Beyond Fair doesn’t even feel like those words accurately represent the people who were serving me. Absolutely fantastic people and extremely helpful and friendly. They treat veterans with extreme honor and gratitude. They helped me get into one of my favorite cars and smiled every step of the way. Honestly superb.Would give 6 stars, but that doesn’t exist.
At the time of my negative experience with this company I was looking for a 2006 Porsche Boxster S. I reached out one day before my scheduled time to drive to Dallas, from Eagle mountain lake to look at the Red Porsche Boxster S they had listed, scheduled an appointment and even discussed a trade in. Everything seemed normal at first, the trade in is a 2017 Elantra SEL, Stain resistant fabric & red with a factory warranty. Alittle over half of the value the 2005 Boxster S was worth.Boy - the over the phone vs going in person was night and day. Their phone communication had me completely fooled into thinking we would be driving an hour to test drive a potential new car to our collection of toys- but I left feeling like I was lucky to not have been stabbed.Immediately after arriving, and this is no issue, we were ordered to wear masks and janitorial gloves to even step into the warehouse to view the car, Mind you - we scheduled a test drive and even sent pictures of the vehicle we might have traded in, as well as mileage and even the VIN number so he could see it was a one owner car. After a “hierarchy” of keys, if you will, to find out who would actually authorize the test drive, the “owner” came in and immediately began patronizing the vehicle we brought for trade, saying it wouldn’t even fetch at trade what he owes on it. This wasn’t a huge issue, as we are cash buyers as well, and had communicated with this dealership that more than likely the Elantra would be sold privately, but, If the dealer offered a reasonable amount the trade would be considered. After demanding to know why we wanted to drive the vehicle, which was odd in itself, we explained we are looking at the newer era 987 Boxster S in comparison to the 996 era 911 as they are priced similarly, though the boxster is a different car, we wanted to compare the newer technology and interior to the older interior that has more HP. This was a massive problem to the owner who berated us for not knowing they were “completely different” cars. I should say I’ve owned DEFCON DETAILING LLC, a high end detailing and wrap shop for almost a decade, and I’m assisting a friend pick out a $25,000 sports car, not some GT3 or performance based Porsche. After that, he deemed us literally too ignorant to drive the vehicle, and told me the only way we would drive the vehicle is if I bought it and drove it off. (Why would I ever without a test drive?) not to mention, he stacked every employee between us and the door and it was an absolutely awful experience that invoked anxiety between my friend and I both. This doesn’t even mention how bad quality the Porsche was, fading headlights and clear coat, buttons rubbed completely white.. the convertible top was stuck down.He wouldn’t even turn on the damn car to let us hear how it ran. Very very sketchy.I started the day thinking I’d be able to compare a boxster S to a 996 911 for my friend who is less versed in these vehicles, but looking to enter market, and l left feeling like I had stumbled upon a drug ring that uses “luxury” cars as a front for some sort of criminal OperationI’ve included pictures of the text message exchange before my 1:15 hr drive to this scam
Drove an hour for a planned test drive just for the dude to tell me because they didnt want the trade in we couldnt test drive the car.I told him the morning of I was selling it third party and just wanted to test the boxter s. Waste of time and bad business
These team is fantastic. Great car, great value and awesome service!
Nowhere was a vehicle financed for the price I was looking for ... they made it! Since you look at the vehicle in the photos of the website you think it is incredible but really they are when you see them in person, vehicles in very good condition, clean and the staff is very attentive, willing to help you get your vehicle. I definitely experience it was 5+ stars! Thanks Earl....
Horrible!!! Was ready to buy but they want to over write the our governor and demand mask and gloves to see their cars. They will be reported!!!
Im always very nervous when purchasing a new vehicle, especially when Im dealing with a new dealership. Classic Cars and its team really made me feel comfortable and secure with their gentle approach. I didnt feel like the salesman was trying to force me to just make a purchase to collect the commission. Everything I asked for in my vehicle including the amount I was willing to pay was taking into consideration, and for me thats a HUGE deal. I can definitely see a long term relationship with Classic Cars.
Best car buying experience I have had in quite a while. Very seamless process. I already knew the car I wanted. The BMW X3. Runs great and no mechanical issues. Thank you so much for the great buy Classic Cars, I will be back to buy a car for my daughter.
Very professional and no pressure sales team ... Johnny and Jamie did a great job getting us our 2012 Jaguar XF ... After sales questions were answered and taken care of expeditiously ...
My Grand father bought a MINI COOPER for school and mom and I were very happy with Johnny and Jamie for helping us over the phone with our purchase. The car was delivered to us and my mom was very excited because it turned out to be exactly what we wanted and Grand father was also happy about the dealership Classic Cars Sales for the service and trust. Thanks to Johnny and Jamie, I am going to ask my friends to buy their cars from you guys.
Zero stars!!! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GOING HERE!!! You will thank me that you did!! I am devastated that this scam dealership stole my money and won’t give it back. Ive filed complaints like everyone else against this place with the General and DMV.I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 8-4-2020 and gave the owner 12040.00 CASH under the impression the car had been inspected within the last 180 days from the date of sale. The day I purchased it the brake fluid like went on costing me 130.00 to fix. The parking lamp light was also on. The windshield was cracked that the dealer also did not disclose. The advertisement online lied about the features of the vehicle saying that the car had thousands of dollars in upgrades that it sure enough did not. The driver handle was deteriorating and cost me 600.00 to repair a few days later. On 8-8-20 Johnny had the front desk assistant Jaime who I had never met or spoke to (however the sale was put in her name I noticed after reviewing the paperwork) call me to say that in order to issue me plates and tags I needed to have the car inspected. This was new news to me as I was never told the car had not been inspected or I would never have purchased it until then. Sure enough that Monday on my way to have the vehicle inspected the auto train drive malfunctions and the check engine light goes on. I took the car directly to BMW to run a diagnostics test 200.00 and find that the car needs 8000.00 worth of work. None of this was disclosed or mentioned to me and the dealer claims to have inspection on site. I am confident he was well aware of the work needed on the car and scammed me into taking my money and falsely advertised the vehicle and also broke the law in selling me the vehicle without proper inspection (vehicle last inspection was 12/2019). Dealer refused to give me back my money on 8-11-2020 and take back the car he sold to me illegally. I am now out 20,0970 for this vehicle and all the repairs are not even finished. I researched online and have read 20+ consumer complaints all from customers who were tricked by this scam artist dealership. In fact another customer who purchased a vehicle 4 days after me the SAME exact thing happened with them as well. Investigation is absolutely necessary for this matter and this dealership license needs to be revoked!
I’ve had to put 12,000 into a car that cost me 15,999.. this place is awful, DO NOT BUY A CAR DROM HERE WITHOUT HAVING YOUR MECHANIC LOOK AT IT FIRST. I would recommend not buying at all from them actually. I’ve had a truly Terrible experience through these folks and I hope nobody ever experiences the same!!
I purchased a 2014 Mini Cooper online and all the paper documents prior to delivery were completed without any issues. It was transported over, I was impressed with the vehicle and trusted customer service attitude displayed considering not seeing the car before purchase. Thanks to Johnny for everything he did to insure that I was completely satisfied. I am a customer for life.
Very fast and easy process. Pain free
Great dealership to do business in the Dallas area. Extremely organized and friendly. Great prices and will be a returning customer!
Everyone was nice. My experience was great. The place was also very clean and well organized. Keep up the good work!
We purchased a Nissan Altima from Classic Car Sales without compromising our health with COVID-19 predicament and social distancing. The office entry to the lobby had a station set up with Disposable Gloves, Sanitizers and Mask for incoming customers in an extremely well kept cleaned environment. My Nissan was ready and paperwork were signed for delivery in a timely manner. We spent less than 15 minutes and I am a very happy customer for life. Thanks to Johnny and Jamie for a very great job. We are sending more people their way.
Fast- in and out service. I love that. Everything i hoped for! Definitely will be telling my friends & family members to come check it out. Thank you Classic Car Sales
Website is just loaded with cars already sold, so you scroll through 10 cars that have been sold to get to one that hasn’t.
Nice selection of cars that are in good shape. Great service that was made easy to get everything done.
Excellent customer service will buy from again

Was very fast also if they had a call they made sure to let me know what was going on and was very very attentive to me. I will definitely recommend them. & this is coming form a women who had to do everything on her own they made it super easy for me! They have my trust 100% Thank you to Oscar and John

I bought a 2014 Dodge Charger online trusting the dealership to process my credit application and electronic contracting before taking delivery of vehicle and everything about the transaction and vehicle was perfect to my satisfaction, thanks to Mr. Johnny for his diligent customer service. I am a customer for life, thanks.
This place was the last place on my list to get a car, i shouldve made this the first stop. Great customer service & they have a nice selection of cars
So i bought a car and didn’t come into the dealership but when it was shipped to me, I LOVED it. Great experience.
They treat you like a criminal. You cant look at the cars at your own leisure comfortably.S questioned browsing. Ask you for your info before you go. Waste of time.
Really nice people. I went in and got what i wanted, car was in really good condition. Definitely would buy from here again.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! Bought a 2009 Mini Cooper and looked great - told me his mechanic checked it all out and was a great car. Drove it just less then 200 miles and it went thru 4 qts of oil, took it to my mechanic and he told me it needed a new engine, not worth fixing. Took it back to Classic Car and Johnny the owner told us too bad, used car. I should of dont my homework on this place before I purchased this car. Hopefully you do. Johnny is a very good Liar - dont believe a word he says have your mechanic check out the vehicle first.
I was looking for a car and in just a minute the helped us out, quickest car I’ve ever bought!
Johnny Imah who sold me my vehicle over 6 yrs ago is/was a true blessing🙏🏾 Im going to forever remember & have the utmost respect, admiration & appreciation for him! My 99 Nissan vehicle is still running today & was the best car buying experience Ive ever have had & he is a genuine man who can truly be trusted!Sincerely,Your FOREVER THANKFUL Customer🙌🏾
I wanted a specific car and I was looking everywhere. I came across Classic Cars Sales and I thought to myself, I will give them a call. I went up there a 9am (which they open at 10 am) and johnny still answered the door for me, even tho I was an hour early from opening time. We sat down. He was very courteous and respectful, and also very profesional. I looked at the car, we test drove. Car was in great condition, leather seats were in mint condition. The car drove great. We got back to the office. Filled out paperwork and went our seperate ways. When I say this guy makes the car process buying simple and painless I mean it. No hassle, no waiting, and I am very satisfied with my car up to this day.
Any man named Caleb who buys a girl car Mini Cooper will always be troublesome I say. Throw in a Barbie Doll new in the Box and an Easy Bake Oven and you should keep your customer girly smile happy satisfied. Keep up the good work GUYS !!!!!!
I was a potential second time buyer, but I will not EVER be coming back, due to the fact the car I put a deposit on was sold from under me. Super terrible customer service, it’s sad because you would think that second time buyer would be very valuable to the seller, but I was lied to and took my business elsewhere. The lack of communication and immaturity is so sad and pitiful. Yes they are “nice” people but will easily take advantage of you and your money at their earliest convience.
I want to thank Classic Cars Sales for their time and respect and non pressure buying experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.John the Finance Director was honest and efficient.
Trust your gut when you read these reviews, wish I did.I arrived here because I wanted a specific mini that they had. I of course was car shopping, so there were a few other cars I was deciding between. The mini had a phenomenal interior. Everything when me and my boyfriend had arrived was very pushy. “I tell people that if you have other cars. Go look at them before you come here because it take a lot for us to take cars out of the garage since it’s indoor” which is fine, but if I’m thinking about buying a car from you, why don’t you treat me with some respect instead of being rude right off the bat? We went on the test drive and while we were gone, John had printed all the paper work for me to buy the car. I didn’t even say I wanted it yet? We didn’t even talk about the price yet? So my boyfriend offered a price and John got very aggressive and rude because “well why didn’t you say anything before because I just wasted all this paper” lol because you didn’t let us talk? The car drove fine so we decided to purchase it. I told him I would not pay more that a certain price because I have other cars that I like that are under my budget. I didn’t NEED this car. This is not the only dealership in DFW and I can get another car I like under my budget. He sat there for 20 minutes arguing with us about it.When i said “I” was purchasing it, I mean *I* not my boyfriend. John talked to my boyfriend about everything instead of me, the entire time. He kept bringing up how I was young and acted like I had never bought a car before. While we were paying, they wanted me to write a review on better business bureau on their iPad right in front of them.... which is probably why they have such a high rating on there (;I asked if the car was seen by a mechanic and he assured me that it was. He then said (multiple times) that the car was inspected within 6 months so they were not required to get it inspected. He also told me multiple times there was no warranty, after I bought it (I guess i should have asked) which made me suspect something was wrong with it.Once we left the parking lot, MY CLUTCH WENT OUT. In. The. Parking lot. They acted like they weren’t gonna fix it (because there’s no warranty) until I had a whole mental breakdown and Johnny (owner I think) said that he would “spend a thousand dollars if that meant I had a happy customer”The clutch replacement took two days longer than they had told me it would take. The day that I got my car back, the engine light went on. Hah. Of course. There are also so many electrical problems with the car that wasn’t disclosed. (If they ever drove it, they would have known. But i guess they just pretend to know the cars) my tachometer doesn’t turn on half the time. My speedometer spazzes out. The entire dash board will flash on and off. Honestly makes me drive a little more interesting. They sent me to the transmission place that fixed my clutch, but the guys there made me feel very uncomfortable and wanted to have my car for s week to look at it.It took four months to get my license plate and title because someone kept losing it. And when I would text Johnny, he acted very annoyed. I requested for him to email me a new temp tag before mine expired and his reply was “you’re good for a week after the expiration date”.... my cop boyfriend says other wise (: HE WANTED ME TO DRIVE FOR A WEEK WITH AN EXPIRED TAG. Who. Does that?I should have trusted the reviews when I read them... you probably should too.The overall experience was terrible and the 1 star is because the interior was nice. (:
Great car experience really recommend this place, very fast and easy going didn’t give me a hard time at all
This dealership and Johnny Imah are the biggest scam artists I have ever done business with!! I bought a 2004 BMW X5 3 1/2 weeks ago, the radio screen was messed up and he agreed to fix it which he never did (he claimed he changed it out with a new one but two days after driving it it was messed up just like before). The rear panoramic window didnt work so his way of fixing it was just to close it and lock it so it can never be used again. He sold me a warranty with it and outlined what all it covers, come to find out it covers the engine and transmission and rear ends, he told me it covered everything on the car bumper-to-bumper. I have owned the car for three weeks now and I just spent $2900 getting the brake booster replaced, the vacuum pump on the brakes replaced, the axle boot on the right front axle and both struts on the front end. Ive called and left numerous messages to no avail! I now have almost $12,000 in a $7400 car. Im having my lawyer draw up paperwork now for the fraud this man has pulled on me. I suggest you run away from this business as fast as you can, he is the worst businessman I have ever done business with! The cars he sells are junk and he shines them up well and covers things up that you wont find until you have the car at home and it is too late!
This place is SCAM city. Please beware!!! They do their own inspections. Passed my car for inspection and it CLEARLY was not inspected. For that reason I had to pay $492 3 weeks later to replace tires because thhey were bald...and this is during then time we had multiple icy days. They also falsified paperwork (which I am currently consulting with an attorney) where they added on $2000 to my car loan. Then I contacted the better business bureau and they didnt even bother to reply. This place is horrible. Please be careful!
Like another reviewer said, if I could give them a negative rating I would. This place is the worst. Yes they are salesmen but they lied about alot of things. 1) place of purchase, claimed it was bought from Sewell, CARFax has that it was bought at an auction. I asked him how it got it and he said it was a trade-in. I called him on Monday to tell him eerything that I found wrong with the car even though I was told there wasnt anything wrong with the car, it was in pristine shape. I asked him if he would go in on some of the repairs but of course he said no, there was nothing wrong with it, but its odd how all of a sudden the radio is not working. I ended up spending another $2500 over what I had already paid for the car to get it to be drive-able. I am also going to have to spend another 600-800 to have the rims replaced since 3 out of the 4 were bent. I had to have new tires, which again I was told the tires were fairly new, that was another nearly $700 dollars for tires. This guy is a crook and a liar. DONT BUY FROM HIM!!!!
DONT TRUST THIS PLACE, THEY WILL SALE YOU CARS THAT ARE IN BAD CONDITION, THEY MAY SEEM IN GOOD CONDITION BUT THERE NOT, BOUGHT AN XTERRA WITH THEM AND 2 MONTHS LATER HAD TO SPEND ABOUT 900 JUST IN PARTS PLUS LABOR I DID HEAR A NOICE AND ASK HIM WHEN I WAS BUYING IT AND HE SAID IT WAS JUST SOMETHING LOOSE, also it need it a complete tune up, new alignment, and electrical problems....they had broken the Check engine bulb so i dont see the check engine light come on. terrible experience>>>>THIS DEALER ITS A SCAM!!!!!
I love my new car, I got it from this place and they are very frendly, they tried to help IN EVERY WAY posible, clear and honest, thanks to Johnny and that girl helping me all the times that I call for info.A real pleasure doing business with CCS.
Great dealership with friendly people
On 1/30/2016, Johnny Imah of Classic Car Sales sold me a 2008 Mini Cooper Clubman. He said that his own people had inspected the car and that it was in great condition. Within three days, the check engine light came on. I immediately took the car to an auto repair shop. They determined that the vehicle has many problems but that this specific issue could be caused by one or more of the following:One (or both) solenoids are malfunctioningWrong motor oilTiming system needs to be rebuiltThey tested the solenoids and found no issue. They changed the motor oil. I drove it for a few days and the check engine light came on again. On 2/9/2016, I took it back to JP Euro and they kept it overnight for testing. The next day they told me that the timing system needed to be rebuilt. They also felt that the lower tie rods were at the point of failure along with the water pump and the thermostat. They were sure that the warranty company would cover a lot of the repairs. In the meantime, I was looking through the glove compartment and found an invoice from a repair shop in Wichita Falls. The invoice had the name of the prior owner of the car and it showed that the entire front end had to be replaced. Johnny Imah told my wife and I that the car had never been in an accident. I contacted the prior owner and he confirmed that the car had been in a major front end accident. He thought that the car had been sold for scrap.I spoke with Johnny Imah on 2/10/2016 in person at his office. He told me that he wants for me to be a satisfied customer. He asked for me to go through the warranty company and have the repairs done and to speak with him afterwards. He said he would do what it takes to make me a satisfied customer.I had had the auto shop contact the warranty company. The warranty company sent out an inspector who agreed with the their assessment. The warranty company agreed to pay $3449.75. This left me with the remaining balance of roughly $2143.10 to pay out of pocket. This was on 2/11/2016. I authorized the repairs.I received the car back on 3/1. I again spoke with Johnny Imah (manager and owner) at Classic Car Sales. I asked him to pay $1800 (my out of pocket minus the water pump andthermostat). He has refused to pay anything. If you decide to buy a car from Johnny Imah and Classic Car Sales, immediately double the sticker price. Because the car will cost you twice as much with all of the repairs youll need to have done.
Nice, reasonably priced, luxury and sports cars.
I wish I could give this place no stars, dont do business here. Your setting yourself up for failure
Nobody showed up for appointment.
Got a great deal on a car here
Exelent
No rides..
