Store is suppose to open at 8:00am accordingly to Google listings. However we are all still sitting outside awaiting store to open. We just saw someone open the door for the cashier. Store is normally together for the most part. It always only has one cashier though, so don’t visit if you’re in a rush. This is mostly my go to store because I hate going to big stores.

I like this family dollar because of its very helpful amd friendly staff. There are hardly ever any long lines, so I can get in and out without the hassle.

Theyve updated the store layout, seems like its larger. The shelves were well stocked. I ran in for detergent and took a quick walk around. Nice quick stop.

Staff was super nice and the line moved fast. They made sure everyone was wearing a mask and I saw them cleaning regularly. Staff asked if I needed any help and they explained how to use their family dollar app.

I love this one, it is very clean and well organized .The customer service is phenomenal.

I went here today and was able to find the toilet tissue that I needed as well as antibacterial cleaning agents to keep me healthy. The cashier was friendly and helpful. I was grateful for them today!

Found this dollar store close to my home. Needed a few things, all ways surprised at the selection of things you find at the dollar store, like an android type c cable that I needed lol

I stopped in really quick to buy card games for my work event. The cashiers were busy complaining about their work schedules out loud. Meanwhile the store looked a total wreck. One cashier named Latoya was very impolite and it felt like a bother to have her check my stuff out. I didnt realize one of the card games I bought was more expensive than I thought so I asked for a refund. It was like I asked her to do something out of her job duties. Lots of eye rolling and throwing things and huffing and puffing. I was so disgusted with her behavior. Regardless of what job you do have pride in it! Instead of complaining to another coworco-w about scheduling one could have been cashiering while the other organized areas of the store. Management I would consider hiring people with better attitudes or increasing moral in the company to make it more inviting.

Lovely experience. Got help from Store Associates when i needed it. Used the app and it works well. All my coupons were used . Will definitely be back.

Never fully stocked, employees always on their phones and they never want to open two registers, even with long lines! Ive worked next to here for years and always hate going inside.

The manager MICHAEL can work in his people skills. Ive seen instances where customers have gotten into it with him. He has poor communication and interpersonal skills. Its really not that hard Michael. He makes things difficult than what they need to be. He is petty and doesnt know how to communicate with customers!

The managers here are for lack of better words, pitiful. I like the store not only because its within walking distance but because the associates are awesome. They have a new gentleman working there and let me just say, hes an excellent worker!!! I always forget to get his name. Hes a younger guy with dark skin and black hair. Always greets and checks out with a smile. Keep up the good work.

Unorganized with lack of employees. Expect long lines and not being able to find anything cause the only employee available will be too busy checking out customers to assist you. They should at least have 2 employees working.

I stopped shopping here. Store App worked intermittently, then not at all. Managers and employees come and go and no one seems to know whats going on, nor do they care. One cashier told me she didnt know why the $5 off wasnt working and she couldnt give it to me. I showed her the store add, still said nothing she could do if it didnt come up when I checked out. Called store manager because $5 off next week wasnt showing up on the App and an employee hung up on me. Called and asked for the manager AGAIN waited and finally was told that numerous customers were having the same problem I was and to call the corporate office. Plus, store isnt stocked well, ad items are out of stock in a day or two and not available after that. Solution was to stop shopping here.

Employees were very friendly and helpful even if they did not carry what I was looking for, (usb port).

The cashier was talking to 3 ladies about comforters that were missmarked and app coupons that were sent out incorrectly. That took 4 minutes. Then the customers wanted to see what the store pulled off the shelf and placed in the back because of the mismarked add. So instead of calling another cashier to the front to help myself and another customer that had been waiting, she went to take the ladies to the back to show them the comforters that had been pulled from the shelf. So I and the other customer waiting thru all this put our items on the counter and walked out. I did not get her name but she was asst mgr and was telling the ladies how she wanted one of the comforters too.

It has everything you need, but some products are cheaper at similar stores nearby. Great service.

Super unprofessional!! I stopped in at 940 on a Saturday night and the cashier was cleaning the door, I tried to walk in and she said the store was closed, my reply was dont you close at 10? She stated they were closing five minutes early, I held up my cellphone so she could see it was twenty minutes before ten and she still would not let me in the store. I know its Saturday night and your probably ready to party but this is ridiculous and trust me I will be contacting your corporate office!

The manager is pitiful. He doesnt let you use more than one coupon to pay for specific items (especially if theyre on sale). If Im allowed to use four like coupons and theyre store policy doesnt state one coupon then he isnt allowed to do that. This has also happened to my friend. So, corporate will be hearing from me.
