I recently got my oil changed there. I have a 2015 Ford Edge and got my oil changed at Ford Dealerships since I bought it new. This is the first time Ive had a problem with one. I got the Works which is an oil change with an multi-point inspection and tire rotation. One of my tires leaks air very slowly. So after a few days I noticed that tire lost a few psi and it was in the same position. So my tires werent rotated, even though I was told they were. That makes me question if any of the additional services were completed or were they just pencil whipped. I had planned to have future work done but I cant deal with a place I cant trust.

I come here because I have bought 2 cars with hardy. Graham McCormick is amazing if your shopping for a car. However, I did not have the best experience with Josh at the quick lane. I went in for front/ back breaks and rotors plus and oil change. Spent almost $1000. I called weeks before and made an appointment because I knew my parts would need to be ordered. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they didn’t have the parts. This obviously turned into an all day event, which I was not happy about. Josh then called me in the next couple days after to tell me they still had my rim key. I don’t live right around the corner and he offered no other solution then to come back and pick it up. During the gas shortage! Additionally, my breaks started squealing so I had to make another appointment to go back and have it looked at. Once I arrived for my 9:30 appointment, Josh tells me my appointment was at 8:00 and they would “try” to fit me in as soon as possible. I also requested my tires be checked because my “low tire” light was on. In turn, I was told the pads they used were from a third party and don’t go with the rotors, but they would try to fix it the squealing. If the squealing didn’t stop, I would have to spend more money to upgrade my break pads. I was super confused why they put pads on my car that don’t go with the rotors. It made no sense to me all. Additionally, my tire light was still on when I left. I will not be working with Josh again. My experience was a mess! Furthermore, as a customer service rep, he should be friendlier. He never smiles, but is the first person you see when you walk in the door. Please put a smiling friendly face at the door who actually makes sure things are done. Trust me, it makes a difference.Edit… fast forward a few days… I notice my wheel now has a slight shake. I will never bring my car back here. You have lost a good customer.

My service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable and service was completed promptly.
As usual, was up to previous visits. Truck service was completed in good time.

Awesome exoerience!! Did not have an appointment but was told if I came early they could work me in and they were true to their word. Arrived at 7:30 when they opened and was back home by 8:30. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything they did or what needs to be done in detail. I was able to wait in lounge that was clean and comfortable. Coffee, water and variety of snacks available which was shown and told to me by two different people. The lady restocking the items was very nice and greeted me with a smile and short but great conversation which I enjoyed. She was a Christian woman and is a great asset to the Ford Company. Price quoted was what I paid and I will always come back here for service and recommend this establishment to my friends. At completion my car was waiting st the door which I really appreciated considering it was raining. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Took my 2019 F150 5.0 for 1st oil change. Very good staff and I was out of there in about 30 minutes. I did have an appointment.
Crooks. This was my first time there. I had an appointment to get the works, they bring the truck out two hours after my appointment start and said they were done, they did not rotate my tires, which they said they did. I have stickers with numbers/dates on them that I place on anything that has been serviced and to record in my own log. The tire were in the same position they were since the last rotation according to my log and thats not it. I go to put my new sticker on the oil filter guess what? The old sticker is still on the old filter and it was a fram filter. It was never changed. Was my oil even changed? These guys are corrupt. They dont do the work they say that they are going to do.
Very responsive to my needs and very friendly. Would recommend them if you own a Ford.
This is a follow up on an earlier review. I would take my vehicle in for service and within two weeks I would have a problem. The first time, a hole in my antifreeze reservoir, fuel sensor something or other, there were four occasions where something happened. Ok, the last time, I said that was enough. I have not been to them for 200 mile service, and guess what? I have not had not one problem with my vehicle. This just makes me so sad.
They have serviced my vehicle since I bought it. No complaints at all.
