he went directly to another bay to work and a second tech came right out to verify I was satisfied and ask for payment. I was even given a promotional NFL stocking cap that I was not aware was being offered. Before I left the original tech stopped me to verify I received my stocking cap. All in all I was there less than 10min. After this awesome service I may not ever change my own oil again and bring all 4 of my vehicles to that location when time for service. I have already told several neighbors of my very positive experience.

I was nervous going to a garage because over 10 yrs i had a horrible experience at a different name brand facility. I have only let my husband change it ever since. But life is busy and I needed it done. These guys were super nice when I got my emissions done so I took a deep breathe and gave them a shot.I wasnt disappointed! Again, super friendly, nice atmosphere. I got to stay in my vehicle and I was in and out in no time! And since im a healthcare hero they gave me a discount! I felt appreciated and taken care of. Ill for sure be back every 3,000 miles :-)

Good quality quick service

While the staff are nice, Im not sure they know how hybrids work. I went in for an oil change and an emissions test. They kept having me press the start button on the car during the emissions test which shorted out the battery. After the car died completely, they said it was likely the FOB and I pointed out it cant be the FOB because the hazards wouldnt work. They also mentioned my car doesnt have a battery which I informed them it does, to which they said again it didnt, until I explained theres a battery located in the trunk. Ended up having to have the car towed and have the battery replaced. $600 between the tow and the new battery (a bit more expensive for hybrids), still need an emissions test and an oil change.

I have now taken my car in three times for an oil change as well as an emissions inspection and new brakes and rotors. They always do a great and speedy job. The waiting area is clean and pleasant and all the guys who work there are professional and friendly. They always make sure I have the latest coupons and discounts which I appreciate. Highly recommend especially if you can go on a weekday you will be in and out quick.

Went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Very nice employees and an overall pleasant experience for a chore I usually dont like doing. Added bonus Wednesday was Ladies Day and I got an unexpected $10 off.

Tech got oil all over the front on car and windshield. Ruined my wiper blades so they replaced with a cheaper blade and 16 dollar discount. Will not be returning anytime soon!

Needed passenger tail and headlights. I brought them all the lights they needed. 4 lights in total. 2 front 2 back when i left my Drivers side tail light was out and my passanger head light was still out. I look for my head lights I brought to them and they’re gone. Now I need passanger headlight (still) and drivers tail light and to buy more lights. I would be lying if I said I didn’t regret coming here. Won’t be taking my car back. Not angry just disappointed

I’ve been coming here for my oil changes for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility was clean no problems there. It’s just a small wait room I stood outside so I had some space. However it was busy and right at lunchtime. So I can’t complain, plus rather the ladies get to sit than myself. Service was pretty quick given how busy they were. Price wise they are a bit cheaper than a few other places around me. Plus they usually have a coupons that they will gladly tell you about and let you use on site To help you out. Overall, good group here. And helpful

Ive passed this location before but never stopped in until Sunday 12/6. I wanted to go somewhere other than Jiffy Lube where the price of an oil change had nearly reached $100 on my last visit. I stopped at a few other express lube locations in my area but they were closed on Sundays and another shop that did full repairs was so slammed, it would have taken forever to get to me. I am giving this place 5 stars for being one of the few express lubes in my area open on a Sunday, getting me in and out in a timely manner, clearly explaining what they found during their tests (which everything checked out OK) and being much more reasonably priced than Jiffy. Will definitely visit again when I just need an oil change.

I love that they didn’t just provide a service I didn’t ask for and charge me for it (happened to me twice before elsewhere) And they even went as far as to pull the car to the door and open the back door for me so I could get my nephew in the car easily. Recently went for oil change with my own oil and filter. Was charged $30 for the labor. I had 5 quarts of oil and oil level was at mid when I checked it when I got home. I have had my oil changed before with my own oil and it usually remains a little and l get it back I didnt this time...and the oil level is usually higher. Oil change was extremely fast hence the 2 stars but I dont think I will go back... l also had my filter changed the last time I did my oil change and I was not due yet.... so dont know if filter was changed .... I guess overall it is just that feeling of mistrust....

Do not believe the five star ratings here. The technicians are offering a 10% discount for a five star review if done at the time of service. This sort of behavior totally destros any integrity in the review process and goes to show the management is willing to lie in order to drive business from Google.
