As someone who loves to organize, this place was like heaven! Just so satisfying to walk through, almost like it sucked away my stress. We came looking for some multi-sized baskets to sort our pantry and they had so many options we had to stop and narrow it down!

Charlie is the best designer and has designed my life for years. She even got me to marry her for the Elfa discounts. She will be designing our new dream house as well.

I was looking to organize certain areas of the house. Liz was new but very respectful and very wise about products that would best fit my needs. She was very helpful and respectful of my ideas. I would recommend this location.

Best customer service. Super caring staff at Container store near the Galleria (Alpha Rd.) I shopped in August-September for small mason jars to contain honey we had harvested. Found lovely selection, even in smallest sizes. Needed non-leaking. Also found best gloves for dishwashing. Have shopped there for twenty-ish years and the staff are always great--so helpful! Inventive too! Thank you!

My girlfriend loves this place. I do not. If you dont want to be overwhelmed by organizational choices, stay home. Better yet, just throw everything in a pile on your side of the bed. Were in a very healthy relationship.

The new store is huge to the point of intimidation. Looks like it is set up for people with money. Yet the service was excellent and provided options when the item I was interested b was sold out.

It was really good. Few CS still carry a full section of wrapping papers and ribbons like this store does. The one glitch was that several of the items did not have price stickers attached and the check out clerk wanted me to go back and check on prices. Not my job! But it was resolved ok. Still.think it is the best CS in Dallas.

I went in to get a storage solution for my classroom. I was prepared to order online and pick up the next day to save 15% even though I was already in the store. The manager who assisted me learned I was buying this for classroom from conversation to store the spirals I purchased for my students. All 150 of them. She honored the 15% saving me a trip.

Dont known why I was scared of going to this store. For some reason I thought things were going to be crazy expensive. I was super surprised to find I was greatly mistaken! Let me tell you that this place is like organizing heaven. Small containers, large containers. Every and any size container you could ever need. My creative juices were flowing walking down the aisles.

Amazing! Friendly and helpful staff. The store was clean and organized although they were in the transition of rearranging displays, transitioning from the holiday season, and a bit of remodeling. Even with all of that going on, they still kept the aisles clean and free of debris and clutter. Impressive. Def going back to that store on a regular basis.

Lots of good storage items. Pretty highly priced though. Did use a 20% off on one item coupon I found on their site. They dont have very many stackable baskets. They need many more of those. But their items are very classy.

The employees were super helpful and the store was easy to navigate even with a huge inventory. My siblings like to go there just for fun

The woman that helped me was very knowledgeable. She as well as every employee I talked to had a positive attitude. The man that helped me out to my car even opened my car door for me.

I felt very unwelcomed at this CS location. Perhaps my shopping style of looking at everything made the associates perceive I was a shoplifter? Or maybe my race? I was carrying a medium sized Like-It Brick. How would I hide it?!The cashier was dismissive. She went back and forth between me at check-out and another customer doing a pick-up. Her attitude when the chip reader errored out (apparently it happened a few times yesterday?) was cold. I had to clarify when she told me to insert again, because I didnt know who she was addressing.Two stars for a clean store and my love of CSs useful quirky items.

One of my favorite stores. It help keeps me organized and the staff is always so kind.

We have been shopping at CS for decades and always been well treated. This has been our store for two years and we like it and are pretty much always happy with our experience. Last time takes the cake though - after the big storm last Sunday (I think it was) when over 300,000 people in the Metroplex were without power and a lot of places closed down, this store remained open. Not only that, they did business. With paper receipts and credit card slips they went around in the dark and made sure that customers were well taken care of. To calculate taxes and to locate the SKU numbers on the items, they used their personal cell phones. These good people were just amazing. Thank you!

If you need a container, this is the place to go. This place is the IKEA of storage. They have a very wide range of things from shoe boxes, to food containers, to shelving, and everything in between. Its a very fun place to visit.

Besides the fact this container store is huge and full of awesome stuff. This CS really is a type A organisers dream. The staff really understand the value in providing good customer service.

What needs to be said, they have an excellent sellection of items for home, office or workshop. Good prices and knowledgeable friendly and helpful staff.

You can find something for every organizing project. We were looking for a tray with a cover to protect my husbands apac. They didnt specifically have that but we found something that works perfectly.

I have visited this location 2x. The 1st I was really uncomfortable with the way the guy at the register was watching me, I guess he thought I was going to put something in my wallet😒 The 2nd time same little guy, was in the process of ringing me up and his mgr told him to go help another customer. I had 2 huge wine glass holders, she finished ringing me up, and before I could even put my card back in my wallet she was helping the next customer. I was like OK, and then asked was she going to bag my items, she handed it to me to do!!! This store is REALLY (Racist)not for everyone. I would never ever recommend this location!!

OCD heaven! The have all the specialty organizational products. All of my closets have Elfa in them. It is pricey but, I always buy it when it goes on sale. Cannot beat the quality!

We have been long time shoppers of elfa shelving that the container stores carry, in San Diego we had 2 closets, in Dallas my garage and 2 pantries -We are getting ready to do our walk in closet off our master bedroom and decided to get help with the design - it started off ok, told the lady our needs and wants and was promised an email of the design - well no email, no design and the sales ends February.It seems the container store isnt as sharp or finely tuned as it once was -Just FYI this was my third visit - the first two I stood in the closet department and no one would help because they seem to busy discussing their week end plans with each other

Useful but overpriced plastic and composite items. The store was incredibly cluttered and junky, lots of abandoned stock room carts overloaded with boxes blocking shelved product.The staff, who yes, were busy trying to reset planograms, seemed more than acceptly bothered when needing assistance.Also, its annoying they still use the scandia but no longer sell any of it in stores.The front parking lot (on Alpha) is difficult to navigate and the parking spaces are very small.

First time in here and it was a lot to see.So many options and choices and ideas to organize your home.They apparently change some stuff according to season which is nice.It was really quiet like some art gallery lol.The cashier was friendly too.But over all i do thinkneverything is very over priced. It is more for the convience.But they di have a lot of stuff that isnt easy to find so i can see why ppl will pay those prices.Its very organized and easy to walk through.

My wife thinks this place is heaven! She loves it!

I purchased an Elfa closet system this week and installed it myself. I love the system, however the precut shelves were not cut accurately. Apparently the person who did the cutting may have had too many egg nogs and rum because he left stubs on the shelving that I spent one hour grinding down so I could get the finishing end caps to fit on their brackets. The precut shelves are cut with no stubs protruding, so they fit perfectly when put adjacent to one another. The store-cut shelves were a disappointment because of their rough ends and protruding stubs. Nevertheless, I was finally able to grind them down so they would fit within their brackets and allow the finishing end caps to be installed. The lesson here is to be sure and inspect the ends of the store-cut shelves before taking them home to be certain that they have no protruding stubs and are smooth so they will fit well in their brackets.

If you need to organize, wrap or store something, this is the place to find it! The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful.

Looking for a gallon container to take water with me to work. Glass decanters are all they had.

Good spot to go early on weekday mornings if you have the time, its virtually deserted before noon. Customer service can be spotty at times but the quality is good.
