So today I went there around 5:45pm and a worker stated they were done changing oil. He was mean when he said it so I walked out. If you close at 7pm you should be able to take 1-3 cars. Oil changes take around 15-20minutes.

The mechanics are great! However, the person at the front stayed on his phone the ENTIRE time. Did not answer any of the calls and is very misinformed. Don’t really understand how he still has a job. Drive to the next Walmart of just go to a regular place. Avoid if you can!

This Auto Care Center was fast..informative...and courteous.... they will always have a space in my car!!!! Had to argue to get a 10 dollar discount on a tire for my elderly mother,!!!! who just purchased a tire two days ago. The Manager was very rude the Cashier was very prejudice. As much as we shop at Walmart they would not honor 10 dollar!!! They not for Customers the for show!! Dont shop here!! Dont use the tire center!! Rude and Prejudice!!!

That was the last day giving ULTA my money. They have lost me as a customer. They send you coupons but can only use on ULTAs products. Too many restrictions and not enough savings. I was having to spend more money to accommendate a coupon. Shop your products before spending at this store.

This only one start is for the guy who was on the front desk on 04/21/21 Wednesday afternoon who is really rude. He was alone helping all the customers but has any patience and talked to me really bad in front of everyone.

Great experience

Was told there was a 2 hour wait for a simple oil change. They had zero cars in the bay for at least an hour, went to Chick-fil-A and came back at the two hour mark to find the technicians talking about a Mustang parked in the front and still no cars in the bay. They just weren’t doing any work at all, this is the 3rd time I’m tried coming here for service work to be screwed by lazy techs that don’t want to do their jobs. My advice? Get a new automotive crew.

30 - 45 minute tire change. Randy was the technician that assisted me and he was very polite and easy to work with. He even had tremendous patience with the customer in front of me who was trying to get out of paying for his tires. Great work!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The warranty is useless, the workers dont know what theyre doing, and I had to drive here 4 days in a row so I can hear they wont help me.

Got a wheel balance and rotation. Was quick service and for under $50 I get free rotation and balance for life. Not a bad deal.

I pulled into the Auto garage and I have been sitting here for 15 mins waiting to be attended or instructed to bring my car in. I need an oil change and I had about 4 people just walk by, make eye contact and keep walking like I dont exist or theres no such thing as saying how can I help you?. My car is literally ON their driveway, wife and kid in the back waiting for any sign of life to just walk up and say something. I wanted to get out and finally say something, but I figured I wont waste my breath and just leave this dump and go to a Real auto shop.

I wish I could put no stars. The most aggravating thing you can to do to anyone is waste their time and thats exactly what they have done. I was told there would be a 2-hour wait (even though they werent servicing any cars the whole 2-hours but you know oh well) and I was fine with it. What I didnt appreciate was they waiting 2 hours to tell me they would not be able to do a oil change because their machine was down (I didnt know the oil machine was like McDonalds ice cream machine) The works kept coming in joking around and talking on the phone I wouldnt suggest anyone go here if you want anything done to your car they are lazy and will waste your time.

Cheap and Excellent Quality Tire InstallationI dropped off my tire and returned later but this was 1/5th the price quoted by other locations for a tire installation, balance, TPMS reset and old tire disposal. I am thinking many one star reviews are given by people waiting longer than they expected

I bought a set of tires for my 2011 Hyundai Genesis online for install at the store. The install price is great and includes lifetime rotation and alignment. I had two issues: 1. It took 2 1/2 hours for them to put on a set of tires. That is clearly excessive. 2. They sent different tires than what I ordered and no-one even told me, they just installed them. I noticed when I went out to get in my car. The tires are a slight upgrade for the same price and seem to ride and handle well, so I can live with that, but someone should have said something before they were installed!

Have been here for 3 hours. Was told an hour a d a half wait for one tire. Did not have to put on vehicle. Right now all 3 bays are empty. A d no one in bays working on anything. DO NOT go to this one for an ything

If i could give no stars i would.went to get an oil change and my two front tires replaced on my 2008 es 350 Lexus, the service men there broke my wheel lock so i wasnt able to get the tires changed. They didnt charge me for the tires because they couldnt do it but they did charge me for the oil change, which they half assed by flushing my oil, changing the filter but not putting oil in the car. sadly i was already home when i realized that the oil maintenance light was still on.

By far the worse customer service - I have called for over 3 hours and only the pharmacy will pick up! I need a simple question answered. I’ll make sure to post this on the NextDoor neighbor websites. Seriously, is it that difficult to pick up a phone.

I arrived first thing Saturday morning to get a tie change and they said they were full up for the day and couldnt help me. This Walmart tire center waiting area is atrocious! Im standing by register waiting for assistance and someone else comes in and start talking to cashierHispanic girl with glasses, I interrupted her and Said I been standing here waiting, she looked surprised and so did the middle Eastern guy. Worst customer service Ive ever had. The service manager in the auto care department was rude to me after his employee failed to write down exactly what I was asking. You would think people who work with tires would know to rotate the back two to the front and put the new ones in the rear. To top it off I paid for the standard oil change which was $29.99 and was supposed to include windshield cleaning and vancuuming the front seat which did not happen.

Always willing to take time to help and even put on if your an old lady like me. Thank you guys.

The service its so bad

I went to the location at Monfort and Arapaho and they charge me $45.00 per oil charge overthere, I thought that the price would be same in all the Walmart autocares around DFW, but what happend when I came here? They charge me $45.00 + $12.00 per adicional quarter.... because my truck take 7.5 quarters. I feel disappointed at all. I willnever comeback because at Arapaho and Monforte they charge me just $45.00 Up to 7.5 oil quarters..... BAD SERVICE!!

If you respect yourself and your time, dont go to this place. They told me itd take an hour and a half to change the oil, I said okay because I had to change it. After hour and a half of waiting they called me and told me we are missing the tool and we wont be able to change the oil! It took them a whole hour and a half to tell me that they wont change it. Utter failure and unprofessionalism.
