Best store. Everyone’s so nice and very knowledgeable. Fast and tight. They know what I like and don’t push too hard to make the sale.

Customer service was very unsatisfactory. As soon as my fiance and I walked in were were greeted but that was it and we were the only customers in the store. I applied for 2 lines of service online the day before and was approved. I had the option of shipping at home or picking up in local store. I decided to pick up in store downtown since I had business there that day. I informed the representative I spoke to that I was approved, provided my application number and told them my ID and social security number was verified via Verizon email also. I was given a 800 number to call once my information was ran thru their system and received no other assistance. Another representative from the back office kept staring back at my fiance and I like we were thieves. I felt so uncomfortable and after spending 1 hr on the phone after being transferred to fraud dept, they stated I was no longer eligible but could not give me a reason. Needless to say, we were highly disappointed and will never step foot in that establishment again! On a high note, I was approved with another reputable carrier at a better price!

Good Verizon store with nice, knowledgeable staff, though the location is both convenient and inconvenient since there is only paid street parking.

Customer service here was great with plenty of options for new phones. Highly recommend this location.

They do not face Main, the entry door is pointed at the corner of Ervay and Commerce. Very confusing with all the one way streets its surrounded by. The Store Hours arent very convenient during the week.

Has all the Sansung products you can wish for.
