I actually had a great experience with the whole team.When I needed to buy a bag, it came within a week in better condition that I expected. Every time I need to consign, people are very friendly. The price they are offering for the items not always fair, but we dont need to accept it. The only thing that was confusing to me, one time I refused to sell the item and brought it back couple of month later ones that there was a price increase for that designer and Fashiophile offered me less money then it was originally offered, the lady said that is their policy. I was confused.
Terrible customer service...good luck in trying to get someone on the phone...paid for a LV backpack that was never sent to me...had a terrible time getting a refund and in addition returned a different item and received an email from Fashionphile that a refund was being processed and never was credited to my credit card. I will let the credit card company fight that one. Never again, dont waste your $$$ on this noncompany!
I have to say that I sold a bag to them last year and they gave me a great price! However, I tried to sell them a pair of Chanel shoes that are one year old and have been worn twice.... I paid $900 and they offered me $150...I laughed hard at that. I can get double that easy on another site like Ebay.. I think maybe your first sale they give you decent money and after that they low ball you. Sad.. I was excited to give them several items.
Loved my experience here! First time selling my bag back and used store credit for a NEARLY BRAND NEW Chloe satchel. 100/10 would recommend! The process was quick and easy at this Dallas location and the staff was super friendly/helpful. Definitely got a fair price for the bag i sold to them. Will definitely go through Fashionphile now for all of my luxury bag purchases!
I had an awesome experience here! I submitted photos of a small Prada cosmetics bag that I was thinking i could get AT MOST $150 (and thats before poshmark takes their cut, so probably closer to $125 or less) for it on poshmark based on looking at their sold prices on poshmark, even for ones in excellent condition like mine was. I decided to see what fashionphile quote was just becasue why not and they quoted me $300 for it within 24 hours of me submitting my photos to their website. Dropped it off at Neimans the next day, which was super quick and easy, and within the week I had the $300 deposited into my account (they allow you to set up direct deposit for your payout). Great experience, so much less work than having to sell it myself and wait for someone to buy it, which on poshmark can likely take weeks if not months (and you probably wont even get your original asking price unless what youre selling is super super super sought after or rare). Ive also purchased a couple things from fashionphile, a miumium bag and a louis vuitton multicolore pochette cles. Both arrived in great condition as they were shown to be in. My mom ordered a black prada saffiano galleria double zip bag that was rated as excellent condition but looked like it was brand new, and she got it for less than half of the current retail price listed on prada and neimans websites. Great experience, looking forward to buying from/selling with them again.
Took my Louis Vuitton Cherry Blossom Retro Sac a couple of months back, got an email back saying that they weren’t able to take it I was like cool no problem, I was supposed to go pick it up at the store but couldn’t go anymore for personal reasons so I emailed them back if they can send it and they agreed days passed I never got my bag back, received an email saying that it “got lost in the mail” so I reconfirmed my address and to this day I never received it, and didn’t even get compensated because I do see my bag up in their website.
BEWARE!!!!!! Worst shopping experience ever! They took over a week just to get it in the mail! Oh, and when you call customer service, you’ll get a message that says “sorry, we’re all in a meeting, you can get help from the FAQ on our website.” Seriously?????? Don’t waste your money here!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase an item and it doesnt work, request and receive a return authorization and label...dont expect a FULL refund. Merchant will come up with a cockamamy excuse not to issue a full refund. I purchased a wallet, it didnt work so I returned it, via their return an item under my order. I purchased another wallet which I kept, but upon inquiring why the credit wasnt issued for the wallet I returned, I was told the tags werent attached. I RETURNED TO THEM EVERYTHING I RECEIVED, INCLUDING TAGS!
