FUN! Easy! Lots of stuff! Service is not very good.

Love Hobby Lobby so much as a company but this store in practical has a very large selection of ocean and mermaid items. I completed my daughter’s nursery here and I’m absolutely in love! I think I have all of their mermaid statues and paintings, definitely will be going back to visit the ocean themed section 😄

Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite places. There is always 30%-50% sales which rotates on a regular basis. Here you can find decorations, fabrics, ribbons, seasonal decorations,arts and crafts and much more. It is closed on Sundays. Even though this place is great I gave it a 3 star because the line at the register is mostly long and takes forever waiting in line even if you only have one item but someone infront of you has a basket full.

Great staff and very clean. First Hobby Lobby I have been to where there were more then 2 cashiers working, made the lines go quick

This place is like Disney Land for hobbiests. You can get carried away looking at all the cool stuff they offer. I can go in looking for one item, and walk out with a cart full and a mind full of new craft ideas. The staff is as helpful as any staff I have ever interacted with. Hobby Lobby is a MUST for any craft enthusiasts.

Huge store great savings! I was in total shock to learn they have baking supplies and there are many options that I normally have to shop online for.

Ive only been at a Hobby Lobby store once and I felt like I was in the lower heavens. An kid trapped inside of an adult body and then inside of a candy store!! I love HL!! I now know where to go to buy some jewelry stuff to make some cool stuff. Its a great place to find framed artwork for the home.neck chains for women too á

I am a crafter and could spend all day in this place. Wide variety of supplies, great prices on holiday and home decorations. Best selection of yarn out of the crafting stores (Michaels, Joann Fabrics being the other main ones). Dont forget to download their app as you are usually able to get a regularly priced item at 40% off.

Really bad customer service. No price check with items missing tags. Cashiers are so unfriendly and dont want to work. I gave them 2 more chances and each time it was the same. 3 times, all bad experience. Ciao!

If you want to redecorate and dont want to spend tons of money this is the place for you!!! They have a huge selection for all tastes and styles!!! And they have a whole bunch of arts and craft for endless do it yourself projects!!!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, lines at the checkout were short.Shelves were being restocked.Crafts were as irresponsible as ever!

Its a great place to find no dreams. I mean, the Lobby had no Hobbies...

I pulled out my phone at the check out to utilize the weekly coupon from the app and was told that, despite the “valid until” date being clearly marked, and the company’s QR code in the corner, they would not accept the coupon because it could be “fraudulent”- Even after showing the manager how I navigated to the coupon from the Hobby Lobby app. I was told that they could only take the coupon if I were to print it out to which I replied “but if I print it on my own paper from home, how would you know that isn’t fraudulent too?” The manager did not have an answer. He also did not have anything in writing to show the company is no longer accepting digital coupons. I had another issue a few weeks back when beads were on sale. Despite being clearly marked with the word BEADS and the specific line name listed on the sale sheet, some guy refused to sell me a string of quartz points for the sale price because “beads are round and these are not round.” Lol I’m not about to waste my time arguing over a 50¢ discount but it’s kind of a drag to be turned down for it when you’re doing exactly what youre supposed to. 0/10. Do not recommend.

Came in close to close. Told them what came for. Because I had identified it online. And a pretty girl took me to where it was at. Exactly the way I planned it. Oit in 10 min. Thanks hobby lobby.

Most of their employees are rude. They seem unbothered by the fact that they are blatantly being rude and obnoxious. But today was the final straw. I went to the store looking for letters to iron onto a gift. The lady I came into contact with in the fabric center (an older Latina lady), quickly took me to the aisle where they were located. I found what I needed, checked out their clearance section and went to the front. When I made it (theres 4 females standing at registers, all with their heads down to avoid you coming to their line), it was a wait w/ just one person ahead of me. I get to the register and Deborah (older, Black female) sees me handing over the letters I needed to purchase and a pair of pants. Did you count em or what? was what she nastily spewed in my direction. I stated that I had not. Oh well I guess I can! Then she proceeds to count each letter out, check each price (theyre literally are all the same style and type of letters), screams out my total, takes forever bagging everything up and if not to express her rudeness any better. Lays my change on the counter, then my receipt and slams close her register drawer. This was today 3/30/31 around 4:55-5:00pm. I frequent this store location but I will drive to ANY other location. Shes making a bad name not only for herself but definitely for the AA community (which I am apart of) but most definitely for Hobby Lobbys franchise. Dont bother going. 90% of the staff are rude or unintelligent in behavior, tone, and procedure. HARD PASS!!

1st time i ever walked into hobby lobby. Everyone was nice, it was clean.. a friend told me they are the only place to find Army xmas ornaments! Its my sons 1st deployment & Ive been looking everywhere for ornaments. Amazon had a few but nothing like hobby lobby! I even found great stuff for my 8 Y.O grandson i even found a playstation ornament for my grandson, babys 1st xmas stocking! This is a great place!

This is a large very clean store. Always fully stocked with a variety of merchandise for crafters artists and decorators. Checking out is old school style. No scanners just manual input which sometimes slows the lines. But still good values. Theres always something on sale.

Its ok but very pricey on the cool stuff but not all the cool stuff is like that just the stuffi wantrd. LolLots of. Cool stuff inm

This location doesnt have a friendly staff. Only 2 cashiers when I started to wait in line. One of the items I purchased doesnt work, but all Christmas items were final,so I will take the loss. I plan to go to the Hobby lobby in Garland in the future. Better atmosphere and larger selections

Great stuff for decorating your home at reasonable cost. They have huge discounts during national holidays. They have huge collection for buying small gifts too. Do check out if you want to put stuff on your wall or decorate your living room. Plus friendly staff.

This store location is just perfect with plenty parking space. The store has an array of products ranging from fabrics to metals. Its a haven for artistic people. They also offer sewing and cake design classes. The store is closed on Sundays to allow time for family and worship.

I go there quite often. Good pricing and lots to shop for.

The only bad thing about this store is that its just about next to impossible to leave do to buy everything great store clean good staff and lots of options

Well laid out store. I really like the 40% off coupon you can use any time you go in the store. The only reason I give it 4 stars is based on the check out wait. This is a common problem with Hobby Lobby, but the store is too good to be less than 4 stars.

Offers a decent collection of yarn, craft supplies and decorations. The collection is not exhaustive, but decent.

This is where i usually buy my tools for artwork. Reasonable price. Very courteous cashiers and assistant personnel who helped me find the tools i1m looking for.

Their framing department used to be fantastic. Recently they have been having inventory issues with their frames. That is not a big deal but the lack of communication around it was disappointing. When I went in the store after waiting for a month to have something framed to select a new frame I had to wait 12 minutes for the lady working to help me because she did not want to stop working on a frame in the back. Then she went back to working on the frame and told me she was too busy to help. I had called to check on the order and earlier and let them know I was coming in. After waiting another ten minutes for her to have some time I decided to get my item back and take it to Michaels to be framed. Hopefully they work through their inventory and customer service issues but the service at Michaels was superior. Not sure I would go back.

Signage made clear a sale price would be coming, but the clerk would not honor the sign at the register. So I didnt purchase those items. The rest of the check-out was uncomfortable. She was frustrated, I was frustrated.Give the sale price or take the sale sign down. Train your staff.

I was looking for a certain color of acrylic Folk Art paint. The sales help went right to it - very helpful. The store is well played out with a great assortment of merchandise. Great place to shop.

There was a surprising amount of decor items. It was a little hard to find what I was looking for just because there was just so much going on, but I thought everything was pretty cute and aesthetic. The lights were insanely bright though.

This would be 5 stars except that I had a framing job. While I was able to get help right away, their selection was limited & the framer didnt offer hey opinion (even when I asked her). Other than that, the stores prices, selection, & check-out speed are excellent.

A beautiful shop for all arts and crafts items. The online has 40% discount for any one of the item in the bill, which is really cool, and so you get a great deal. Apart from that, there are so many items whose prices are slashed and are mentioned near the aisle. I purchased many of the items on my items list with great discounts like 50%, 40%, etc.

One of the best Hobby Lobby locations in DFW, they have a better selection than Mesquite or North Garlands location. And, they have a decent clearance section. Love the holiday craft options and higher quality items sold here compared to Michaels.

Love going to Hobby Lobby. They have some really awesome educational gifts for the grandkids and lots of fun items for Christmas. The staff were very polite and helpful. One of the few places that staff will show you where it is or find someone who does. Love Hobby Lobby.

I love Hobby Lobby. A tremendous array art and crafting supplies as well as about any hobby project. Home decor and even accent furniture items. Decorations for every holiday........great place to browse.

The cashier didn’t scan in hardly anything, just manually typed in the stickered dollar amount, so most items didn’t get the 50% off special. The receipt was so weird. I noticed when I got home I should have saved over $10. If I ever go back, I’ll have to add up everything before getting in line, to know my total should be around $30 not $45. But I doubt I’ll go back

If you love crafting, decorating, or any other form of creativity, then this should be your destination. While there are other craft stores to choose from, I have always found Hobby lobbys selection of products more appealing. They carry alot of whimsical decor for your home throughout the year and more variety in regards to seasonal products. This location is a good one with helpful employees and reliable stock.

Framing section, very arrogant employee, prices were high, would not go there again or recommend this place. Michaels is a way better option, both pricing and staff were way better.
