Personally I had a horrible experience with this company, and if given the chance to go back in time, I would have never ordered from them in the first place.I chose this company because of the pricing, lead time, and style of cabinets. At first, it was fairly easy to design the kitchen and get shop drawings. After I paid the deposit, everything went down hill.Lead time: They said its typically 9 business days, but with Covid, it could be 3 weeks. I ordered the cabinets on June 18th. They did not get delivered until AUGUST 3rd (6.5 weeks after I placed the order).Bad Communication: Because of the crazy delays, I kept asking for updates and would usually not get a response until I sent multiple emails. Then they would say the cabinets had arrived, but they were booked on delivery. Well, the guy that ended up delivering the cabinets told us they had just arrived and werent available sooner. I understand delays, but please just communicate that! I hated having to email them multiple times to get any response.Delivery: After the delivery, we had a lot of pieces missing from our order, from hinges to doors to filler pieces. I notified them the day after delivery and then it took them 2 weeks to have someone come out to verify what was actually missing. In the meantime we were missing enough, that we couldnt complete the install. It took an additional few days until I picked up the rest of the missing pieces myself.Install: This company does not do installation. They do have someone they work with on many of their projects. I tried contacting him multiple times after I placed the order and he never responded. After all of the cabinet pieces were delivered, I was still struggling to find someone reliable that had worked with European cabinets. RTG kept saying their guy was the best and they had apparently talked to him about my project and he confirmed he would do it the following week. RTG emailed the person with me on it and I never got a response or call. Luckily I found someone else amazing, not related to RTG, to finish the installation.More Issues: During our install, I realized they had given us some of the wrong cabinet sizes. On our order there were two 33 wide cabinets, but they gave us 30 instead. I told them about this and they said 33 didnt exist. If that was true, then your drawings are wrong AND the serial number for that cabinet is wrong. Either way, they lied to me when I was originally ordering or after we got the 30 cabinet. Because of this our appliances/sink wouldnt fit the space.In the end I had to buy IKEA pieces to fix all of the mistakes they made in their order and spend more money. I should have just done Ikea in the first place in retrospect.Overall, our project from the initial deposit to when I picked up the last missing pieces was 9 WEEKS. Better communication and customer service could have fixed all of the above items.

We love our new kitchen! From the design phase to installation, the entire process was very smooth. Prices are reasonable, and actually very good for the quality. They made sure we got everything we wanted as we wanted, and I really liked the fact that they called us two times to make sure eveything was perfect. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends who are looking to renovate their kitchen.

I highly recommend RTG cabinets to anyone looking to buy or replace existing kitchen or bathroom cabinets. Their selection, quality and knowledge of cabinets is by far superior to anything in the market today.
