OMG!!! QUALITY & SERVICE ABOVE THE REST. We absolutely LOVE North Texas Auto Sales and Everyone should. We reside in Florida, my husband & his brother wanted to SURPRISE their mother for her Birthday/Mothers Day with a new car. I had been searching high and low for weeks trying to find a nice dependable car. Sunday, May 6th 2018 I came across the website for North Texas Auto Sales and saw a nice car that was just what we were looking for. I submitted my information to receive a call back to get more details on this particular vehicle and to see if it was still available. In approximately 30 minutes or less, I received a call from Blake, responding to my inquiry. This was impressive in itself because they are closed on Sundays, but Blake just happened to be there doing other tasks but took time to respond to me right away. Blake advised that the vehicle was still available. I told Blake our goal was to pay for the vehicle from Florida, so that when we arrived in Texas for Mothers Day Weekend, all she needed to do was sign the documents and drive away. I asked if this was possible? Blake said he was sure it was but would check with John to make sure it was. I gathered all the information on the vehicle, the car fax, maintenance records, pictures, etc.. and presented it to my husband & his brother for their approval. They were pleased with what I presented them. Monday, May 7th 2018, I notified Blake, that we would like to secure the vehicle. We were able to do so 1400 miles away, sight unseen WITHOUT ONE PROBLEM. I asked Blake if they had a bow that they could put on the car? Blake said no, so I asked if I could send one ahead of time so that when we arrived on Friday, May 11th it would be in place. Blake said yes, so the bow was shipped to North Texas Auto Sales. When we arrived John was waiting and IT WAS AMAZING!!!!! The vehicle was all dressed up and ready to roll. The setup couldnt have been better for a SURPRISE. Most importantly the VEHICLE WAS IMMACULATE with low mileage, still under the manufacturers warranty and priced perfect. THANKS BLAKE & JOHN for making my family happy. Customers for life.

Bought a car from this place, and just like one the other people who reviewed this place they reset the service lights. It wasnt until later that I found out the issues with the car. Take it from someone whos dealing with these problems. Dont waste your time or money.

We purchased the car over the phone, which is always a bit nerve-racking but John was easy to talk and answered every question to make us feel comfortable. My wife and I were in need of a good vehicle after an accident, and we found one for a very reasonable price at North Texas Auto Sales. Even after assuring them that we were going to make a purchase, we had some doubts regarding the speed with which the decision had been made, and changed our mind. Upon informing them of our decision, they were supportive, and were still more than happy to help us make the right decision, even if it meant us buying a cheaper vehicle from them, or not going with them at all. We waited several weeks to post a review so as to ensure objectivity, and now, we are still at the same conclusion; these guys rock!

Owner sold me a 2006 Mustang with only 69k miles on it at the time. They extreme low ball you on the trade in and will not move any on their cars. Very pushy and made it tough to leave. I didnt think any thing of it when the Mustang was running every time I was presented it. I had to go across town to finish financing and during the highway parts I noticed what felt like a small miss. I told the lady that showed me the way but she said that is was fine it was supposed to do that. I should have know better and blame myself for that part. I turned the car off then after signing the papers low and behold it wont even start! He did fix that only after I made a deal out of it. This place is what gives used car dealers a bad rep this was the first one I ever went too and I didnt know better. Research and check every part of a car before buying and stay as far away from this place as you can. That miss turned out the be a value spring and I had to trade it in one year later or pay least 1000 to get a new spring put in.

I am well pleased with my buying experience at this car dealership. John, the salesman, did not pressure me to buy the car. The atmosphere was very relaxing. While the car I was buying had the tires replaced, he showed me around to see the other cars. I bought a 2012 Hyundai Azera and I believe I got a very good deal for the car. I will definitely consider to buy from this place the next time I am shopping for another car.

I actually walked into North Texas Auto on accident. I had seen a car I was interested in online, at the dealership next door, and got the buildings confused. John was extremely nice and polite when I walked in, and pointed me in the right direction to the dealership I was looking for, but said I was more than welcome to take a look at his vehicles if I wanted. I instantly fell in love with a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and took it for a test drive that day. I immediately knew this was the vehicle I wanted. He was never pushy and did not pressure me by any means, which I really appreciated. He really worked with me and did everything he could to help me, being that I have awful credit and was a first time buyer. I absolutely love my car!! Got a vehicle here a year ago. Most of us know that you can reset service lights that come on in the dash and they often wont come back on for 100 miles or so. I took my vehicle home from this dealer. 100 miles later I got 4 or 5 lights on in the dash including a check engine light. $1300 later the vehicle was as it shouldve been when I bought it. Also I had to pay for my own inspection to close the deal. A year and about 10 phone calls later still no reimbursement check. Its not a lot of money, not a big deal, but John lieing about it is.

Bought a 2001 Ford F250 diesel yesterday. Excellent customer care from Benny Lane. Vehicle described accurately and well detailed. I did have an issue with the condition of the tires - they promptly made it right by providing new tires with installation (I voluntarily paid for two of the four just to be fair - these were purchased at wholesale pricing, no markup).From picking me up at the airport, to making sure I was completely satisfied with my buying experience, I would recommend that you consider doing business with them.

Buyer beware. I recently purchased a 2003 Subaru WRX from this dealer. Two days later, the engine went out. I called the dealer and they offered to pay for part of it. I told them that I wanted our old car back, and they told us that it was fine, but they would try to sue us for the cost of the engine. So they told us that they were working on unwinding the deal, and 7 days later I get a call in a very different context. The dealer was yelling and cussing because he wanted to keep my down payment of 1500 dollars to pay for the engine. After several attempts on my end, I was forced to accept, as I could not leave my wife and baby at home without a means of transportation for any longer. This dealer acts friendly when things are going their way, but as soon as you cross to the other side of the fence, it becomes apparent that in the end its all about the money.Long story short, if you feel like losing 1500 dollars of your hard earned money and not having a car for two weeks, come check out North Texas Auto Sales.

I purchased a 2011 Ford F150 about 4 months ago from North Texas Auto Sales. I found this truck online and instantly fell in love, emailing the dealership I recieved good back and forth feedback so I drove 3 hours to purchase it and noticed a Crack on one of the parts. John and I made a deal that he would repair and deliver the truck with no extra cost and have had no problems ever sense.

Drove a 2014 tahoe clean no accident title i left laughing drove it for 10 mins turned around the engine was knocking. Turns out vins didnt match

Buyer beware. I knew I was buying an older car. I was paying cash and wanted a specific model that I previously owned. I knew I would have to put some investment and/or repair work into it since it is an older model. I was willing to do that in order not to have a car note. John Jr. appeared knowledgable, but either lied outright or didnt know the car he was selling. He would not budge on the price doing the common song and dance of we put money into it, nothing is wrong with it, those slight imperfections are not expensive to fix, we did replace ___, but that was the only issue we found, this is bottom line-Ive already reduced the price, etc. The vehicle appeared to have new belts and new tires. Test drive revealed no issues or squeaks, just a little pull to the right which was explained as the guys we use for tires just put them on, they dont do alignments or anything. We took it to two different reputable garages and a dealership to check things out and review any recalls that had not been taken care of. The dealerships changed the oil and did find some recalls that needed to be done. Each place gave us a 3 page list of automotive items that needed to be done. So far we have replaced the lower control arm, replaced the power steering pump, completed a power steering flush, had a four wheel alignment, replaced front pads and rotors, replaced variable valve timing solenoid, replaced the valve cover gasket, replaced the LF axle, AND then the check engine light came on. We then replaced the O2 sensor (Up stream bank) and an oil pressure sensor. On the list of things to do: brake system flush, drive belt, replace rear spray nozzle, replace rear weather stripping, replace rear pads rotors and this is not including little routine items we expected. We changed all filters, which were filthy. The cabin filter had previous owner info/papers in it. We cleaned off headlamp covers, glued/fixed some interior fabric, and replace windshield wipers, etc. The radio has a CD stuck in it, but we were aware of this and will eventually get a more updated radio system. We were told to come back later and John would give us key fobs that he had lying around (car did not have any) that we could get programmed and he could have one of his guys buff and paint the interior plastic scratches out to look like new. My husband left messages that were not returned, so he went by and John Sr. who appeared surprised to hear all of the above. He told my hubby if there were any more issues to bring it to them. (Why would I trust you now?)Again, I knew I was buying an older vehicle, I expected some expenses. Just be honest with me. Dont make it look good on the outside or ready temporarily and then become the stereotypical con-man type of car salesman. They appeared to have some high end cars with high end ticket prices. I recommend having a mechanic with you or have a mechanic look at anything from North Texas Auto Sales before final purchase. Oh, this week the AC, that was putting out cold air, now does not. Sigh. If I wanted to spend the final amount I have spent, I could have a later model car that runs well and has a few bells and whistles. There are literally thousands of choices in the metroplex. I would pass this place by.

I was looking for a car for my son and i found one online on auto trader and the dealership that had it was north texas auto sales..i called the number and the owner answered the phone and was very up front and i made a appt. to see them on saturday. i showed up saturday and the owners son had the car ready to show and my son loved it. i love the way that this family owned and run business handled the entire transaction....thank you john and john jr..your the best..

The finance guys will shotgun your credit to multiple banks causing multiple hard inquires on your credit. beware. very hard to get a hold of, and takes sometimes days for a response.
