This company abuses the rules of Craigslist by over posting and posting in the section for personal individuals meaning they cannot even afford a $5 ad. I would imagine this pathetic minute circumstance says a lot about the owner and their customer service. Do us all a favor and find another supplier. It’s the little things that make a big impact.

A friend referred me to this place - he had purchased his unfinished oak flooring from them, and it looked amazing. Lacking sufficient manners to be more subtle, I simply asked him what he paid for the flooring. He shocked me, it was so much more reasonable than I could even believe.Today I went to visit the store - it isnt near my home, the store isnt fancy, but they had the wood (and tile, plus about anything you might want in flooring), but the trip was worth it. The person I spoke with was well informed and took the time to answer all of my questions. I ended up buying and bringing a couple of bundles of wood home with me to test stains and coatings on - and the fellow who helped me load it in my Hyundai Kona (not a large car) was a magician.What can I say, great people, terrific products, and unbelievable prices! Other than that, well, what could possibly matter other than that?

The employees here are very welcoming. They will sit there and talk you through all the options that are available. Plus, their prices are great and the material is nice! I always tell my customers to stop by and check out what they have in stock.

We never received a greeting or was offer any assistance. Unbelievable, never again visit this company. One guy saw us walked in and he went into the office and never return. White couple walked after us and a sales woman offered to help them.

This is a lesson learnt. They always try to sell the substandard items (grade 3) items with competitive rates and they are useless. They sold me the fence pickets by not providing the proper details. After opening the bundle, 80% of item is waste and cannot of any use to me. The sales person is not responsive and after giving up with 2 weeks follow up, I was able to talk to the supervisor and he is also not supporting after hearing to the story.I would like to cautious people to personally check the bulk materials that they wanted to buy. Ask them to explain if this is of proper grade and do not buy anything other than grade 1. At the end of the day, their good service at the shop is of no help without good quality product.

I Had a great experience with the Sales team at this location, it was kinda far from my Home, But well work the trip.

Courtney was very patient and diligent in assisting my fence material purchase decision. Even though it was only a few hundred dollars he treated it like I was spending considerably more. That kind of service ensures customer loyalty and you cant buy that.

We ordered supplies from this company and had it delivered to our home. The pricing was convenient and within our budget. They charged us $100 delivery fee and when they delivered the supplies they wanted someone to come out and help them unload. Now this is where we had a problem. If I pay $100 for delivery, I do not plan on helping unload. As far as I am concerned it is included. You do not buy a bed or furniture, pay to have it delivered and have to help unload. That is preposterous! Especially if I have had to pay $100!!!!!

Good place has almost everything for us builders and constructors, but plz be aware and do your homework before going there to order anything, the lady there which I trusted sold me one item almost 40% more than Home Depot sells it for, all of us know HD prices is already over priced.

Go see Davis Bell for your rehab needs. I have done a lot of business with Davis and he is my go to guy for all my rehabs. I even put some of the laminate they have in my personal home. The staff is friendly, they have a lot of product, and Davis actually helps me stay with current trends/colors etc. One thing I really like is I can order something (like flooring) and they will bring to my truck and load it up quickly. I like the process and I really like talking to Davis Bell.

Product knowledgeable! Actually having staff that go well beyond just what’s written on a box but can actually speak to material quality vs cost vs intended use to find the right option for the project.

People of color beware. As a previous retail employee I know the purpose of exceptional customer service is to get potential theives out of the store.Came in to pick up some material my father needed for a job. I was dismissed immediately by a gentleman at the front counter. He stated the material I was looking for was no longer in stock due to a HUGE SALE and all the similar materials were gone as well. I stepped out to call my dad and ask where the next stop should be when the same man came out and told me the product appeared (as if by magic huh?). More than enough to get the job done. Its a great place to buy material if you dont normally get profiled I guess.

They did not believe my last name was Boss had to show Id.But the prices a fair. Service was good. They loaded 200 pickets and 450 sqft of flooring no extra charge.They have tools too. And some lighting. And a good selection of 14 mill flooring. Thats thick for snap laminate.

This outlet store didnt offer what i currently needed but it does offer a decent supply of stone and tile for home renovations. they are friendly and helpful as well.

Im a flooring contractor since 2004 I do business with many flooring supply companies but every time I work with any of the sales representative at the boss the experience has always been greatAnd the quality of the materials I have purchased there are are on parte with the best known flooring companies out there, the biggest difference with them is that at the boss you get personalized attention meaning they always follow up with you on how the materials worked out for you, I usually dont write reviews but I think the service I have always get at the boss deserves it, would I recommend the boss to my family and friends? Absolutely!!, great job keep it up!!

Just dont buy extra polyurethane or stain because if you get some leftovers dont matter if they are unopened they dont going give you your money back or credit to buy another supplies what you need... I get stuck with almost 400.00 dollars...

I got theree at 1:00pm and got got out at 2:45 pm I was taking luch to guys and I got left to be the last to be loaded up even new buyers got attended before me, they say you have to get the ticjet to loader, the loaders are running around on the fort cliff and I just dont know how and why customers need to be chasing the loader operating a firt cliff in risk of getting injured for trying to get your order process. I am extremely mad and destisfied with their loading procedure and customer service. Dont go there unless you have time to trow away! Ha!i and make shure you dont have appointments after going there, you will most likely regret it BIG TIME!.

Had bought some carpet and some vinyl flooring. The roll of carpet they gave me had squares already cut out. And the vinyl flooring would break every time I placed it down and I try show the manager and he said there nothing he can do.
