I have been calling this window place for weeks sometimes 30 times back to back with no answer, I’ve even filled out a contact form with no response. What way is this to do business? I need a simple window sash and can’t get help from the people that manufactured the windows in my house. So it looks like I’ll be forced to replace not just the sash on the right side of window but the left side as well that works perfectly fine. Very disappointed.

From beginning to end, the worst customer service reps and managers. They act like the customer is interrupting them from doing their real job. Only the warranty techs, like Luke Overton, provide good service. I do not recommend this company unless you like being treated like an afterthought.

I worked for this company the atrium off ambassador And i will never buy a window frm this company they only care about quantity not the quality of the window the windows leak and or sealed poorly are terrible. And dirty and im warning u please inspect the window carefully once u receive it cause im sure u will find sum faults
