Do not go to Morgan or Reyna! Morgan has butchered my brows where they arch is in the wrong place, see picture, the arrow is pointing to the area she mistakenly removed hair. I went back and saw Reyna and asked her to do a proper brow map prior to tweezing, so my brows don’t get messed up again and she free hand drew it on. I asked her again to do a proper brow map, instead of free hand drawing it, and she said they aren’t trained to do that. I could see that what she drew was going to mess up the month of me trying to grow back Morgan’s mistake so I said didn’t want to do that. She rolled her eyes and gave me a fake passive aggressive, “have a nice day”. I said don’t do that, don’t be rude, and she rolled her eyes again and said, “have a nice day”. Terrible service with rude workers.

I have always had a great experience here. Peyton, Gabby, & Stephanie are always so polite and helpful. They have always provided the best service. The store is always spotless and I never have had to wait for my service. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience! Searched for Anastasia but this was the Google Maps result. Didnt know it existed but was so much more convenient than having to go into the mall. Peyton and team were professional yet friendly. I spent more than I needed to but they were so sweet, I dont regret it a bit. Peyton was so nice and spent a lot of time on my brows, even though I was the last appointment of the day. My brows look amazing! Best brow procedure ever for me, actually. The staff are warm, friendly, and professional, and I always leave an appointment feeling better than I did when I walked in the door. Highly recommend!!

Really enjoy going to this location to get my lashes and brows tinted and waxed. Reyna is my go-to when she is available, but everyone there does good work. Clean and cute establishment that’s fairly priced for their services. I’ll even occasionally buy makeup while I’m in the store too, which is convenient since I love their primer. Plus it’s right next to Sprinkles Cupcakes, so I’ll usually pop next door after my service for a treat. Would recommend!

The ladies here are so professional and very sweet! I came in from out of town, like WAY out of town and I dropped in thr boutique because I was in the area. Well actually I wanted the Sprinkles cupcakes next door 😋I knew I was in need of some brow shaping up so I chose the threading service. I didnt make an appointment, but the lady (I believe her name is Brandy) who helped me saw there was no room to fit me in the schedule which was totally fine. She went out of her way to fit me in anyway and Im so excited she did because it led me to Gabby. I needed some help trying to get my eyebrows to grow and so she got rid of only the hairs I needed, like a cleanup. So she didnt give me what I wanted which was trim and reshape, but she gave me what I needed. She also educated me on what to do in order to get them to grow. So now Im on my way to the best brows ever!!! It was a very informative visit and I will be back!!! Go check this place out!!!!

I always go see Reyna at Benefit in Preston Center to get my eyebrows threaded. She is the absolute best for all your eyebrow needs, and along with that is one of the kindest, most genuine person! If you are unhappy with your eyebrows or something else GO SEE HER & she will help you out!!!!

I came in to get eyebrow wax, tint and lash tint. Reyna helped me out and was so amazing. She walked me through everything and was kind and knowledgeable. She even took the time to talk to me about threading and what to do about my stubborn chin hairs! Love her, definitely going back.

This was an amazing place to be. I worked with stephany and she’s was absolutely amazing, great personality and great customer service she made sure I was completely comfortable with everything she was doing. I’ve know about the Benefit Brow Bar since living in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I would go to the location at Ulta for my brow mapping and waxing. I was happy to discover this stand alone location in Dallas.I usually schedule my appointments ahead but they were able to accommodate me last minute. There are safety protocols in place that I appreciate.My services were flawless.There’s also body waxing if you need more than brow and lip.Then if you need products, they have you covered.Everyone is kind and personable.

The ladies at Brow Bar are always positive, always professional, and always make me look better than I did walking in. Quick and easy brow services are my tri-weekly jam!

I was set to have new headshots done for my business cards. I set an appointment for makeup application approximately a month earlier. I arrived early for my appointment. When they called my name for my appointment, I was told my appointment was for lash and brow tint. I believe the girl at the desk looked at the incorrect appointment. No problem. Simple mistake. After clearing up that mistake, I was then told that they had no idea where the makeup artist was, but they could attempt to contact her. I was confused why they would wait until after my appointment was supposed to start to discover there wasnt a makeup artist available. This is something that should be checked well in advanced of the start of the appointment. I understand that emergencies can happen; however, do you care so little about youremployees well-being that you don’t notice their absence? That is a horrible company culture. I ended up going to Nordstrom and buying a bunch of makeup and doing it myself. I am very thankful to the kind lady at the Laura Mercier counter. She was a life saver. Unfortunately, due to Covid, she could not apply my makeup. My pictures looked ok, but they definitely would’ve looked a lot better had I had my makeup professionally applied. I will never return to this Benefit store ever again. Reliability and caring is a must, and they failed miserably.

Beautiful stand alone location. Appointments always on time. Been growing out and reshaping my eyebrows with Crystal. She does a great job! I go every month for about the last 5 months. They will also take the time to show you how to fill in any spots and define your brows. My makeup game has completely changed! Love my new look.

I’ve been coming here for years & I’ve never had a complaint or an issue until now. Morgan does my brows & she’s always polite & professional. I went in today for my normal brow wax appointment & upon entering I was asked by a different employee to wash my hands which was no problem.. Before washing my hands I stated to her that I needed to use the bathroom & she tells me the bathroom is CLOSED & told me I could go across the street & use the bathroom. I don’t understand how a bathroom is closed & the place of business is still operating? How is it ok for me to spend my money at a place & I’m unable to use the bathroom however it’s recommended for me to go elsewhere to use the bathroom of a business that I’m not even patronizing??? I live an hour away & I only make that drive to get my brows done because I LOVE Morgan’s work. If it wasn’t for Morgan I would never spend my money at this location again!

Loved this place! I just recently moved to Dallas from Chicago, where I had been going to the same esthetician for years who shaped and tinted my eyebrows. They were always perfect, so I was nervous to find someone new in Dallas. I gave this place a try, and the process is different than I am used to (you sit out in the open next to other clients while you get your eyebrows done) but it was pleasant. All the girls who work there are so friendly and you can tell they love their job and have fun while working! I had Crystal who waxed and tinted my eyebrows, and she did a GREAT job. I was so happy and relieved! I will absolutely be returning!

Booked an appointment online a day in advanced. As soon as I was heading out to drive 30 minutes to the place. I get a text saying my appointment was cancelled.... I never cancelled it so Ive been calling since 330 and no one has answered. Very unprofessional why would my appointment cancel without reasoning.

I love Mina! She mixed unique ash brown hair color for my top layer and gorgeous grey blue for my inner layer. I love both hair colors she chose for me!!

The store has such a pleasant environment feel to it. I had not been there in over 6 months, however, even then I had only been once. The most amazing thing happened was Raina (Eyebrow Technician) remembered some personal information I had shared about a family member. It was a traumatic experience for me at the time and for her to remember something so sensitive to me and ask me how Im doing said so much about the person they have working there. She is DEFINITELY an asset to the business. What an blessing to know that when you are out spending your money and talking to SOME employees that it means alot to know that some people actually care.😊 What it does is that it causes people to write Reviews, tell people to visit the establishment and you yourself go more often if you can.

I’ve been going here for years! Love the makeup and product and the staff is amazing. Grayce and Elysia are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! They finally talked me into a wax and I’m thrilled with the results and it didn’t even hurt! Morgan is just lovely and did a great job. I’m in “brow re-hab” lol from some self plucking but on the mend with this team :)Also, love that they allow pups and have a dog bowl and treats for my furbaby.

Crystal is amazing. She has a very calm demeanor and I barely recognize she is ripping hair from my face. She has tweezed, waxed and threaded my face and she makes it where I don’t even flinch. As long as she is there I will keep going! I trust her 100% with my face!

Worst customer service! The address link they provide does not work, and then the address does not appear in Maps. So I was sent to a wrong location, and when I finally arrived at the right location, they could not accommodate me, because I was late due to their own incompetency in providing adequate addresses and links. Would not recommend this place!

This place is amazing! Moe and the whole team are so friendly and great at what they do. As soon as you enter you are greeted and even if you didnt make an appointment they try their best to accommodate you with your brows or makeup. By the way they are brow specialist and can thread, tint or wax your eyebrows. Everytime Ive gone to buy makeup or had a question they would walk me through whatever they were doing to my face and show me how to step by step recreate my look. I love Benefit Cosmetics products as they give me a flawless but natural look. The products are also pretty affordable in my opinion, and they usually give some sort of free sample with your purchase. And you can always grab Sprinkles cupcakes or ice cream next door!

I like Benefit products but I felt so much the instagram-inspired brow elitism here. I had always done my own brows but was curious about having them done by a professional. I walk in, beautiful location. Sit down, after growing my brows out for about 3 weeks. Mind you, Im a natural ginger, but bleach my hair to a golden blonde. The first thing the waxer tells me is that my brows are too warm. Um, excuse me? Get out of my face. Not coming back. Wasnt even impressed with the shape.

I had such an irritating experience with this establishment. It is impossible to get your eyebrows done if you have not scheduled an appointment. I finally did schedule an appointment online and once I showed up for my appointment, the workers informed me that I cannot get any services done unless I have a parent to sign. This was very irritating to me because I know that my sister has gone there without an adult and so it is obnoxious that they only sometimes enforce policy. They do not mention on their website or inform you beforehand that you need an adult which is very unprofessional. Such a waste of my time
