They had lost by business a couple years back after one too many bad experiences, but won it back last week. My car wouldnt start- so I jumpstarted it and took it to Toyota of Irving. They tested the battery on the spot with my car still running, said it was fine, and that I would need to do a $129 diagnostic test. I passed on that and drove it over to Toyota of Dallas for a second opinion. I told them about the battery test and they said They shouldnt have tested the battery with the car running right after its been jumpstarted. You have to turn it off and wait an hour or so before testing to really know. They also mentioned there was a recall notice out about the SOS system draining the battery on Camrys that they would check for me. (something else Toyota of Irving didnt ask/check).So they ran the test, found out it WAS the battery, and gave me a new one under the warranty. Now my car starts immediately with no hesitation. I also went in for an oil change this past week, and both times have really appreciated how friendly and professional everyone is at Toyota of Dallas. They werent pushy about unnecessary tests or maintenance- one thing that drove me away from them a few years back. And they provided me with excellent trustworthy service and I really felt valued. Thank you!

I waited in the service drive, watching at least four advisors sit and chat behind their glass windows without giving me a second look. I got out of my car, walked directly up to them, and they didnt even look at me. I finally interrupted their chit chat to ask for help, and one of them basically rolled his eyes at me and told me to wait because he was busy. I waited for 10 minutes before getting in my car and leaving.

I came in for a simple oil change today which was done correctly as far as I can tell. However I would have appreciated being told the wait time up front. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning as I thought I could get in and out faster. It took 2 hours for nothing but an oil change. Even with a $20 coupon it still cost nearly $70. Not worth the wait. If you need basic car care, I have learned my lesson and wont go to dealerships in the future.

Gave me a quote of over $600 for a minor speaker issue, said that they cant do anything without doing a $200 5-hour full diagnostic. I was able to get this issue resolved somewhere else for far less. Avoid, they are super money hungry.

My sales Rep was Veronica Varela at Toyota of Dallas. I purchased a 2020 Avalon and it’s a beauty! I was initially torn between the Highlander and Avalon, but because V. Varela listened to what I wanted/needed, she made the process smooth and stress free and I narrowed it down to the Avalon. Then, I was certain I would have to make a weekend trip to Dallas to pick up my Avalon but it was a huge surprise when she said she would deliver to Austin. About 5 hours after making the deal, the car was in my driveway and V. Varela had all the paperwork on hand. Could not have asked for a better experience. So, if you are interested in a Toyota, call Veronica Varela at Toyota of Dallas.

I went for alignment, & I had a good experience with Toyota Dallas. After I get my car, I still have an issues then I called my wonderful young lady in service who helped me previous day. when I explained my problem to Daisy, She made an appointment to be back, & when I return, she taken care of immediately. She is very young but very mature & professional in her job. Thank you Daisy for helped me.

In case your thinking of bringing your car here for maintenance and thinks scheduling a appointment is going to make a difference. It’s NOT. I was told by the service Rep that an appointment and walk in are both in the same wait list. Came in had an appointment at 10:30 walk out at 1:15. Almost 3 HRS for an oil change with appointment.

She had shown tons of patience negotiating between showroom sales management and customer when I bought my new Toyota Rav4 recently. I have been a loyal customer since 2007 until now. I purchased three vehicles with the last two being Toyota Camrys. This place has gone downhill bad and its really from the every department. I can honestly say I have given Toyota of Dallas so many chances because I used to love them but theres too many changes and its for profit and not the customer.

I recommend you dont come here unless you absolutely have to. $129 for a simple diagnostic test, was told a part would be covered out of the $129, and was still charged for said part. They lied. The fix was such a simple fix as well, but still out of $150 for a cheap fix. Go to Firestone first.

These jokers are terrible.1. They guy who checked me in passed me off to another guy who never came to see me to tell me about the progress on my truck.2. It’s Covid 19. There are 8 people in the lobby. Why did it take 2 hours for an oil change and inspection on a Thursday at 8:30 am?3. I didn’t pass inspection because my wiper blades streaked. No kidding. Cost to replace? $50. For freaking wiper blades ? Also, $10 labor to put the blades on. Seriously??This place is a joke. I’m late for work. I hate this place with the fire of 1,000 suns.

I had a poor experience the first time I bought my tundra from this location. But they called and reassured they cleaned house. I gave them a second chance. And Im sorry to say I am once again dissappointed ..The whole experience felt like smoke and mirrors. I was about to get a newer truck and once we started discussing the paperwork, hidden fees showed up totalling over 4k.

After being approved for a truck we were waiting for financing. Ryan came in as we were waiting because we had questions. We were told that in order to get the truck we had to get one of their service plans. So when Ryan came to talk to us we told him we did not want it and his exact words were “you have to get the plan or no deal”. After telling him again we don’t want it and if we have to have it we want it in writing. He got an attitude said their nothing to put I. Writing and he would not do it Again repeating that if we did not get the add on their was no deal. I asked for the manager he said no so I repeatedly asked for the until finally he said come on. We walked from the finance lounge to the used car area. He went to talk to the manager and came back said he “he said the same thing I did and wouldn’t come over”. Sooo, Ryan and I got into a heated argument he kept repeating no “service plan no deal”. I explained to him to force someone to get a plan that they don’t want or don’t agree too is very illegal. He told me no deal and told me to leave. I said “no I will stand here all day until the manager comes”. Finance guy came by Ryan said no deal. I asked if that was my finance he said no, but as the finance guy turned around I seen my husbands name on the paper RYAN IS A LIAR. We continued to go back and forth he’s telling me to leave and me telling him no. Finally the manager came and explained in great detail why they had to add the plan (what the manager was saying made sense) I told the manager I do not trust Ryan and do not want him dealing with our lease he said “yes ma’am” and everything was cleared up and we got our truck.If you get a truck her STAY AWAY FROM RYAN! any bit of push back on add on plans he gets defensive and will try to end your deal there (shady). He is a liar and untrustworthy!

Toyota of Dallas-your service dept is taking away your business!I will never return to this dealership for any type of service ever again. This is the 2nd time Ive had negative experience with this service department. Took my car for a oil change and tire rotation today, because I received a coupon in the mail. The coupon states $24.95 for oil change and a tire rotation, sounded like a pretty good deal to me. I drove my 2008 Toyota Prius to the dealership this afternoon and was greeted by the service rep, I think his name is Aaron. He took down my mileage and tagged my vehicle.When I asked him do I need to give him the coupon now or at the end when I check out, he told me that my car will require synthetic oil which will cost me $60 something, and the coupon would not work for my car. I told him that my car has always been serviced with conventional oil and doesnt need synthetic, but his response was sorry I cannot do conventional with a take it or leave it type of attitude. I was not in the mood to escalate this to the management, because I had better things to do this afternoon other than arguing with him. I left and took it to the local mechanic down the street, had my oil change completed in one hour with conventional oil !!!This is not the way to do business, Toyota of Dallas, My car is a 2008 Prius, not one of the newer Toyotas that might need synthetic oil. That coupon is a prime example of false advertisement, and the disposition of the rep was inexcusable.My wife who was even more upset wanted to argue and I persuaded her to leave, will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and FTC. This is due to the fact that we had another bad experience with Toyota of Dallas Service Department when they tried to charge me for parts and repairs that were unnecessary 2 years ago. I paid a tow truck to tow it from the dealership and took it to a mechanic, a family friend, and the bill was thousands of dollars in difference.We bought our RAV4 from Toyota of Dallas in 2015 and had a pleasant experience with the purchase. We also recently purchased a Tacoma in 2019; we did not even visit Toyota of Dallas, because of our experience 2 years ago. Todays experience with Aaron solidified our distaste for Toyota of Dallas. We will never purchase another vehicle from you due to the fraudulent actions of your service department.

Very bad attention, my vehicle is supposed to be under warranty and includes 2 services during the first year. I still paid for the service, they left the car messy inside, they even broke my key ring. P.D .: They are very good to finance, the after-sales service, fatal.In English: bad customer service, my car stil in its warranty that included 2 oils change in the first year, they didnt recognize that (I paid the service), the car inside was a mass, included they broke my keyholder. Good finance dales, but the post sales attention is terrible.
