Clean and good prices, adequate selection but staff was somewhat rude especially when about to close and this is not an African American owned business even though they do sell products targeted at African American people so have to rate their product knowledge low on the scale and also low on customer service and customer experience just being honest. Great sunglasses selection though

RUDE, awful, disgusting, terrible, arrogant, mean. First what Ive heard when I entered this shop was Korean madam shouting: you can not go in, go away, are you Korean? Later she explained that there are many Korean competitors coming (seems she hate her mother land) and said sorry. Fine. I forgave that drama she made and bought some staff for my 70 year mom (some artificial hair/wig). Of cause my mom didnt like it. So next day I went back to change it to another wig (I was not asking for refund). Again similar drama. But this time Korean guy start shouting: you can not change, we have this kind of policy. OMG. If you want to have some extreme negative emotions, come, welcome to this store. God, please forgive this people, for they dont know what is serving to others means. So arrogant, barbaric, wild, selfish. Good luck 🤞🤞🤞.

I didnt like being watch like Im going to steal something. They have a lot of cameras there, so I didnt see the need to watch me like a thief. They have a lot of products there, I wish they would treat their customers like customers, instead of thieves.

Friendly prices are good

They have everything you need for a complete makeover. Their prices are very moderate too. Ill recommend this store to anyone who loves looking pretty. The downside of the store though is that the parking is very limited, they are really strict on their hours, and the Asian guy is kinda rude and stiff but the lady is very friendly and helpful and so are the other members of the team there.

Don’t buy anything that you aren’t sure you are going to keep there isn’t any refunds nor exchanging. Don’t buy the miracle drops here it’s fake. To buy some real miracle drops I have to drive to Lewisville off of Corporate.

Disorganized... looking to buy eyebrow pencil so many sets say one price one day another price I go to pay n rang up 3.99 but the sign say 1.99 this brand but yet its same pencil in another brand I pick up no big detail sign but yet a lil white pricing gun sticker price 1.99, how u gonna sell me a eyebrow pencil for 3.99 wen I picked this one exact for 1.99 then gonna argue about the brand name and price. Energy is always off when i go there... Not once have i wanted to stay over 7 to 10 mins.. Maybe renivations is needed.. And new product placement.. Staff always welcoming ..but its very odd energy.
