Great experience at the Dallas Les Schwab! We were just on our way to the coast to camp for the weekend when we noticed a giant bubble in one of our trailer tires. We have 6 kids 13 & under and were not stoked to wait around for 3 hours in 95 degree weather while the tires were replaced. Instead, the Les Schwab crew had us back on the road in like an hour, just enough time for a wonderful lunch at Abbys pizza across the street. Thanks!!

Tires are extremely expensive, quoted $380 per tire for basic all terrain 235/50R20s, got 2 good year tires for $150 at walmart with install. So they could fix that price gap if they want to be competitive with other tire shops. Otherwise, they fixed my tire that had a screw for free so thank you for that!

Went to get a tire fixed, they met me at my truck before we even could get the tire out. Usually, they are so busy that doesnt happen so it was a nice surprise. They had the tire fixed in a ½ hr, didnt charge a dime and sent us off with a Have a great day! A smile and a wave. What more can you ask for? Thank you Les Schwab!

They only got 2 stars because there customer service sucks... Great place for items but really should work on communication. I was suppose to get a call for some service they were going to do never got the call and they had my car. Something broke off my car they never called to tell me than when I donget my car back I find the broken piece in my car... Weird. This is not the first time I have had bad.customer service from them.

Stopped on our road from one coast to another for a very quick tire balancing to avoid problems on the road. They served our car quick and we were back on the road in no time.

They took way longer than they said they would to change 2 tires. First time I went to pick it up when she said it would be ready, 10 min till closing time, she said it wasn’t quite finished and to give them 10 or 15 min. I waited another 50 minutes after that. When they were done they said my keys would be in the car and ready to go for me and then he acted like I needed to pay and I had to go inside to get my keys and stuff (it was already arranged to be put on my account), nice communication y’all. They didn’t reset my tire thing either so now my car keeps saying I have a tire pressure problem when I don’t. Oh and to top it all off, there is a new dent on my bumper area by the wheel that I noticed right when I came out of the building. The whole experience was irritating at the very least. Will not be going back and don’t recommend them. Super unprofessional and slow.

They are always very friendly and accommodating every time I have had to use their services. The prices here are almost always outrageously more expensive than other retailers though. I hate to knock negatively at this business because I do appreciate all the hard work and great service as I have received from here, just wish the prices were more affordable.

Excellent customer service. They will stand unequivocally by their products. There are no comparison to others, believe me I have tried other service providers and it really wasnt worth the hassle.

Quick to get an appointment with in 2 days.they called me to come in early for car work they did tires and alignment quotes me 2.5 hours and did in hour and 45 minutes. Many people say Dallas is bad store but they always been good to me. Little did I know we have worked together for over 22 years.

Came in with a low tire and they found a screw, fixed the flat and away I went, free of charge. It still seems unbelievable that they fix it for free. I love that reliability and excellent service.

Friendly employees, fast service however, Les Schwab Tires is not the same since Les passed away. They were such a great company: sponsored many local youth sports including the Northwest Youth PeeWee Rodeo Asso. and offered free beef plus so many more perks for a loyal customer. Now they are not as great and I dont feel as though the hometown business or friendly, your family- like personal relations, atmosphere is there any more. I ended my business account with schwab a couple of years ago and went to a different local tire shop, where they treat me like my business and I matter. Sorry Schwab, but I am not a loyal customer any more.

We had an awesome experience at Dallas Oregon Les Schwab. The nicest people.

Great customer service inside, knowledgeable staff. Some of the guys outside act annoyed when you ask them a question. Asked a tech if he could adjust my hitch because I didnt have the proper tools. Didnt even look at it, turned around and started walking away and then said nope.

There tires are over priced, but they done a wonderful job of mounting and balancing my wheels and tires for my car.

I have been Les Schwab customer since early 80s in Salem before moving to Dallas. They have been doing great job for my vehicles. Thanks, great jobs.

It was packed. I had a brief conversation with the woman at the front counter, she said it would be about a 2 hour wait for my low tire.

Three times we tried to arrange service for a dead battery just a few blocks from the store and each time after being told a date or time we could be helped, we would call only to hear “no, not enough people here” or just “no” without an explanation. Unfortunately we drove 120 miles each time based on an assurance from store employees. We have been long time customers and are saddened to see this decline in customer service. We are taking our business to another store.

They said it would take two hours to change a tire, almost four and a half hours later they haven’t done it yet. don’t say a time if you’re not going to live up to it

They were very very busy. Managed to go out of the way to help us and talk us through options and details, ended up coming back later with new unrelated problems in the same day, still just as busy and they helped us again on the spot. Shout-out to Jacob for doing it all while on the run and giving us honest options.

I bought some Les Schwab tires a while ago and they have served me well. Recently I was shopping in Dallas and heard a sound coming from tire, I immediately went to the nearest Les Schwab. They were about to close and there was a guy named Steve there. He said he usually works on the truck. I told him what had happened and he immediately doing into action.he hoisted my car and found a nail in my tire.he took it out and fixed my tire at no charge and refused a tip.This was did amazing! Good people still help others in this time of uncertainty. My husband ankand I are customers for life. you Steve. Thank you Lea Schwab. My husband and I are customers for life!

They are great service and great warranty for brakes we had our wifes cars brakes done. So much better now

What I dont understand is how rude the guy was after I got it started to leave. Will never go here for anything other then tires!

I think theyre the best tire place in all of the northwest. Prices always seem to be fairly reasonable and competitive. It has never mattered how busy they are they always seem to fit me in. I have gotten flat, they fix the flat for free. Then once had a tire actual pop on me and then sold me great new tire. I come in and have my tires worked on when they need them.

Came here because the battery was dead when i went to use my car. After a jump and brief drive to Les Schwab I was greeted by a nice gentleman who promptly had my car in to be looked at. After a short wait, the verdict was that the alternator and battery tested fine however the connections had corrosion built up so they cleaned those and gave me some good advice to follow and sent me on my way with a bill of $0. These people were friendly, kind, and professional. I definitely recommend them. ..and I also recommend their popcorn they have for free to enjoy while watching tv during your brief wait.

Great experience! Tire picked up a nail and we were still in and out in under 45 mins. Even with no appt and social distancing rules!

Very helpful with giving me a quote on tires and showing me the tread design on a couple different tires. Answered all my questions and not once tried to sell me any one tire. Thank you for all the help in sometimes a very confusing decision.

I adore these guys. Always friendly, always helpful to work with what we can do. Came in with a F-150 for new tires and discovered the rim was damaged, but then discovered that the spare had been stolen off the truck. They searched and found a rim that would work on that vintage truck, drove up and got it, put the old rim and a tire in the bed for a spare and waived fees to get me back on the road. Best. Customer. Service. Ever.

Just go to the one in Monmouth/ Independence if your looking for tires or service around this area. Customer service is so bad and its so expensive. Plus they left their foot prints all over my interior? What the heck! How do you get your dirty foot prints where my steering wheel is? AND they didnt know how to put back my spare tire and left it in the back for me to do it myself. Useless and a waste of money spent with them.

Excellent customer service as usual. Rolled in there with the tire almost completely flat they had me in and out of there with a fixed tire in 15 minutes no charge. Thats the kind of customer service that has you coming back in when its time to buy tires.

Dropped off 2 atv wheels for dismount and remount on new rims with short valve stems. They charged me $42.00 for this and installed 2 value stems, 4wheeler people know the hazards of long stems!!! Went somewhere else for the next 2 theyre fee $27.00 with short solid stems.

Went in on a Friday for a break check are 12:30 and was out within 20 minutes tops. Friendly customer service and feel good about driving away safe. Would recommend to others any day.

My First experience with Les Schwab was not a good one. Though the office personnel where nice . The workmanship was horrible. I bought a new set of tires and upper and lower ball joints. At 60 miles an hr the truck shoot violently. Took it back. Front tires where out of balance. They roted the tires to the back. Again at 60 miles an hr the truck was shaking. This time I took it back to a different Les Schwab store. This store said all 4 tires where completely out of balance. Plus my front tires where wearing bad. When the Dallas store did the ball joints they didnt do an alignment. They said it wasnt necessary even when I asked for an alignment. So when I just had an alignment done by another shop. And it was way off. Thats why the tires where wearing. My first experience with Les Schwab Dallas will be my last.

As always, its Les Shwab. Very friendly, very professional and the best tire service in the Pacific Northwest. They are a bit more expensive, but just try and find any tire company that will stand behind their product like these guys. You wont, because these guys are the very best. The Bentley or Rolls Royce of tire service. Nobody does it better.

Great service over the last 7 years. Reliable and quality products. Perhaps cheaper tires elsewhere, however, no follow up support of fixing. This is a deal breaker for me. Ask for Dan. Hes my go-to.

I came in on friday to have my tires check for air pressure the guys filled them up being just a little low all the way around. They did recommend that my tire be rotated and I had that done on Saturday. I woke up this morning and my front driver side tire was flat. This happened at the dallas Oregon les schwab.

Really appreciate the service Les Schwab provides. Nail in tire resulted in slow air leak. The tech, Loui. removed nail, inflated tire, and there was no charge. Waiting room had coffee and popcorn for free, too. When I need new tires, they will be purchased at Les Schwab.

Waited 4 hours onsite for a flat repair because they couldnt start my car. Instead of coming inside and asking me for tips and tricks, they just made me wait until they were done with everyone else.

Came in for tire rotation was told 1.5 hrs, so I sat and waited. Watched while people who were BUYING services be told only an hour. After waiting all that time a man comes out with papers for me to buy new tires and tells me he cant rotate them. Thanks for having me wait and hour and 20 min to tell me something that took 2 seconds to determine. I will never come back and will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to come here.

Sold back some unused tire Chains I bought 6 yrs ago

Helped me with both my vehicles this week. Made me feel safe when my tire was going to blow.

Had a bit of a wait, but the guy taking care of us was very helpful (I think he was a service manager). Overall pleased with the service.

I come from one of the largest cities, where life is all moaning and gnashing of teeth. Im new in Dallas and keep finding it remarkable how easy it is here to have problems solved, how much higher quality service is, how much more affordable everything is.Here was my first Les Schwab experience:I go to my car to find that it has a flat tire. The Les Schwab guys came to ME to fill it with air, so I can drive over and have them look at it. Im in the waiting room drinking a free hot mocha and eating popcorn till the guy comes out and calls my name. He tells me they sealed it up and its ready to drive. As Im pulling out my credit card, he tells me there is no charge. I am in total disbelief.So anyway - I will definitely be going to them for everything I need in the future.

We like going to Schwab for our batteries. They are always nice and very informative.

I usually get very good customer service at this shop and have had no complaint until today. I hope my experience was only as a result of the snow and maybe they were tired at the end of the day. When the tech asked me about the problem, I barely started to explain and the tech briskly cut me off and directed me to a bay. He proceeded to put air in the tires and then make disparaging comments about the business where I get auto service. They need to remember the old adage, if you cant say something nice, dont say anything at all. I wonder what they say about other businesses in town? Just rude.

I will not be going back...ever!!! In the past, even pretty recently they have been of great help, and even patched my flat when I had purchased the tire elsewhere, but their commitment to top notch customer service is not even close to what it used to be. They refused to look at my truck when I brought it in to have some brake work done! And the last time I stopped in they provided very poor customer service and I had to take my business across the street. Some of my friends have even worse stories of being treated poorly! I would recommend just about anywhere else, but dont go to the les swab in Dallas!

I called and talked to Henry and explained the situation, and that she had a Drs Appointment in the near future. They put my wife at the front of the line, and fixed our flat for free! Love Les Shawb but this location always has extremely long wait times and both times underestimated the wait time by over an hour. To top it off they dont come and inform the customer that they are running further behind they wait until you approach them to inform you.

Always a great place to go. They remember my name when I go in.

This is the absolute worst Les Schwab I have ever been to. Its so bad I can not believe its actually allowed to operate under Schwab badging.Ive been to stores all over Wa and Or and have always been overwhelmed with the service.The Dallas store is the closest to me now so I have given them multiple chances to earn my business. Every time with the same horrible result.The last visit was for a single battery replacement. 1 1/2 hrs and the showroom never had more than two customers present at any time. People came and went while I waited.I walked back to view my vehicle unattended multiple times only to be assured they were working on it.NEVER AGAIN! Do not shop here!!

You have to be assertive and get their attention otherwise you could wait hours before they realize you are there. After you have their attention they are quite nice and helpful though.

I had a flat tire and they said it would take an hour and a half to get it fixed so I left the tire and went to run errands. When I got back two hours later it still wasnt ready. They said they would call when it was so I went home. They never called me. The next morning I called them and it was ready. Not my kind of service.

Fantastic service. Very busy as it was a Saturday but everyone was friendly and even apologetic for the long wait.

Great customer service

STAY AWAY!!!! Went in for simple flat repair, turns out they ruined my tire trying to fix it (only 7,000 mile on the tire) then quoted me a replacement price that was only good until I got to the counter to pay for it, suddenly increased by 30%. The woman at the counter unwilling to live up to their quote and not very nice doing so. Replacing my Camaro tires ($1200-$1300) minimum, was going to schwab, but not now, NOT EVER AGAIN!! STAY AWAY!!! Either liars or incompetent, not sure which, but neither works for me.

They beat Costco sale tire price and got my tires on same day with a great warranty. I would highly recommend using them
