Hi, I found my most recent car on Select City Cars via AutoTraders. Its amazing to me to sit at my desk near San Antonio, pick up the phone, negotiate, close and execute a deal for a car 250 miles from me. I got my financing in place by phone and email, made Jay an offer which he graciously accepted and got the paperwork going. My bank got all their paperwork to me through web based DocuSign and I forwarded it to Jay and he got me his paperwork via email which I used DocuSign to execute all his forms. After that Jay took care of everything. He even contacted a transport company for me. My car shipped the next morning arriving that afternoon, unbelievable. My son, home from U.S. Air Force Academy, finally in his 2nd year of school and authorized to have a vehicle on base, started searching the Metroplex for a dependable used truck. The trucks we looked at, in the years and price range, were disappointing until we went to Select City Cars to look at an Ford F-150.I, recovering from multiple myeloma cancer, do not have much energy to negotiate as I used to; with Jay, I did not have to. Jay, as myself, served honorably in the U. S. Armed Forces, he in Marines and I Navy, already shared a relationship as Brothers in Arms...in a military scene, we would give our life for each other. He bent over backwards to provide a great vehicle for Alexander to drive back to the Academy. I could not feel more comfortable in him...he also dropped the price by $1000 since he wanted Alexander to have a nice truck.Jay, who is originally from Afghanistan and joined the Marines as a translator to escape the historic internal hostilities in his country, has worked hard to make a better life for his family and live the American Dream. After receiving the special attention with making a deal for Alexanders truck, I will consider going back when it is time for myself to get another vehicle.

I bought Honda Civic 2017 in Jun 2018. The Car was in accident but they subsided it on CARFAX at that time and I trusted them. Now I am trying to sell it and found that the car was in severe accident just 3 months before I had bough it. The way they treated me was just like their brother and influenced by talking their family and many other matters to make me to trust and earned 5 starts review. To win my confidence, they even showed me papers that they supply cars to big dealers too. They showed me the highest rating on google. But, after learning the fact after two years, I am reducing that to 1 start now. PLEASE READ OTHER 1-START REVIEWES, you will learn this dealer is selling MOSTLY accident cars by hiding or managing to subside it on CARFAX reports.I am sure those good review owners might not have re-checked CARFAX and AUTOCHEK report after few months of deal, or might not have tried to re-sale it, as I did.Like, I fall prey of this scam. therefore, now I want to request other reviewers and potential-buyers to PLEASE PLEASE check CARFAX and AUTOCHEK reports twice before you freeze the deal. This is the second time I bought a car from Select City Cars, and both have been excellent experiences. I moved to Dallas last year, and knew no one in the area, but was very comfortable in the online car buying process, ever since I bought my first car online back in 2014. I did a thorough search, and immediately found that Select City Cars had the best website in terms of web-page design, ease-of-use, and had the most extensive stock information. This kind of transparency told me that this was the real deal.I found the car that I liked and arranged a test drive. In a way I like to think that Im a savvy buyer, especially when the car that I was planning to see was already sold by the time I got to there. It happened not once, but twice! The fact that I kept coming back for the third time showed the quality of the people at Honda Cars, especially Jay . They treated me with respect, apologized for the inconvenience, and went above and beyond whats expected to get me a better deal. Its not entirely their fault, because I couldnt come the same day I found the cars, and the ones I chose were already a very good deal that someone else wouldve snapped them up immediately. Anyway the third time was the charm, because Jay found a 5-month 2017 Honda Accord LX with 1,600 miles for $4,000 less than its new MSRP price. But of course that wasnt the price I paid because we negotiated some more (wink)Long story short, I enjoyed my used 2017 honda Accord very much until I got an email a few weeks ago asking if Im interested in trading my car at 120% of kbb price. I wasnt planning on getting a new car, but this was a deal thats just to sweet to pass.It was a pleasant experience coming back to the dealer, and met Jay And Faiz, Eli again. As usual the whole experience was painless, and I found a New 2017 Honda Accord Sport This Time that I really liked. Did I walk away that day with the new car? Nope. I went home empty handed because we couldnt agree on the price.But thats not the end of the story. Jay called me a few days later, we negotiated a bit more, and finally agreed on a price. I thought they were very friendly, treated me with respect, and the price was fair. And most importantly, all through the process I feel that they were being honest. With all the information thats available on the internet, incl. the base price that Honda sells to their dealers, you know a mile away if someone is being less than truthful to you. Friendly, knowledgeable and nice staff. But call ahead. The sign said open, but the doors were locked. We had to drive around back to find someone working in the garage. Then we had to wait for the salesman to arrive who had the keys to the vehicle we wanted to look at. We waited about 15 minutes.

The guys there are friendly, dont push you, let me rest drive whatever I wanted from their inventory by myself, and made me laugh on a regular basis. We dont buy cars very often, but we will be Jays customers every opportunity we can. The prices he lists the cars for are reasonable, compare and you will see. But even negotiating was not painful. I had done a lot of research about this particular vehicle. I called the dealership to ask some questions. The Representative asked had I ever test driven the vehicle and when I stated that I had not, he suggested that I make an appoint to give it a test drive. The sales rep was very patient with me answering all of my questions patiently. He took me for the test drive but intentionally took me to an area where I could really get the feel for driving a SUV, encouraging me to do turns and back up etc., to become comfortable. Do not purchase your car from here its best to go to a regular dealership at the price they sell these defective cars. I bought my car 2 weeks ago, during the purchase everything was warm and friendly. Once I called for the problems Im having its no longer warm and friendly. I bought a Nissan Altima from the exterior it looks like its in mint condition, little did I know that the true problems are within the vehicle. Already had to purchase a new battery, they also informed me looks like the radiator was bend. That the vehicle had been in accident. It sure wasnt in one with me, wouldnt be on here complaining but dealing with my insurance. If you do decide to buy it here, take someone who is knowledgeable about cars so you wont have to go through with, what Im going through.

Dont fall into the trap and even if you feel the deal good, go for a through multi-point checkup which covers all the parts, car structure etc. otherwise be ready to loose huge $$$$$.

I had come right off work with my husband to buy the car we bought.Faiz and his brother did everything he could to expedite the process and get us home in a new car quickly. He answered all of my questions- he made me feel like I was the only customer he had.Very professional. He even offered me snacks and food;I was so exhausted- he even offered to drive me home! He even called me that evening just to make sure I made it home safe.This is the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time! I will always come here to get my cars!! They advertise honesty but that is far from the truth. I bought a 2017 Accord with 1600 miles or so. Jay informed me the car was perfect and had no issues. Found out during the rains that the trunk leaks big time. Took to Honda and was informed that car has been in an accident. Called Jay, the owner and informed him of the non disclosed accident and that I would like my money back. Jay was not interested in solving the issue, just a bunch of excuses. Nice guy, seems honest but is a wolf in sheeps clothing. Do not trust him!! We will not have to use the law to force him to do what is right...
