I was recommended to Rickey and this company several years ago. I had them replace all the windows in my duplex of which I own both sides. The job was very professionally done at a very reasonable rate. I had a crack show a couple years later on two different windows, they came out and warrantied the windows. In 2015, I had the rear sliding doors done on each side, once again very professionally done. Last week I noted that the finish on the door handles was wearing badly. I called and they sent Richard out and he replaced the hardware. Richards a good dude that’s been with them for years. Without fail they have always done what customers want their contractors to do, do it right and stand behind your product. I’ve recommended them to several friends with no regrets.

The Thermal Window team left 21 beautiful windows on my house yesterday. The installation team was great! Our experience with this company was excellent! Ricky was very responsive as well as super helpful. He worked with us figure out exactly what would look best for our style of house. The crew that installed the windows was phenomenal. They put drop cloths down to protect the carpeting, covered up the furniture in the rooms and cleaned up every space they were in. There was zero mess. The windows look fantastic from both the interior and exterior. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

I wanted new black aluminum casement and single hung windows for my house. I tried working with several well-known companies, but ultimately none of them could provide the custom windows I wanted at a reasonable price. Then I found Thermal Windows (J & M Glass Co) online and contacted them. I did a lot of research and they checked out as a very solid, local company. Ricky was great. He made the measurements and said they could provide the kind of windows I wanted because their company custom builds the windows here in Dallas. I went to their manufacturing facility and I loved the quality of their windows. Rickys measurements were fast and accurate and a few weeks later the custom windows were installed with no problems and the price was very reasonable. I am so happy with the results!! Very happy with the overall experience from initial contact, home visit for options and measurement followed up by a timely quote. We found prices to be competitive to alittle lower for the metal frame sliding doors. Having remodeled many homes, now know I got a great price seeing the doors in my house and using them. The quality of the doors, custom handles and install was top notch. They spent the time to best fit doors inside or outside wall jamb. With that they installed with no damage to interior trim and finished exterior with custom metal trim, bent to fit onsite. I have never had this quality of install before and have had to do finish work once install complete. Not this time. THANK YOU for a letting me see your design options and follow through to end of install and checking to make sure we were satisfied. Will use them again when I need to replace my windows.

Very, very happy with my windows. These guys did an awesome job. I had 10 windows replaced and a glass sliding door installed where french doors previously were. The craftsmanship was impeccable. The guys were always on time, and out of the 4 quotes I received from different companies, Thermal Windows was the best. Highly recommend!

5 star satisfied with Thermal Windows DFW. We had 11 windows replaced in 2015 and then had the remaining six replaced in 2018.I did not want vinyl windows and got an aluminum frame (brown) instead. The photo shown (not the best representation) was during a remodel after the windows were installed. We decided to have these kitchen windows replaced with solid glass model instead of the type that can be opened. We were shocked by the beautiful view and openness it added to our rather small kitchen. We decided to leave the blinds we ordered in the box and put them in storage.The windows have performed without issue and have made a significant improvement to the former leaky windows.Communication and installation went flawlessly.On a side note, I had a good friend that used Thermal Windows to replace their home windows a few years earlier. They had quotes from different companies. They said Thermal Windows was competitive with the other companies, BUT had much better reviews. I did not look any further.

We are VERY disappointed in this company. We feel very mislead and taken advantage of!!!Our experience:We spoke with John and he came out and gave us a quote on a condo we were renovating. One for all the windows and one for a new sunroom. We ended up going with Thermal for the sunroom but not the windows. When I explained this to John, he seemed disgusted but whatever....we let it go.He gave us a start date for the sunroom....it came and went....We kept calling and he would not return calls. We kept calling more and finally we got a response and he made excuses about not having enough man power to start our project/covid/other projects running late etc....we were patient since there was a pandemic.... he said that they should be able to start “soon”.........weeks went by.......NOTHING!We called back again... more excuses, then 3 weeks before we are supposed to have our first guests in the condo I called his boss and complained....he said, “there is nothing we can do we don’t know when we can start your project.” Unbelievable.Overall, we feel like this company completely jerked us around intentionally because they were slighted that we did not go with them for the windows.Very unprofessional and left us hanging high and dry.

Fantastic! 2.5 days to completely replace 13 windows, and it was as if they were never there. The new windows are amazing, look great and so quiet. Love them!

We had 7 Single Hung Vinyl and 1 Single Slider Vinyl Window install two months ago. About half of the days since that time have reached triple digit temperatures. We are very happy with both the look and function of the windows. Our installers, Rafael and Tony, were professional and courteous. We have already recommended Thermal Windows by J&M Glass Co. to several of our friends and are considering having J&M Glass replace windows on the second floor of our home in the near future.

Company is clearly set up to deal with homeowners as an installer. So contractors buy elsewhere. We had to get 1 window to match existing as part of a reno and the windows we pulled out were poorly installed from a weatherproofing air sealed standpoint. Windows themselves are fine and have a good selection of available trim to make the install look good inside and out. But the functional part of the install was sub par.

Getting thermal windows was probably one of the best things I’ve ever done! I love my windows, and I get compliments on them from all my neighbors! Replaced 4 old (1broken) custom sized leaded glass windows with thermal. Great product and service. Had a rock from lawn mower shatter one just 3 weeks after installation-team was right on it and window replaced promptly (under warranty!). Highly recommend.

This company is the real deal. The windows that they sell are quality and low E. The seals around the windows are done to perfection - no sloppy mess. The work crew left my house cleaner than when they started. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them.

Their windows are state of the art. The owner, Martin, learned all about thermal windows when he was in Colorado. They will work with you to make it happen. We have two homes- one in Texas and one in Colorado and all the doors and windows came from them. They custom make whatever you want!

Good windows, they look nice. I was surprised that they took out each pane of our old windows separately rather than a whole window at a time, so it took longer, but they definitely did the job carefully and well. Enjoying the new windows!

Thermal Windows installed six new standard windows and two large bow windows in my home last month. I have had Thermal Windows replace all the windows in my house. Their bid was very competitive on price. I was impressed that they custom make the windows for your home with precision measurements, something other window companies did not do. The installation crews took great care not to damage window sills, etc. while they were putting in the windows. I have recommended Thermal Windows to several of my neighbors and am happy that I contracted with them to upgrade my home.

This was the only company out of 10 we talked to that was willing to engage with what we wanted.We wanted to take a 6 small panel bay window and convert it to 3 larger panels. This is something we have seen all over our neighborhood.However, none of the other companies would engage because they get paid by the window and obviously, 6 > 3. Thermal Windows was also willing to do the minor carpentry to modify the framing to accommodate the new windows.Thank you Thermal Windows! We love the modern style windows they installed our current house and we have ordered new windows to update the house we just purchased. one of the windows is a 23 foot tall by 12 foot wide curved glass block window that martin has custom designed the replacement that will transform the look of our new modern house. The look and design is exactly what we imagined and the prices were better than expected. The installers are pay excellent attention to the fit and finish and clean up job site to perfection. We needed a very large 4 panel sliding glass door for a living room remodel project. My contractor told us only two companies had the experience to build such a unique door. Both were out of state and would take several weeks to deliver.I called local area glass companies. J&M Glass said they would need to see the builders specifications. After that, they inspected the site to make sure the design would work. Not only was I pleased that they could deliver the door in half the time, their quote saved me a substantial amount.J&M notified my contractor Roy Lange at Your Construction Source and told him that they wanted to install the door to ensure it was done right and be warrantied. My contractor was only too happy to allow them to do it. In fact he gave me a credit for the work he did not have to do.The J&M crew expertly installed the complex piece. I was a little nervous imagining how one sub-contractor might blame the other for something that didnt work, but that never happened. My contractors prep was perfect. In the end, I had an expertly built and thermally efficient door and I couldnt be happier. I searched all around dfw for windows and decided with this company. not only is the rep nice in the office/ store front.
