This is one of the Top Small Business stores on Harry Hines. It will always have what you need, if you have any questions on working projects they will help. Plus they have a One stop shop environment. There are 2 locations in the same area, and a Distribution Center. That is huge has to a small business owner. The Owners are so friendly, and open. I go every week, and it never changes from week to week. If you are a business that needs direction or just guidance they will help. Great Customer Service also.

Friendly customer service and affordable prices!

I came into the store after looking at the online prices. (If you want I can give you all information date and time)I wanted to help a friend out and show him a place I thought would be able to help his buisness. We walked in and the hair on the back of my neck stood up. Every employee was looking at us. Not in a friendly “welcome in” way, but as if saying get out we don’t want you here. I tried to brush it off as well, it’s a Friday maybe everyone is tired and just wants to go home. Once we started walking around it was very clear that my gut was correct. An employee was following us step by step as if we were going to steal something. Dealing with discrimination is nothing new but I was just shocked at how quickly they judged us. We were approached by an employee who asked us if we had a buisness ID. I assumed she was referring to online accounts and I said yes I have an online account. She then said that the items in the store weren’t for us and we had to leave. Obviously I will never return to this store both online and physically. It was a crazy to have employees judge us so quickly and even deny us business just based on our appearance. If I could give negative stars I would.

Lucky’s Wholesale is amazing! The staff is very friendly and help you find what you need. If you need cute shirts, transfers, vinyl, masks, etc this is your go to store.

Great prices. Great customer service

Every time I go here the staff is rude. While shopping earlier this week my mom and I were told we had too many people and they have customers waiting outside so one of us has to leave. We both were shopping and had separate transactions. After sharing with the young lady about how customer service could make or break the business she told us not to speak to her that way. Not sure what we said that offended her so much. Yes they have a lot of good vinyl, but customer service is horrible. We will not spend our money where they do not value their customers.

I normally shop at another store on Harry Hines. But came across this store during the world wide pandemic and I can say this is my NEW FAVORITE store. Ive ordered over 10times online for curbside pick up during the pandemic. Very professional, same day pick up and quality of the material is GREAT.Thank you lucky wholesale!!!

Purchased mask asking for red: get home and their pink: go back to be told theyre no exchanges for mask. Why sell someone the wrong item then not change it for the correct color. Lost a customer over a $20.00 sale.

First time coming here and had a horrible experience as I was sitting in my car putting my list together to make my order I witness a horrific scene. I want to say shes the manager shes a short lady with kinda resish orangey hair, she came out and was yelling at a customer complaining he always order the wrong type of vinyl poor guy I can tell he was embarrassed as there was other customers at the door. Im sorry but that is no way to treat a customer so I decided to take my business elsewhere I was scared to be treated that way as Im new to this vinyl world!

Owner is so sweet and friendly. When I told her I hadn’t cut anything with my machine yet she was extremely helpful helping me select what I needed for my first project. Can’t beat her prices either. Cheapest high quality vinyl ive found.

Notice that most of the reviews are from first time visitors who sound like they havent even tried the vinyl product but, are just thrilled about how nice the saleswoman is. You wont find professional vinyl crafters in Lucky, only newbies will get tricked into buying their inferior product. HTV that wont adhere, is hard to weed and actually looks cheap on shirts. Go ahead and lose customers after a shirt washed once looks like it has been washed ten times. Their shirts are also overpriced but once again, this place is for newbs who wont do research. The saleswoman who they think is so nice, thinks they are idiots and enjoys getting rich off their naivete.
