I went into the store to buy a few things and as I got to the register there was a sign saying cash only, so I proceeded to ask the cashier if she could use the other pin pad on the other register to check me out because I dont carry cash on me, She didnt answer me nor did she even look at me instead she looked passed me asking the lady behind me if she had cash! I said so I guess this means no, I also yelled out she might want to hang a sign on the entrance door so people dont waist there time... I will gladly never come back and will take my money to another store where they understand how to communicate properly! Dollar General should teach better customer service!

I love this location the staff is awesome. Its nice to be at a hometown store where you know everyone. Never have I seen such a finely tuned machine as the crew running this store. 6 Stars from me!

They close doors an hour before its actually time to shut down. Either they need to update their store hours or the manager needs to oversee more often.

Had the worst experience at this location. The store manager an African American male completely discriminated and insulted a Hispanic women and her children. He insulted them with all kinds of slurs and profanity. If anyone at this location mistreats you, please do not keep quite and report it to corporate. I will be reporting this incident that happened this past Saturday. This was totally unacceptable!!! I would give negative stars if it was allowed.

Great place to shop, but the only problem is that from the entrance of the street up to the store and inside the store is a major dead zone for any and all phones that customers bring in. Ive tried so many times to send out a text asking my significant other if we need anything else and I cant send a text out or make a phone call to her.

The whole store was disorganized, it smelled like spoiled milk, and there was many rude employees. There can be customers coming in there without a shirt, and the parking lot is a place that I fell like my car is gonna get robbed. Literally all the food there is opened so I don’t like any of the products at all.

They have amazing customer servise and if they do not have what you need they can point you to a store that have it

I was sitting outside the store this morning when i witnessed the manager talking to an employee improperly. At the least she was most definitely antagonizing her as she was leaving to the point the employee said she was going to get a lawyer. Not sure what was going on but the employee was very upset and seemingly had a viable reason to be. The manager told her that she better get a damn good lawyer because she isnt going no where. Worse management skills ever. If one of my employees had a problem I would sit down with them and talk to them about the best options not just kick them out of the store so she didnt have to deal with the situation. I truly hope the employee contacts HR because what i witnessed coming from management was out of line.

I should have made this compliant the other day. I hope corporate sees these comments. I had walked into the store the other day and this lady who is always working was needing help and the only other employee in the store had refused to help her. She was needing key turns she had called his name he never came. A few minutes later he is seen walking out the door to go sit in his car. She was getting flustered but still kept apologising for it when it clearly wasnt her fault. She still put a smile on her face and pushed through. Its not the first time i witnessed this same girl working hard and being all alone in the store while other employees are just walking around doing nothing. She always calls for help and most of the time gets no help. Not sure what kind of management this store has because Ive also been followed around in the store by the black lady with braids she is constantly telling people they are stealing when they arent. I always come in and spend money i shouldnt have to feel like im being harassed. I have also witnessed this manager be rude to homeless people who come in to buy snacks. These are people just like everybody else they should not be treated like they are any less than everybody else especially since a lot of the homeless are people who have served our country. This management does not know how to talk to people worse skills ever please find a new manager. Id say there are about 4 good employees the rest should be replaced.

Worst Store Possible!!!This is a POOR EXCUSE for the Dollar General name. The manager Loretta is so disorganized its not even funny. Also, they have a worker there named Ken who I CONSTANTLY see doing un-wanted flirting with the female employees and making comments toward them that had me feeling uncomfortable so Im sure the employee felt that way as well. His comments were definitely considered SEXUAL HARASSMENT! Asked his female co-worker if she smelled like the dousche that she was holding in her hands. INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR AT THE LEAST!!! Not to mention that everytime I come here Ken (at some point) goes and sits in his silver Honda and smokes weed! I even caught him letting a few customers hit his blunt after they asked him Is that weed? Basically this store needs a whole new line of workers starting from Management down. I have seen Loretta curse at her employees over dumb things instead of dealing with the issues at hand. They say the guy that hired her got fired so I guess the apple doesnt fall too far from the tree! NEVER VISIT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO WALK INTO A REAL LIFE SOAP OPERA. But definitely Ken needs to be let go. Sexually harassing workers, smoking weed in the parking lot of the store, and pretending to be manager when hes not. I hope corporate reads this.

Glad we have one a bit closer to my house now, but now that theyve changed their hours from 8-8 theyre missing out on a lot of business! Why open so late and close so early?! Gesh! Today being that the time sprang forward the Manager and I guess the staff too didnt have sense enough to get the accurate time and closed the store an hour early!! They must have pushed their clocks up 2 hours instead of one! Always long lines and one person on the register!! Ridiculous!

This store is always trashed, super understaffed, and only one of the ladies ever has a smile on her face. I only go though her line because she is so nice

Dont ever shop at this dollar general or the one down the road, they always close when the door clearly says 10. even at 9 or 8 they are closed, dont give your business to this company who choose to lock doors before 10. Managers are always rude too.

The management is horrible, store closes early tonight they closed at 925 supposed to be open til 10pm. Store is cluttered and smells as bad as some of the employees attitudes. Been there 3-4 times and tonight was the last time i will do business there until they get new management and clean the place up. And open the hours they advertise.
