I visited this establishment to have my IPhone 6S repaired that had been ran over by a car. As soon as I entered the place they immediately made me feel welcome. The owner was very friendly and made light out of how my phone had been damaged. The estimate given to fix my phone was $50 less than the next cheapest place and I had been to several. He gave me a concise and accurate timeline and description of what exactly he would be fixing and my phone felt brand new after the operation was done. Side note: he had a variety of devices on sale that were very hard to find ordinarily such as a PS510/10 would highly recommend anyone looking to do business with any sort of tech.

I called several places and got quotes for price and time. This was the only place that actually had my screen in stock, but I would have gone here anyway. It was nearly $100 cheaper than most quotes and only took 45 minutes, less than half the time the other stores quoted me. The work is great. Im very happy I found this store.

I contacted CPR when my daughter cracked her iPad Air 2 glass. CPR explained to me that the glass on the iPad Air 2 cannot be easily replaced, rather they needed to order an entire LCD and digitizer assembly. CPR ordered and overnighted the required parts, and when I dropped off my iPad today, they were able to quickly repair in less than an hour. Excellent work, speedy delivery, good customer service, and most importantly, they were $100 cheaper than competing stores for the same repair. 10/10 experience, would recommend to others looking for quick, reliable cell phone or iPad repair.

A price quote over the phone was not honored. Employee verified the model and color of my phone during the call. I arrived less than 5 min later the quoted price was tripled. I did not use the service. The employee was very cold and robotic.

Came in because they said on Facebook they had the PS5 in stock and all you needed was a bank account and $50 down. The PS5 retails for $499. I imagined they would sell it for its retail price or perhaps maybe slightly more($599) since its a small business. Nope. They want $1400. Wasted my time and gas. No wonder they dont post the price online. Dont pay almost triple the MSRP. Posted this review on Facebook and they deleted and blocked me. Its like theyre trying to hide that they are selling the PS5 for an outrageous amount.

I mistakenly took my iPhone XS Max into a swimming pool for about 10-15 minutes, and it never worked again! This phone is suppose to be good in up to 3 meters of water for up to 30 minutes!!Took it to Dallas’ Apple Store on Knox Street, and met with Gabriel on 6/18/20. He told me that they could not help me, my mint condition water damaged phone was now done, it couldn’t be fixed “safely”, and that I should buy a new one. So my phone is garbage now, Gabe? Yes it is!I ended up taking my phone to CPR on Fitzhugh Ave, met with Camila (she’s wonderful), and 2 hours later, like magic… FIXED!!!Be careful trusting Apple too much! Be sure to do your due diligence and look at your options... CPR did a great job! Thank you!

I brought my iPhone 6s here to get my screen replaced a couple months ago. My Touch ID was working fine before bringing it there and once I got it back my Touch ID doesn’t work at all. I told them about it and they said it had nothing to do with the screen and there isn’t anything they could do about it. But again my Touch ID worked fine before they had it and now I’m having problems with my home button sticking. Now no one will even attempt to fix my phone because they’ve messed it up and won’t fix it.I wouldn’t go back to this place even if they were my last option.I’d give 0 stars if I could.I’m pretty sure they’ll try to make me pay a ridiculous price for them to fix THEIR mess up. Which I will in no way shape or form do.

BEWARE! Never get your phone or device repaired from here! I had my iPhone screen replaced for $215 a few months back. Ever since its been replaced the screen has glitched all the time, but it wasnt that obvious. Now the screen has finally glitched to the point where its unusable. So I took it in, because when I purchased the replacement he said it was warranted. However he claims theres a crack in the screen. I asked for him to show me and he said well its not visible. Something about it being in between the glass. Its obvious this establishment installs subpar replacements and clearly do not stand behind there warranty. Id recommend paying the extra money and having an apple certified dealer replace it and avoid this shady place at all cost! Clearly I should have read all the other AWFUL reviews before using them!

I brought my Surface Pro 5 to them with a cracked screen. It has been declared all over the internet that Microsoft created this great tablet, but all commented that replacing the screen is a pain in the you know what. Within in 2 hours they called me back and tada! Seeing that they can replace a screen on a Surface Pro without damaging the device, I believe they can do anything. The price was steep, but it wasnt the labor. It was the part. They are more expensive than an Apple replacement screen. So if you get a Surface Pro. TAKE CARE OF IT. I dropped low end and high end androids and iPads and they never broke. I didnt even drop of bump my Surface at least not that I am aware of and one day, hair line cracks appeared. They are not pieces of junk. Just delicate.

My IPhone XS needed repairs. This is one of the few local shops that would perform the service. They were very nice and accommodating. However, the first day after I received the repairs I had to return to the shop for additional repairs. One of my volume buttons had stopped working. About a week after that my phone continued to produce issues it has never had before. Buttons stopped working, Face ID (when enabled) no longer work, the screen not lighting properly or at all. Overall the repairs were extremely expensive. The work was subpar. I ended up having to buy a replacement phone within a month of repairs due to these issues created by the repairs. The whole ordeal cost substantially more than having replaced the phone initially (I had to pay additional when trading in my phone for the issues created from the repairs).

The staff are very friendly and know the variety of mobile devices that come in for repair. The price of repair was very affordable and the total amount given before the repair was started. The turn around time was extremely fast and the quality of the repair was outstanding.

The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter’s phone had an issue after an iOS update that pretty much killed her phone. They gave me a better than fair price on the trade in and I was able to upgrade. They took care of transferring her data over to the new phone and Set it up for me. We’ve had no problems since then.
