My husband drives an 18 wheeler and needed a tire replaced. The employees were on top of it and did a great job. Very friendly. If you need a tire I recommend going here.

Nice people but they will not honor a warranty. my tire has been there for 2 months and they keep giving me the run around. I’ve bought all my tires from here and this is the first time I had a problem. the tire failed because of the valve stem they installed failed

Got there at 8am and was told they had already filled all there alignments for the day

I went to get 2 new steer tires and I have black powder coated wheels and the tech installing the tires took a sander to the wheel and when I stopped him he said he thought that it was just dirt and grease that he didnt think they were powder coated so I went and told the front desk and I was told sorry we dont know what to tell you. Southern tire mart just lost a customer no returning to them. Thats a picture of the wheel before he ruined it.

Drove on the lot 10 minutes till closing with the tire that was about to blow.Hector Rodriguez didnt let 10 minutes till closing stop him from giving me excellent service.Very professional in his customer service and with his and my time.All the shop guys kicked in like the A-Team. GREAT TEAM WORK!30 minutes later I was back on the road. Thank you guys a ton. God bless all of you .

First, thank God for the credit I got from FCNA, then, I want to say that Southern Tires Mart, has the best CS, and prices, Hector did pretty good.

My Harley clutch needed to be adjusted on my way to work this morning. and one of the mechanics let me borrow one of his tools so I could make the adjustment. and get on to work. that was really nice of him.

Fast friendly service. Not as busy as some of the more well known stores. So if time is a issue give them a try they are good without all the overhead advertisements.

First thing in the morning and they were crazy busy. But they took good care of this out of state trucker. Got me in and out fast!!! Gee, I almost had to wait! Its crowded here but they all did a wonderful job moving trucks around safely and in a timely manner. Ill be back if I need another tire!

Never again came in at 10:45 for alignment and tire balance alignment finally done at 2:40 pm and then get put behind 10 more trucks for tire balance no exscues piss poor service probably going to be 8 hours to have this work done. Sad

First come first serve! Very nice people. Needed an alignment, in and out in less than 2 hours.

Prices were pretty reasonable...as usual wish the wait time was shorter but it wasnt bad at all...will go back for more tires...remember you get what you pay for with tires so sometimes best to spend a little extra and roll with confidence.
