These guys used to be great but they sold me a used battery knowing it was much smaller than the one I needed to power my car. It didnt have enough amperage. I took the battery back and they didnt refund the full amount I paid for it. I had to argue to get ANY money back at all.

If you maintain your own vehicles and arent part of the fortunate 1% in this town, then this is the place for all of your battery needs. Bring your core, follow their rules and they are more than fair and at about a third the price of your corporate retailers. 2006 Honda Civic battery replacement, 65 bucks out the door with core exchange this replaced the battery I bought here 3 years ago. They will even test your battery and alternator for free, as well as install your replacement battery for a few extra dollars. The only place in town for batteries.And, they gave a free koozie!Thank you!

I have been going to this place for about 12 years now and they never seem to fail me. A batteries are cheap n affordable, the customer service is great and fast, the batterys always last longer than what I expect.. and dont forget to bring your old battery in when you come to get one so you can get a discount

The place has gone down hill recently! I have used this place for probably 20 Years! The one who is now in charge doesnt know what he is doing! I knew Harry! He was good with customers!I bought a battery a few days ago & the man wrote 6 Months warranty on it! I kind of gasped & he changed the warranty to 12 Months! Batteries I have bought in the past were already designated 12 month. 18 months, 2 year etc. The. date wasnt changed at the whim of the shop opener! That is insane!

Used tires starts at 35$. ALL kinds of tires. Very helpful and such Great Staff there. Keep your receipt and you always can go back to them if anything happens. This is a 2 part shop, one for batteries and one for tires. They have huge inventory for both batteries and tires. They provide 6 month of warranty for batteries. This place will save you hundreds of dollars comparing to other places!

Harry owns the place he will match or beat mostly beat anybody on prices on batteries and tires and he can get tires there within 30 minutes if they have them at the warehouse hell send somebody out to pick him up and batteries nobody has a larger selection, they will check your alternator test your battery free of charge.

I jus lucked up one day, riding when I worked an Golden acres. Battery died, didnt have $150 for a battery for the store. Bought a battery from here. It lasted for a good while. Impressed me, they impress everytime.

Actually, this business deserves NO STARS. When I purchased their cheap battery for $60, I did not realize it only had a 6 month warranty, or so they say. Had I have known that, I never would have purchased their battery. Five weeks later the battery went completely dead. AAA came to my house and charged the battery. When I tried to return it and get my money back, they REFUSED. They denied the warranty because the battery now had a charge. They were totally rude. This is the WORST BUSINESS IN TOWN.

Cant say enough good things about mr. Tire. Most businesses ask you to come back tomorrow right at quitting time, but I needed a tire fixed at five minutes to closing time and they were quick to it and did a great job with a great attitude. And it was very inexpensive.

I bought 4 batteries. My experience shows the batteries have very little reserve capacity. If you leave your lights or radio on while the vehicle is not running for 30 minutes, the battery will not have enough power remaining to start the engine. Also should the battery discharge even once the chance that the battery will accept a full charge is unlikely.

This is my go to place for batteries!!! They have the best prices on new and reconditioned batteries in DFW 👍 Everytime Ive been there, they get you in and out quick plus they warranty their work.

I bought a battery there about a month ago for my RV and I paid $45 for it and they gave me a 6-month warranty I hooked it up to my RV to bring out the slides it did it and a month later I was trying to bring them back in and the battery was dead I charged it and it still wouldnt work I took the battery back to Mr battery and they gave me another one went back to my RV to put it in it didnt work at all took that battery to AutoZone to test it out and they said it was a dead battery it was no good so I took it back to Mr battery and he put his machine on it and said it was fully charged it was a good battery then he gave me another one took that one back to the RV been dead battery was dead went back to him and told him that he was getting mad saying its not the battery its my RV I asked her the money back they told me no wind up buying a brand new battery from OReillys for $140 hooked it up to the RV it worked great their batteries at Mr batteries are no good they will sell you a dead battery and blaming on you

Bought a new battery from here . 1 month later it doesn’t work ! Nowhere in the shop does it state no refund for new battery. It only says no refund for used batteries! So I wanted a refund but the guy refuses talking about he can charge it. I WANT A REFUND!!! But if we have to go that route I will dispute the payment with my bank!

I have used Me. Battery for 3 years now and I have never been disappointed. My normal battery in one of my vehicles cost me 159.99 every two years it seem like. With Mr. Battery I get a brand new battery for half of that and still comes with a warranty. I also bou6a used battery for my other vehicle and it has lasted 3 years so far. The staff always helps me out and are very nice to work with. There is always quick service, so you never really have to wait long.

A really cheap price for a good used battery

The people there were very helpful I got the battery that I needed at a good price. With a 6 month warranty on a refurbished battery. You cant get any better than that battery was an 800 cold crank and it only cost $40 with a warranty. I will definitely go back to them if I ever need their business again. Plus they also have tires.

I use to buy my batteries here but no more. Commercial and auto. I called and told them what type of car and model I had. They said 45. I sent my wife since Im out of town, trucking. She gets there. 65 for the battery. Plus 10 for putting it on. 75 total. Autozone the battery is 99. Plus tax. I would of just bought a new one. With 2 or 3 yr warranty. They took advantage cause shes a girl.

This place has been in business for like over 40 years they have good used batteries that they warranty for 3 to 6 months they sell decent used tires at decent pricing but the parking lot you need new suspension after you drive through this parking lot it is terrible after over 40 years I do not understand why the owner didnt ever repave the parking lot hes just too tight too cheap hes getting kind of old and long and its tooth he does appear like he needs to sell the parking lot is terrible a couple of the employees a young man tall and thin has an attitude and short chubby Mexican guy is a great guy the owners a nice man but again he seems tired and after over 45 years I think he needs to Purcell their main business is batteries they buy and sell thousands of batteries every month parking lot is horrible

I need to rave about this shop. Ive needed a car battery since late summer. Ive been putting it off. As of Monday my car would not start without being jumped. More so my portable jumpers wouldnt work. Not enough power. Yesterday my car stranded me. This morning it stranded me again. I had enough. I called Mr. Battery and he quoted me less than half the price for a battery than OReillys, Auto Zone, and NTB. Mr. Battery was a life saver. I will absolutely come back here and refer everyone I know to this shop.

Never tried them before but me just entering their parking lot is just terrible!! They really need to fix all those potholes. If the parking lot was repaired, maybe the place would probably increase the best overall experience for happy customers that go there.

A small shop to be sure and VERY BUSY. Not clean and shiny like the big chain places. Parking lot in very bad shape. NEW battery (they do sell refurbs), 2-yr warranty, repair of one cable connector...all under $90. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The customer service was great. I plan to go back when it is time for another new battery.
