My experience at a&be bridal was terrible. When I called to schedule my appointment they asked for my budget and I told them 1k-1500. They were reassuring over the phone letting me know that they had plenty of dress options within my budget. When I arrived that was not the case. It must’ve been around 4 dresses that i tried on. I felt rushed. When I wanted to try on accessories my bridal attendant told me “oh don’t worry when your dress arrives we can try on then.” They over charged me $300 for express shipping when it was not needed .I had to call to follow up on my dress shipment because I never received a call from them. When I arrived to try on my dress it was so big. They didn’t even try to help me temporarily adjust it with clips so I can have a feel for my brand new 1200 bridal gown! When I asked about accessories my bridal attendant told me there was no point as my wedding date was a little over 8 weeks away and everything takes more than 8 weeks.In all honestly I feel like they just wanted to sell a dress or perhaps they just target a specific demographic.I do love my dress but I wish my experience was better.

The experience you get by shopping at a&be is incredible and really makes you feel so special. Eva is amazing and her knowledge on wedding gowns was incredible. She knew so much and was able to answer all my questions about the different dresses I tried on. Even though there was another dress at a different shop I was interested in, Eva was still fully attentive and supportive of helping me find the dress that would make me feel the best on my wedding day!

The store is gorgeous with tons of great options to choose from. I worked with Cash and she is an absolute delight and very accommodating. Cash picked up on my style immediately and was able to also help me pick out two robes in addition my dress. The whole A&Be experience was a fantastic.

My daughter had her bridal appointment with Meghan at a&be in Dallas. The whole process was just delightful. Meghan was soprofessional - she could see right away what dresses my daughter should try, and what order to try them in. (Im sure this happens often, but my daughter chose the very first dress Meghan put her in!) But, more than being a pro, Meghan was a delight to spend time with. She is genuine and kind. She kept the appointment moving and kept it fun - even when my daughter was having trouble articulating how she was feeling about the dresses. She made my other daughter and me feel included, but she kept the focus on the bride-to-be - just as she should.I have to admit, I had some misgivings about this process going in. Anydoubts were quickly washed away, though. The relaxed atmosphere of the salon and Meghans expert help made the whole experience joyful.

Had so much fun shopping at a&bé! As a bride who wanted something elegant and modern, I was spoiled for choice. Eva was fantastic and made the process so easy. I knew immediately that she was on my team and was so grateful to have her! ALSO, if you you are a mid-size or plus size bride (Im a street size 16, bridal 20) I was able to try on what ever I liked. At the other two stores I had visited, they would only put me in plus-size samples, which was a bummer because I love shopping and want to try on everything that catches my eye, and in most stores the plus size samples are pretty limited. Now I just have to make a decision on which dress!

I had a truly delightful experience at a&be bridal shop Dallas. Julia couldnt have been sweeter or more helpful. She made the entire process easy and fun. I came to a&be after finding the perfect dress at another bridal salon where the staff was not welcoming or friendly. I didnt want to spend my money with them, and so I found another boutique that carried the same dress. Not only was I able to try on the exact gown I was looking for, but Julia was focused on making sure that I found the exact vibe I was hoping for with the dress, my veil, and accessories. I also appreciated the reminder texts and handwritten notes after my dress purchase. Keep up the great work!

I’d been to one other bridal salon before this and while it was a positive experience, it was more “routine” and what you’d expect. At a&be with Eva as my stylist, I felt like I could be more myself and that my personality was matched within Eva. This made my experience so much better than the first location. Eva was VERY supportive and listened to what I did or didn’t want. She always kept my budget and ideas present during the appointment-she would keep me away from over budget dresses, but was supportive if I decided to try an over budget dress on anyways. I never felt rushed or pressured despite being the last appointment of the day. I loved the store and Eva and can’t wait to pick up my dress!

I had a fantastic experience during my appointment with Allison- she was the best out of any stylist I’ve met with and took the time to understand my interests, guide me through each designers options and select a variety to try on. It was relaxed and easy with great advice on the fit options and alternatives based on each style I liked. The styles offered are more bohemian than other shops and most dresses were less structured without boning or cups so adding those would be needed on all I tried on. If that’s your style this is the perfect spot for you!

She is warm and helpful, was also so great at matching the different energies of the group! When searching for my dream wedding dress my experience with A&be was fantastic! Julia B was my stylist and She was so helpful, patient and kind! It took me 3 appointments to finalize my decision and Julia was there each time to assist me along the journey. One of my top choice dresses I had previously tried on during a trunk show and it unfortunately wasn’t a staple dress that is carried in store... but no problem as she had it shipped in from another location so I could try it on once more. I had the best time at my appointment recently at A&Bé. Divya was my helping hand and she was awesome. She walked me through their process and made me feel comfortable and at home during the entire thing. A&bé is an absolutely fabulous bridal shop. This was the first shop I went to and the moment I put on my first gown I was brought to tears. Not to mention, the store is absolutely breathtaking. Searching for a gown at a&bé was such a beautiful experience. I was very blessed to have Julia as my stylist. She is incredibly sweet and took the time to sit with me at the beginning of my session to discuss my desires for my wedding gown. Surprisingly enough, the first gown she picked for me was the one I purchased, even after going to a few other stores and trying on several other gowns at a&bé. I JUST kept thinking about that first dress. The dress I chose had no sparkle/beading, which I was bummed about but decided was worth it because of how perfect the rest of the dress was. I called Julia to purchase the gown and told her my reservations about the lack of sparkle and she immediately offered to call the designer and ask them to add beading. And, oh my goodness, they were able to do it! AND the pricing for the addition was perfect - not outrageous at all, as most would assume. I ended getting a discount on the entire gown/addition because I purchased during a trunk show. I cant even begin to explain how thankful I am for a&bé and how excited I am to see my gown in person! 😍 thank you a&babés times a million!

This shop..... I mean! If you want to be a glamorous boho bride, look no further. Not only do they have an incredible selection of gowns and designers, but the staff and stylists go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and beautiful during your appointment. I had a pretty exact idea of what I wanted going in, but the stylist still pulled almost 10 dresses for me to try on. My dress ended up being the second option I put on!! And it was under budget!!! The staff here is so sweet and helpful, and incredibly talented at what they do. My dress was all I dreamed of and more!

I did a lot of research when it came time to look for my wedding dress. I drove 6 hours to come to this particular bridal store. I wanted a specific Hailey Paige dress, and they just happened to have it. My consultant was amazing! I believe her name was Shannon, but Im completely sure. My entire experience was amazing! This boutique bridal shop was outstanding in more ways than one! First, my soon to be DiL got her dates mixed up and we drove from Fort Worth to this shop in Dallas one week early. Even though they had a packed day, they slid us right into their schedule and didnt even rush us out the door. Her mom and sister live 3 hours away, so they even booked Danielle a second say yes appointment so she can come back with them to see THE dress in person before making the purchase. I also appreciated the fact that they are taking a stand for Hailey Paige.

I had my first wedding dress appointment ever with a & be bridal yesterday and all I have to say is WOW. For starters the dress selection they carry is draw dropping to say the least. The dress selection they have to choose from is jaw dropping whether you’re wanting something boho and whimsical, classy and elegant, or high fashion and show stopping - they’ve got it.Now I’ve got to shout out my girl Eva! Eva was everything I could have ever asked and hoped to have for a stylist. She was so kind, helpful, and really made this experience all about ME. I walked in having no idea what kind of dress I would actually love, and she quickly got me in dresses with styles from all across the board to see what I really loved. She asked Salk if the right questions and is so knowledge in her craft that after 4 dresses she pretty much already could tell what aspects of each style I was loving. I honestly don’t know if I ever would’ve been able to choose (because they’re all so beautiful) had it not been for her help and dedication to understanding what I was truly vibing with. Thank you SO much Eva you angel!! And a & be for having such a beautiful space and such friendly staff that made this day more magical than I was expecting! XOXO

Loved the salon, the workers, and my DRESS (and veil).

Firstly, the associate that helped me was very nice and helpful, so this is no fault at all on hers. Aside from that, however, the main issue I experienced was the inflexibility of scheduling, which came from the store manager. I went in for my initial 90 minute bridal appointment, and found a dress that I would consider a top dress that I would want to show my mom on the ONE day she would be able to come into town, since she was flying in from out of town. I needed just ten minutes on the Saturday that my mom was in town to show her the dress, and they would not work with me, aside from offering a 5:30pm time, which was well after the time frame we needed to compare this dress with the other finalists at other salons. I even offered to come at the very beginning of store opening, which is a perfectly reasonable time to squeeze me in, but they said no. I also asked if there was any way I could try the dress on at Anna Be (their sister store) since my other top dresses were there, and I DID have an appointment on Saturday at that store, but they also said no to that. I just dont see why you wouldnt work with someone at least a smidge if you want to sell dresses. Its just poor business practice and bad customer service. I also want to note that I did call PRIOR to my initial consult about the situation with my mom coming in town just the one day, and the person on the phone said they would work with me on that Saturday. Had I known they wouldnt, I wouldnt have wasted my time on going to them in the first place.

You have to buy your dress from A&B Bridal. My best friend is a wedding photographer in Dallas and she recommended this place first and foremost to get my dress from. Katie was our sales associate (weird calling her that, she felt more like a helpful friend) and she was the best. Cannot recommend her and this shop enough.

I recently went to a&be in my search for my wedding dress this upcoming fall and Hailey was incredible! I wish I went to this store first in my search as it would of saved me a lot of headache and time. Hailey really listened to the aesthetic that I was looking for. When I finally did find a dress I liked, she worked to show me ways to customize the dress further. Simply put, she was amazing and it was so nice to feel heard and understood. She made the entire process so enjoyable (which it should be!) If you dont go here for the dress of your dreams you are really missing out! Im so excited to see my dress when it comes in! Highly recommend.

Sharon was a wonderful consultant who really asked me lots of questions and not once discouraged me from trying anything on. She let me and my MOH peruse the whole store while she made notes of all the styles I wanted to try. This was different from my experience at Lulu’s where I was told to exclusively shop in one section of the store. I really enjoyed her company and appreciated being listened to. She gave me lots of compliments and helped me find the silhouette that looked best on me. While I ALMOST purchased the dress pictured above, which fit like a glove & was “off the rack” I did decide on a very similar dress at a lower price point at a different store I visited that same day. However, if I didn’t have the wonderful experience at a&be I don’t think I would have known what I wanted. Also, I do think that I will use their recommendation for alterations once my dress arrives as the company has WONDERFUL reviews & a long history of altering bridal gowns. Such a wonderful experience at a&be I highly recommend you shop here if in the DFW area.

I can’t rave enough about A&Bé! They have an amazing selection of dresses but their employees truly make the experience! Sharon was my stylist and she was so personable and attentive. She made my appointment fun but also really listened to what I needed and wanted in a dress and made sure those needs/wants were met. I found my dress in about an hour! I also never once felt pushed or rushed into buying something, the girls there aren’t sales-y, they truly just want to help you feel like a bride and find your dream gown. I’ll absolutely be recommending this shop to any future brides I know!

I visited 3 bridal boutiques and a&be was by far the best experience! I loved that they took the time to get to know me and my vision before trying on dresses. This was also the only boutique that offered an hour and a half long appointments, others only offered an hour. Alyssa was my stylist and did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and creating a fun experience! She has a great eye and was able to narrow down my dresses. A&BE was the first shop I went to in my search for the perfect gown for our mountain wedding elopement; it was also the last! The shop itself is absolutely adorable! The environment theyve created is so chill and stress free, yet has that feel of professionalism. You know when you shop here, youre getting your moneys worth. Roxanne was such a great help in picking styles, keeping me informed on the technical details of every designer, and was so very encouraging! She was SO patient and made me feel very comfortable. In short, A&BE is a great store where the people who work there are as beautiful as the gowns. I cannot say enough good things about them!

I really appreciate the sense of professionalism she brought to the table.In addition to Julia’s help and kindness, coordinating a time that worked for my schedule - and allowed my mom and sisters to attend as well - was one less element of stress I had to worry about because of their range in availability. Their hours of operation are great for those who need some flexibility when scheduling an appointment, instead of being a place that closes the same time everyday.I am so grateful to have found my dress here and would 100% recommend this wonderful boutique to anyone and everyone!

I stopped in today to pick up my wedding dress after shopping back in October for my dream dress. I have traveled over 8+ hours round trip both times for my wedding dress. In October, I wasn’t very happy with the service or impressed with the shop, because the woman hosting me didn’t make the experience special for me. I was reluctant to order my dress from there actually, but I couldn’t turn down the dress that I found.Today, not only were we not greeted by any employee there, but the girl who initially sold me my dress was not there for my final try-on. Then, I was devastated that my dress did not fit me the way it should have. It was too tight in the hips, and the straps were way too long. The girl informed me that “that’s normal, you just need to get it altered.” I am baffled that this would be called “normal” after spending thousands on this dress. Not to mention, visiting other shops in Dallas that were precise and exact on my measurements so that I had the best experience.I also want to mention that this line of work requires women who will empower other women. Women come into these shops looking for their perfect dress to feel absolutely special on their wedding day. I did not feel empowered whatsoever, nor did I feel supported. Mortified at the final product, the girl just watched me and prompted me to sign her final document.Do better ladies.

If you are looking for a wedding dress in Dallas do not skip this boutique!I wanted to update my rating and review for this boutique. I originally had at 5 stars and the above review. My experience after purchasing the dress was not as great. The dress was 2 and a half weeks late, which is understandably not their fault but they had no idea this was even the case until I called a week after my dress was to arrive to check status. I still think this place is beautiful and has great options but the customer service and communication after ordering dress and before ordering was 2 separate experiences.

I was very disappointed with my experience and my consultant. This was the third place I tried dresses on. It started with my consultant running late and then when we sat down to talk through the details of what I was looking for she didn’t really listen. She hadn’t offered us water or anything at this point. Then it was time to walk around looking at dresses, she didn’t point anything out or make any suggestions, she just told me which sections were within my price point. During try-ons she would barely prep the dress for me to get into, once zipped & clipped up, she didn’t pick up the dress train or anything, I had to inch across the floor and step up on the little circle platform and hope to not fall (since the dresses are much longer than I am tall). She didn’t fix it once on the circle so I could see the train or anything. A friend of mine did that for each dress. As I was trying to work through the things I liked or didn’t like about each dress my consultant seemed disinterested!! Especially by my 5th try on, she seemed to be trying to talk me out of trying it on because it was a little above my price point. I tried it on and it now one I am debating on choosing as my wedding dress but honestly, after my experience with my consultant I don’t want to give them my business! When I tried talking through options of modifications she would go and ask but everything was no and she didn’t have any other suggestions or ideas. It felt very “this is the dress as is and thats it” and this wasn’t a sample sale dress. My guests were only offered water while other groups are having Champaign. She only really interacted with her trainee vs me or my guests. It felt like since I didn’t want to spend a crazy amount on a dress I wear one day that I was treated differently or less than. My thought is, if you don’t want to work with people that want to pay less for a dress, then don’t! But don’t treat me differently because of it! Disappointing!!

Hailey is the absolute best! She turned a brides dream into reality. She made my whole experience fun, comfortable, and easy. I will recommend any of my friends in the future to visit aandbebridal and to request Hailey.

A&be was wonderful from start to finish! They helped me find my dream gown, and made me feel so special throughout the process. Other bridal salons made me feel rushed or pushed to buy the most expensive dress. Not here! They had an incredible variety of dresses and helped me find what was perfect for me.

I flew to Dallas from Key West to visit a&be, and was not disappointed. The overall experience was great; my mother, who really dislikes shopping, had a wonderful time with my stylist Haley, who hit the nail on the head with my very first dress. I was nervous and overwhelmed going in to this since it was my first time shopping but Haley really made me comfortable and was a delight to work with. Their COVID protocols are also well-organized; my sister, mother and I felt very comfortable and safe shopping here. I would definitely recommend!

WOW! I had the best experience at A & Bé! This was my first appointment and it set the bar so high. The variety of dresses, the staff (Sharron-LOVE HER), and the atmosphere was UNBEATABLE!!! I think the first dress I tried on was the one, but since it was my first appointment there was no pressure to make that decision right then and there which I appreciated! If you need a dress and want to feel beautiful and encouraged, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

Best. Experience. Ever. I was really nervous about trying on dresses but Kristin immediately made me feel at ease. She helped gently guide me, listed to what I wanted, and genuinely was curious about what I liked and didn’t to help me find the perfect dress. No one there was pushy at all or made me feel pressured in any way, I felt like I could be really honest the whole time. Kristin made my mom feel included while focusing on me and made the whole experience so enjoyable and comfortable. I never noticed anyone else trying on stuff while I was there because she made it feel so intimate. I loved so many dresses, everything they carry is gorgeous. Would 1000% recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Seriously has the most amazing bridal experience I could ever have! Alyssa was so nice and she really took her time hearing what I wanted and made sure I was well taken care of. I ended up finding the dress that day and I couldn’t have done it without her! She’s literally the best and the nicest person I’ve ever met! I would recommend this place a million times!

I highly recommend A&Bé! The dress selection was incredible if only I could get married in more than one dress! Although I was initially unsure of what I wanted in a dress, Navia helped me narrow down my vision. She was super patient/sweet and seemed genuinely happy to help me find my dream dress. I looked back at pictures from the appointment that my MOH had taken, and I noticed in the background Navia was smiling too. I thought it was sweet that she had a smile on along with my other guests (that came with me to the appointment). I am thankful for how the appointment went. In the end, it came down to two dresses, and she did not pressure me to decide to buy on the same day. In the end, I did order the dress, and I am so excited to have it come in!

Unfortunately my appointment was not great. I will not be buying my dress from A&Be, not because of the selection but because of the staff. To begin, Navia was my stylist for the evening and she could not have been less enthusiastic. She took down my wedding information and pointed me in the direction of the dresses that she thought would suit me but I wanted to look around more. She pulled the first four dresses and my friends that came with had to beg her to let me try on more. I finally got to try on the dresses I liked and fell in love. Ill be searching to buy this dress elsewhere.

Navia was amazing! She was so sweet, super knowledgeable, and very very helpful. It was my first bridal appointment and she made me feel so comfortable and made the experience awesome! They have a ton of dresses for all different brides and she did a fantastic job finding dresses that fit exactly what I was wanting.

Julia B was great and helped me find my dress! The appointment was an hour and a half which was really helpful. I had difficulty getting through all I wanted to at other stores who only booked hour long appointments. Julia was patient, kind, and SO knowledgable on the look I was going for. The decision was tough, because she pulled so many great finds. She stepped back and allowed my family and friends to comment, but made sure to have private convos with me in the dressing room to make sure the experience was everything I wanted it to be. Cant wait to go back and pick up my dress!!

I had a consultation with Julia and I went into it not very hopeful Id find anything because I had a dress that I tried on at a different store that I thought was the one. After telling Julia what I wanted to look and feel she started pulling dresses for me that really catered to my wants. She could tell which silhouettes made me feel the most confident even when I didnt say anything. She also talked through a lot of my worries which really helped me feel like I was making the right decision without trying to push a sale. When I tried on THE dress I just remember thinking oh nooooo because what I thought I loved just didnt even compare to this one. Its like she knew exactly what I wanted. Had such a great experience and I cant wait to go back and put try on the dress again when it comes it!

This was my first time looking for a dress and a&be did not disappoint! I had an idea of what I wanted walking in, but a little nervous about trying on dresses for the first time. I worked with Karina who was absolutely amazing! They had a great selection of dresses of all different styles. I ended up finding my dress here and am so thankful for a&be for making me feel comfortable and taken care of.

I started my search at a few other dress shops before picking THE DRESS at a&be in Dallas. I worked with Kristin who was fabulous and helped me feel excited and beautiful even while shopping during a pandemic and wearing a mask. All the dresses here were absolutely beautiful and definitely in line with what I wanted for a unique, stand out dress. Kristin helped me try on multiple styles within my vision to help me be 100% confident in my decision. I cant wait for my dress to come in to finally wear it again!

1st impression was surprisingly horrible. After driving a distance and filled with excitement to arrive to our destination for an amazing experience, an a&be staff member killed the mood the moment the held the door open ready to Stop us. We are completely understanding about the policies set due to covid but the way the information was delivered was extremely unprofessional and plan rude. A certain staff member needs to work on her verbal and nonverbal communication. Not pleased with this place obviously. Tip..a nice seating area outside near the windows would feel more welcoming for the family/friends that are unable to go inside.

Kristin was incredibly kind and helpful. She was patient with me, encouraging but never pushy, and made sure my favorites checked all of the boxes before I said yes. I had the BEST experience at a&be bridal in Dallas! Roxanne was my stylist and she was hands down the best I could have had! She really took the time to get a grasp on my vision for my gown and selected exactly what I wanted! I was nervous that my experience wouldnt be as exciting due to COVID but the staff here made my time so so special! I am so happy that I found the dress of my dreams here!

My overall experience at a&be was nothing less of phenomenal. My stylist, Roxanne, was patient with me and even looked through my Pinterest board to get a feel for my style. We went through the store and picked out dresses that I loved and then I tried them on. a&be was my 5th wedding dress shop to try on dresses at and it was by far my favorite. I did end up saying “Yes to the dress” but I loved that there was not the pressure to make a decision immediately. Roxanne made sure to walk me through the details or sizing, ordering, and everything to expect. I could not recommend them more!

Cute shop but horrible experience yesterday from the minute we got in contact with our stylist Navia. She was incredibly rude and impatient throughout the whole hour and a half appointment. This was our first time shopping for dresses for our bride and she ruined the experience. Throughout the appointment she wouldn’t let our bride touch or even look at other dresses that weren’t available by the time her wedding was or in her price range but we continuously made it clear to her that this appointment was just to get an idea of what style she wanted and not to purchase today. One of the bridesmaids was 30 minutes late to the appointment and Navia kept rushing us and asking when the other bridesmaid would show up and kept insisting the bride should start trying on dresses without her. Totally inappropriate. The bride really wanted to try on a specific dress that wasn’t available for purchase to her which Anika made very clear but the bride just wanted to try it on for style purposes and she said “we’ll see” which caught me off guard the most. Not to mention the whole time the bride was trying on dresses she seemed annoyed and checking her watch. Do not recommend this shop and will respectfully not be returning.

Kristin was our gracious host! She asked our price range and then took us to the dresses that fell in our budget. My daughter chose 8 dresses to try on. Kristin decided to grab a few more and run them by us. One of the ones Kristin chose, was THE DRESS! The process was wonderful from start to finish. They have a beautiful store and a great selection of dresses. We ended up choosing a sample so the dress was discounted. This is my second experience at this store. My daughter-in-law purchased a dress here in 2017! I highly recommend it!
