I always come to this particular Jiffy Lube because Rob and the fellows are always fast and efficient and communicate very well what needs to be done. I like that they give me options and are so responsive to all my questions. I will be back for the next checkup.

This location is Amazing! They got me in and out quickly and Brian was super friendly and professional and let me know exactly what my vehicle needed. They even vacuumed my interior for me which was great!Price is a little high for the oil changes But I was able to get in and out in less than an hour so it was worth it.I will definatly be back!

The work from the employees was absolutely a 5 star, they did a great job on my oil change and did it quick! I left a one star review because these boys should not have to wear masks when they’re outside and while they work on our cars, in the lobby is understandable but not out in the bay. The owner needs to grow a pair and do what’s right! Let them take those masks off!!

I went in for an oil change and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The workers were very friendly and professional, and one of them even offered me a coupon towards the price of the oil change. They recommended additional services, but they didn’t push me to pay for anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I’m grateful for this convenient business in our little community!

I contacted this location for a price on new tires for my pickup truck. I instantly received some options and requested a text message picture of the tire I thought I wanted. I thought the price was very good so I said order them. (35-12.50-18) I made an appointment for Saturday, went in got the tires installed, also a front end alignment and oil change. The whole process was so fast and smooth. The crew was above and beyond my expectations. I will be taking my car in next week. The facility was nice and clean too! Happy customer

Went in for an oil change...supposedly that included other amenities like vacuuming and window cleaning. Window looked poorly done and I could not tell it was vacuumed. I now wonder if they even changed my oil right... dont think Ill be using them again...Seems like they prefer QUANTITY vs QUALITY IN THEIR WORK!

Im usually a fan of this location, but on this day, (Tuesday April 6) I was not. Communication with me was poor but between management and the workers it was great, not work related, but great. They were finally able to change my oil and, but from what I could tell from my driver side view, not much else was done. Most always they will check lights, blinkers, window washing fluid, tire air pressure and more. I ended up asking if they could put air in my right rear tire. My vehicle was showing it as being 8 lbs shy of where it needed to be. They check all four tires and said all good and off I went. I got home, checked the tire pressure reading myself and the vehicle was correct, 8 lbs low. Im going to find it hard to go back and certainly cannot refer it to anyone. Too bad, I like the place. Blah.

We were visiting from out of town when we had tire trouble. Les Scwabb told us it would be a 3 hour wait to take the tire off and replace it with our spare. We went down the road to Jiffy Lube and they helped us right away and didnt charge us. Thank you for your courteous and professional treatment.

After disappointing experiences recently with auto services/repair, I tried Jiffy Lube for the first time--and was very pleasantly surprised! Oil change was quick, efficient, reasonably priced, and friendly employees noted a few services for the future. Would definitely recommend--and will definitely return!

They were pretty busy when I arrived but they got right to work on my windshield rock repair. They explained the process prior to starting and the results were so much better than I had seen with other windshield repairs. Excellent work!

We came in with a problem with our vehicle we couldnt handle. To be honest we werent sure they could either. Not only did they help us, but after Shane fixed our problem in no time at all Rob the Manager refused to let me pay! He simply said No charge today Awesome service and professionalism because it was a task!

I was waiting for some time and a person that came after me was serviced before me. The last time I was here, I had to move twice to allow the next person to be serviced, which was rightfully so, and was impressed. I had to ask for vacuum and window washing, which I thought was automatically included in the conventional oil change. They didnt check the wipers or all lights, as I thought was included as well, but signed off as ok and checked.....

They were awesome gave me exactly what I needed and were not pushy whatsoever will definitely go back.

They were very friendly and courtesy. They werent 100% sure of the problem and didnt want me to just throw money at what might not be the problem. It could have been two different things that mimick each other. So I chose to wait and see if it got worse to find out which of the two it really is.

Great service center! They showed me a laser image of my tires Tread depth which is something I’ve never seen before and thought was really cool.They gave me a tire quote which was Much cheaper than les schwab So that was also awesome! I will be returning

The guys at Jiffy lube were all so professional. They got me in really quick. They were able to flush my coolant and transmission very quickly. They also provide military discount which was a plus. I would recommend them to everyone.

Service was what I expected. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Just went to this location and was really surprised with their service. I’ve gone to other jiffy lubes or service stations before and they are always rude and trying to up sell me on tons of services when i told them I just wanted an oil change. This place was completely different. I was greeted very quickly and met with to talk about what I wanted done. They quickly inspected my car and I was out literally with in 15 mins. It wasn’t super busy but they had a few cars in the bay. They checked all my cars essentials. Changed my oil and filter. Did some vacuuming of the inside. Put air in my tires all for no extra fee. Robbie Kyle and Kiley were all very professional and courteous. It’s always a treat when businesses are friendly and efficient. Def recommend visiting the Dallas Jiffy Lube. Thanks guys

Kyle was very helpful and professional in explaining and performing my tire, spark plug. And transmission service. Will definetly return in the future.

Prompt service.Only issue is that there was some oils spillage on the engine which took an entire day to burn off while driving. Imagine every time you slow down or come to a stop the smell of burning oils filling the car. I expected a higher level of attention to detail, this trip let me down.

My Expedition was not running right. Very little power and jerky. I went to Jiffy Lube in Dallas, thats where I always go cause they treat me right. Kyle checked our oil etc and everything was ok., but the battery was bad. I had a new battery for it in the cargo, so he installed it for us and noticed the vacuum hose was broke so he fixed that also. Checked the tires etc. Great guy, very nice and professional. The staff at this location was very friendly and attentive. They were efficient and thorough. The waiting area was clean with a coffee station, kids corner, and a technology charging station. It is worth a short drive for the wonderful service that they provide.

Only had cars go there 3 times. First 2 awseome experience. 3rd there were alot of trainees and they over filled my oil. Created a few problems. The manager was great and looked into who needed more training and what happened.

Our first experience with this location was not good at all. Employees were untrained and lacked and real information needed to do their job. Customer service was terrible and we left we our car making a strange sound. Today our visit exceeded every point downfall of before. We were greeted by a nice gentleman who let is know it would be only a fifteen minute wait. When we pulled into the bay the Manager Monte greeted us and asked questions about our vehicle I have never even heard before. Good real information. With visual facts and was extremely knowledgeable. Friendly every employee seems to know what there are doing and did it with a smile. We will most definitely be returning to this location because of the experience Monte gave to us. Thanks team for changing out outlook on the business.

Had a great visit got my front brakes replaced and they found another problem that they fixed.

I went to see if they could help me with one spark plug I was having trouble with. Patrick, the mechanic (that apparently will now be working up at the pdx jiffy lube and no longer at Lancaster (which sucks))helped not only change out the plug but offered to get all the wires changed I was having trouble with and for a very reasonable price. Also my check engine light was on due to the plug needing changed, he got it turned off and recommended I go to the Dallas location if it turns back on and ask for Jeremiah since Patrick has all his tools packed and moved already, the check engine light unfortunately came back on and I did what was recommended. Jeremiah was awesome as well, he had already left for the day but after getting a call from the Dallas location and told the situation he came back just to help me, he ran a few tests and told me what needed to be done, I cant express how thankful I am to these two and both jiffy lubes, I just moved down here from Beaverton and use to only go to the bvtn jiffy lube but am so happy to see your jiffy lubes have amazing workers that go out of their way to help those in need as well. Will definitely be back to these for oil changes and other mechanical issues I cant fix myself...

The Dallas, OR location is exactly what makes a small local community exactly what it is. They take extra steps to ensure you know what is going on. They even always try to find discounts to help save you a little money. This is one of the few email ads I actually keep and am happy to subscribe to. Not a lot of emails, enough to be there when I need them.

Very fast and friendly crew! One of the techs, I believe his name was Rob, was out to greet me in seconds, he then showed me inside and helped me understand everything, cause Im an idiot when it comes to cars. Everybody did their jobs very well. I am extremely happy with this Jiffy Lube!!

Above and beyond helpful. Had a stripped oil pan drain bolt. Had to weld a socket on because of how stripped it was. Very helpful and very kind. Thank you!
