Super fast, polite service, but I was the only one there wearing a mask. Both tires on the driver side were flat. I asked them to rotate them so both new ones would be either from or rear. Not sure if they did not hear me, or understand me, but it was not done.

Finally got a reason to go there! Theyre the only ones in the area with my size in stock and I dont have to wait for the Pony Express to be delivered . they didnt complain when I only needed two and I was in and out in record time and was so happy at the way the car drives with these new tires!

Stripped off 2 lug nuts and didnt even tell me.. Now I have to replace 2 Strip studs and Lug nuts... Cant believe he let me drive out of there like that and then Didnt warn me that he messed up...

Got a quote from Costco saying you need to put $500 new tires on due to a simple puncture? Come here instead. They had me in and out within 15 minutes for literally $10. Came highly recommended from my dealership and all I can say is that they were right!

I bought commercial tires for my towtruck. They didnt have the ones I wanted so they convinced me to buy Hercules brand. I didnt want to but they told me to go ahead and buy them because if anything I mean anything happens they would replace at no charge. So I bought them and Im back with a damaged tire. First they said it wasnt under warranty and after arguing with them they said yea we said that but the company doesnt do it no more. That has nothing to do with me or what they told me. The tire has wires inside coming out. They refused to exchange it even after agreeing with me about the warranty they said I have. Then he said he can change it for $100 dollars. I said no ya need to exchange it. So he refused. They said they were goin to fix it from inside only. Theres wires coming out !! Who sends their customer out on the road with a tire that puts you in danger? What tire shop says theyre gonna fix a tire thats damaged with wires coming out of it? This guys here. I used to like this place but this did it for me. They will rather lose a customer than keep their word about the warranty. This is bad business at its best. Good luck dealing with this guys. This is the last time Ill ever come here and will never tell anyone else about this place. When you tell someone something keep your word.

The gentleman here was very kind to my grandmother and explained to her what the best tire would be for her car that was in her price range. She bought a new tires this time around but when she had bought used tires here prior they lasted her about 4 years (which is pretty good if u ask me)

New tires are greatly priced but outside help needs to work on doing what you ask instead of assuming you dont know anything about tires.

These guys are great no matter what they will fix your tire even when other places tell you it cant be fixed and you need to buy a new tire if you believe them your going to spend at least $100.00 maybe more but here at Commercial tire its only $10.00

I think a lot of the reviews on here are honest and most people received good service, but I did not. The tire valve stem on my wifes car broke Saturday night while we were in town (we live in Austin) and this place was recommended plus it was one of the few places open on a Sunday morning.Dont take their hours too seriously on here, because they dont. I came and waited for a while before they unchained the parking lot and I could come in. I was quickly serviced and it seemed like they would be as fast as a lot of people claimed. This was a simple fix that I couldnt handle because we were on a trip. Over an hour later, I was still waiting. That would be normal, but there was only one other customer there. The mechanic went off to drive my wifes car three times without ever telling me what was going on. When they finally finished, I was ready to get out of there and I didnt notice that they neglected to put the tire valve caps back on. Nice attention to detail, guys. They were kind of nice caps that Ill have to order online since most auto stores dont have them.Anyway, I think I could have gotten faster, simpler service without any missing pieces from somewhere else.

Arrived at 6pm with a major hole in my tire. Jorge is awesome! Best auto repair place, hands down. They have worked on several of my vehicles and I will always go there. No BS, no haggling, excellent customer service!

My tire pressure light came on and I decided to stop by a pep boys store near me. I was told there was a nail in my tire that wasn’t repairable and would need a new one that would cost $95 but had to wait a two hours for the tire to be delivered. They also proceeded to tell me that I would need to replace all four tires.Thank goodness I found this place! The very nice gentleman greeted me as soon as I pulled up and told me he would be able to patch up the hole for only $15! I also had them check my tires and said I wouldn’t need to replace them for at least another 6 months. Everyone was very HELPFUL and HONEST. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes of being there. This will definitely be my go to place for any future needs.

These guys were awesome!!! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable team. I needed mechanical maintenance work done in addition... to my surprise they were able to get it all done while I was at work utilizing the adjacent shop, Love Field Auto repair Javier was great! He even drove me to work a mile away. Highly recommend!!!

Did a good job. Replaced my tire and repaired 2 that had nails in them. Yeah 3 bad tires . Wasnt a good day but they did a great job for me. Was there about an hour. Had several people in front of me. Not bad on the wait time I thought.

Family owned and operated, Jorge and company are like having your own personal pit crew at your disposal. No 2 hour (Discount Tire) wait to have a nail pulled and get your tire patched, these guys get you back on the road FAST. Road hazard protection on all tires they sell, new and used, I have been a customer for over 20 years and continue to be one even though I now live 50 miles away in Burleson. I still take our cars back to this place.

I stopped coming to this location. Their tires do not last at all. There was this guy that fixed my tire, but did not even tell me what was wrong. He fixed it and gave me a paper to pay inside. Another day, I came to get air on my tires and I was on my way to Oak Cliff. As soon as I got off the bridge that turns from Inwood to Hampton my tire popped! 😡
