Website is very misleading. It says they take any make and model, but I was turned away because I have a Toyota. I have had good experiences with other QuickLane locations, but will not be coming back to this one

Id like to thank John Green for taking the time out of a very busy day to help me get a quick fix on my F-150. His friendly customer service and positive attitude will have me coming back to this dealership time and time again, and for certainly as long as he is there. John Green is the reason I continue using Quick Lane at Park Cities Ford Lincoln. I recently moved to Celina but make the drive just to see John. He provides exemplary service exceeding standards. He is knowledgably and consumer friendly. Be sure to register online or by phone but ask for John Green. You will not be disappointed.

I know there are many 1-star reviews already, but if you read only one, check this one. This place is the most overpriced/lowest quality location to have your car repaired. NEVER get the “multi-point inspection” as it’s a waste of money and, despite taking my car here specifically every six months, they missed critical issues costing me hundreds of dollars. In all, take your car LITERALLY anywhere else for better service / price.TL;DR: This place is a absolute scam. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Ive used this dealership for their quicklane service in the past and this last time I had them tell me I had an outer tie rod issue. I scheduled a time to bring it in and sat for 3 hours while the mechanic took a look at the vehicle. When they finally came back they told me that I not only had an outer tie rod issue but also both control arms, ball joints, struts, and sway bar were all worn and in bad condition. They told me to rent a vehicle for the weekend while they fix all of those issues for the tune of $2400. Im a 24 year old guy who doesnt have that kind of money and didnt get the work done that day. I took the car instead to another shop to have them give me a second opinion, they found nothing. I took it to a third shop, they again found nothing. I took it to a fourth shop, this time another Ford Quicklane, they found nothing. I cant express how disappointed I am in the way I was treated and the way that this place was dishonest with me while wasting 3 hours of my time to come up with some fake issue that was wrong with my vehicle and then charging me $75 for their labor! Please look elsewhere to have any repairs done and dont trust any of their advice on issues with your vehicle without getting a second opinion, or third, or fourth. Very DISAPPOINTED!
