Naved and Javed were prepared before I even entered the store, by hand selecting diamonds that fit within my price range and preferences. Once I selected the stone, they attentively worked with me to design a custom ring, and made sure the design was exactly as I wanted it before creating the ring. Phenomenal process and very easy to acquire the product of your imagination. Julieanna and her contacts worked with me to build my detailed ring design. The patience and diligence showed by Expressions was at the highest level. This has been one of the greatest experiences of customer service and I will tell you why. All of my requirements for the design were put together during Covid-19, the process not only continued but they went even further to show me their ability to still get it done. I have taken my grandmothers ring in for repair and I am very cautious of where I take it, because it is so old and means so much to me, but the Expressions team could not have been more wonderful! The second repair, we had to modify the setting and I was nervous that it would alter the appearance of the ring, but it is stunning and I am so pleased!Each time they have exceeded my expectations and provided beautiful work.
