Nice neighborhood place to shop, conveniently located right off Hwy 20 (near IBOC) in and out in under 30 minutes. I knew exactly what I was looking for and the checkout went smoothly (sign up on the website for discount codes TRUST ME ITS WORTH IT). The loaders are very professional, they verified the purchase with their paperwork and asked for a signature to confirm the exchange. I havent even considered shopping any place else.

DELIVERY CREW WAS AMAZING. Jonathan and Casper were great at placing the furniture and building it in a timely manner. There was an issue with someone not placing our mattress in the truck for them but they got it fixed as soon as they heard about the issue.

Love B.T furniture! Ive been purchasing furniture from them since 2015. Prices are very reasonable and furniture is great. Ive never had any problems with sales agents or the items that I purchased. Got some items delivered today. Jonathan and Philip were GREAT, friendly, on time and fast.

They were suppose to make me last stop since they couldn’t deliver early morning because I didn’t have my keys to my apartment yet, so instead they decided not to come and not to let me know because they didn’t want to drive to Arlington. They could’ve just said that when I brought my stuff. I spoke to a person on the phone to let them know I wouldn’t be ready by that time for my delivery and he basically made it seem like they didn’t want to drive to Arlington because he said all the other deliveries were in town by the store.

While the item purchased was of good quality and delivered as scheduled, it was not properly assembled. Several screws and washers were left laying on the floor when the delivery team left. These parts were not spares and were found to have come from one of the main support legs of the tabled. This could have resulted in injury and damage if it had not been discovered. In addition, delivery team left packaging and trash underneath the table which had to be cleaned up by my wife and i.

Nhzir did a great job. Very personable. Fun to talk too and made me want to spend money with him.

I ordered counter stools from two different furniture stores and wasnt satisfied, my spirit lead me to BT Furnishing and they had the perfect size and color I was looking for. The sales lady was very helpful, gave me a military discount and to top it off, the assembly cost a lot less than the handy man. I love my mattress and bed I purchased. The sales person was awesome he was very informative. My issue was with delivery. They took one week to deliver from purchasing date and they gave me a delivery window of 3:30-5:30. They didnt show up untill 8. No one called to update me on the delivery time I had to keep calling to get updates. Once they showed up set- up was fast and professional just the company ties up your whole day for delivery and lacks communication with the customer with updates thats why the 3 stars. Im very happy with the furniture just not the delivery.

Nhzir was extremely helpful and courteous.I wish the rest of my experience was like this. The delivery guys left mark shoe marks all over my brand new rug and styrofoam I was left to clean up. They did not clean up behind themselves. I was ask to send pictures and still no response in almost a month. I have called, left messages still no response. The fort dresser was damaged and they did replace it. But, the delivery guy laid it on a hard wood floor without a blanket and has a chips down the side. Still no response!!!
