Great store. Has bigger selection of lawn supply items at this location. They have baby chicks and baby ducks too

Not pleased! I placed a four thousand dollar online order two weeks ago and within seconds of receiving my order confirmation, my order was canceled. I called and was told it would take 3-5 days to find out why the order was cancelled. No one ever called me back, I called them with no resolution. I just now attempted to place the order again and all of the bulk items are out of stock or not available for curbside pick-up OR delivery. Ill have to go to LADDS in Cartersville for my horse fencing needs

What is this a dog park / petting zoo?Saw a dozen+ dogs & they all want to bark around,NEVER buy hunting stuff or dog flea infested FEED here until they can figure out the MAJORITY of your customers dont want to be bothered by dogs

We bought a $500 dog kennel for online we show up to pick it up we have the improper vehicle (our fault) so we agreed to come back the next day in the rental truck to get it, put a SOLD sticker on it with my name and number, we show up the next day to get it and they sold it to somebody else. Thank god T.J. was working because the managers Gary and Kim decided not to help while we stood in the outside pickup area with our rental truck. Throughout the whole process we never dealt with a manager only T.J. How are they selling something that’s already sold? Get your inventory right but more importantly get your customer service right. T.J. showed nothing but politeness and understanding. Kim informed us this happens so I would not trust spending your money online unless you are in their store and see it with your eyes. You’d think spending $500 on one product they’d try to work something out but they decided to let T.J figure it out. Give that man the manager job.

My son and I went into Dallas tractor supply to purchase a gas heater. Asked for help and Victor a new employee tried to, as he was new went to get someone else. He said Gary would be with us as soon as he finished at the register. We waited, another customer came in and went to speak with Hary who then started helping him. As they passed by me he said have you been helped I explained Victor had actually said you were coming to help me with the gas heater you have. He told me the gentleman was going to be helped them he would come to me.The gentleman who just came in and went to the register for help was to be helped before me. O.k.Then he went to cleaning when he was finished with the gentleman. My son asked about the heater and if a connection for the propane was in the box or needed to be purchased separately. He said it should say on the box. I said it doesn’t say either way it only mentions fan and do you have those in stock.He said if we do they will be back on another isle. My son found the connection hose on another isle while we were speaking. My son lifted the large heater onto a flat cart and we purchased it and the connection hose. Mainly because we were in great need of the heater. Next time I will go to Lowe’s or Home Depot as their customer service is better. I have never been pushed off when requesting help before. Home Depot and Lowe’s have always been easy to help and if things were on separate isles would take me to get what I needed making sure I got what I needed. They made sure I was helped and had what I needed before leaving me. I know I am but a single mom, but my money is as good as anyone else. And deserve the same customer service. Especially on a large purchase. I have been a customer of Tractor supply for year’s and have made many large and small purchase. Never have I been made to feel so uncomfortable. Even the smallest purchase of shots for our dogs has been an ease before. The employee getting what we needed and asking if we needed anything else and wishing us well before leaving us. This time I felt as if I was not wanted as a customer. It was cold outside and we were in great need of this heater as our old one quit working.

Always a big fan of Tractor Supply. Definitely a throwback to a general store, but forward thinking in presentation and service. Everyone is helpful and happy you are there. Im shopping primarily for three dogs and three cats, but can see the appeal if you have actual livestock.Just used the curbside pick-up for the first time,(I threw my back out and cannot seem to find it!),and found it very easy once I navigated my phone during the initial ordering.But the site was simple to navigate, so grateful for that.Aint got no back 40, but Tractor Supply always comes through!

Nice worker and store but not wearing mask. Standing close to customer filling propane tank but had mask hanging off her ear. Please enforce mask wearing.

They generally have the weird stuff I cant find anywhere else and always a wonderful place to get my normal chicken keeping supplies.Ill have to say though, the reason that I am taking time to write this review is because I received superior quality customer service today. I called ahead to see if it was even worth the trip to go out there; I was in need of some products to control the rampant housefly population around my back patio.Instead of just giving me a standard yeah we carry fly stuff answer like I expected, Emma stayed on the phone with me while she walked back to the section to check on inventory and prices, and talked me through my selection prior to me making the trip.This was so so SO helpful and WAY beyond my expectations.Thank you so much for making my day so much easier.

This place is a little gem. We arent farmers but there are still plenty of household items you wont find other places. We mostly go to get the bags of wood pellets for our cat litter. Its way more economical and ecologically safer than traditional cat litter. It also keeps the smell down so much better and is easier to clean.

Everything I needed to change out my trailer tire I found inside. We were on a trip from Georgia to Texas when I noticed that the guy who gave me the trailer gave me a 13 and a 14 mismatched tire set! They had the jack, tire tool, socket, wheel and tire. They even let me change it out in their parking lot.The business was well stocked and clean.the staff was helpful and polite. They took me all around the store to pull together all my products.

Ordered a 4 person paddle boat from them and LOVE it! Great price, quick delivery and very professional. We will definitely be shopping there again!

I came in here to get first bag of dog food after just adopting a new boxer in Alabama. They had 1 register open out of 4, the line was backed up towards almost horse feed! And with 3 other associates walking around and doing other things, one of which seemed to be a manager, I was very surprised they didnt jump on and open registers to help alleviate the congestion. I could not keep my dog in the car obviously and I also couldnt hold a bag and cans of dog food...my hands were full and no shopping carts. I ended up putting the dog food back and walked out. Super disappointed in that experience, but it typically is a pretty good place!

They are overgrown they need more space

Best place to refill your propane tank. Most people dont know that the tanks they are exchanging for about $20 can quickly be filled at Tractor Supply for about 1/2 of the cost. Tanks can be refilled for years, and you only need to exchange it when the refill window closes (5 years after the manufacture date stamped into the handle).

Employees there are extremely generous. A Man helped us after hours attaching a trailer to a hitch for nearly half an hour and he didnt at all say he cared when we apologized. Absolutely amazing. I cant remember the name of the worker but he had a beard and at least one 4-H pin on his red vest. This man needs a raise. Well deserved 5 stars for you all.

Everyone is always helpful and in great spirits. If you have a question about anything in store it seems like everyone is very educated about the products in store

Such a wide range of products. I could stay here all day. These are the peppers and sweet potatoes I bought at Tractor Supply.

Go there for all my bird feeders and bird houses. Great prices and different kinds to fill all my needs. Can always find the bird feed I want too. I also pick up a new dog treat and flea collar. I have found cute what not cuties for my mother in law that she doesnt have already. They also have the cutest little t shirt and outfits for my grandbabies. This place is my go to for those different gifts that arent at other places. 🙂

Dawn was a life saver as well as another young lady that works here. I wish I could remember her name I just want her to know as well that she is a lifesaver so Im just going to say its the girl that loves peanut butter LOL thats awesome just want to thank yall so much. Because of you two ladies me and my brother were able to you properly take care of a baby fawn that was only a few days old and hes doing amazing. Order was placed on Wednesday afternoon, received a notification AFTER they were closed staring it was ready and we had two business days to pick it up. Had to work Thursday, with intent on picking it up Friday. Received a text Friday morning stating pick up today, and an hour later “we have cancelled your order.” It’s not even been the two business days! We called the store and they were RUDE, acted as if they didn’t care and got the same attitude from the manager. The “manager” even lied and said “the money only does a hold on your account and only post once you pick up.” LIE! It already hard posted to my account. They wanted to blame corporate for the whole thing and offer no solution to help. I will never do business with these incompetent clowns again!Now holding for their corporate office “2 minute wait time,” is now 15 minutes.

Very unhelpful group. The store is is trashy and sloppy. The clothes are in wrong containers and scattered. The feed is a mess with bags strewn all over. Nobody knew where anything was or had any knowledge about the products. All the employees were standing around chatting about personal lives instead of working. Just an all out mess. Its like a slobs barn.

We made a purchase at the counter for something that is kept outside; the very polite girl at the register said that they had what we wanted in stock, but we discovered after paying that the one in stock was the display and the guy working outside did not want to take the display apart. In the end, we got what we needed and everyone was very friendly and cooperative. Weve been shopping here for years and overall have had a great experience.

Great place to shop, employees helpful and friendly and other customers are much the same...we enjoy shopping or just browsing there. If we dont find what were after hey will willingly offer to look in the back to see if it is in stock. The prices are fair and all in all it is a good store to go to!!

One of my favorite places. The best thing about it is that you can bring your dog. I usually love going for the cinnamon gummy bears and for just an excuse to take my dog out.....they also offer rabie shots for your dogs.

Needed propane and an associate was very quick refilling my tank with a smile and a DAWG shirt on.

I purchased a new auger bit for my tractor when I went to use it I noticed it was bent. Yes I did use it for all of 5 minutes before I noticed it was bent. My issue is I purchased it on Monday when I went to exchange it for another one I was told they would not exchange it because it was used, they did offer a 15% discount if I wanted to purchase another one witch was nice, but thats only going to cover the sales tax. Its not like they dont know me Im in the store at least 4 to 5 days out of the week. The only thing I have nice to say is Tim, Kevin and the cashiers are always helpful and are as nice as they can be. I could see the disappointment in Kevins eyes when he told me that they wouldnt be able to exchange it for me. The managers there seem like all they are interested in is the bottom line not customer service, especially for a loyal customer. I have never been so disappointed in a company like I am with this one.

Im a frequent customer, but my recent visit was great! I couldnt find exactly what i was looking for and an employee who i believe was named Macie, was a HUGE help. She greeted me with a smile, and helped me find what i needed! Great job and thank you!

This location is great! The workers are always nice. The facility is always kept up. The restrooms are nice. We take our dogs here for vaccinations and the doctors and nurses are always so good to our dogs. The prices are always fair. We also get our food and toys for the dogs here as well and they have all lasted and are really nice. I highly reccomend!

I like coming here because they carry some items you wont find at other places but it is overpriced compared to their competitors. If you have the time just wait to order what you need from home depot or go online. You will probably find better prices. Very nice staff if you can find anyone.

I love going in here just to look. You never knew what you couldnt live without until you walk in here. Go in for overalls for my little girl and leave having to find a farm to live in! I love it!

Great location, clean store, helpful employees, they have numerous supplies for farm animals and equipment. Plus shirts jackets, jeans, boots, all kinds of western wear for all the family. All types of lawn equipment, riding lawnmowers, pet supplies, food, and even baby chicks. A fun place to shop. All kinds of animal feed.. Community involvement.

My go to store for dog food and chicken feed. They have the most knowledgeable people on backyard farming! I recommend them if you are looking to start a garden, raise chickens, or for any barn yard interests.

There is way more to that store than tractor supplies. I was impressed with the inventory selection. I will definitely be back.

Great TSC location with very helpful and friendly staff. Down home--honest and hard working group of people here, who treat their customers like friends and family. I enjoy visiting them and always feel I get an honest answer when I ask a question, usually with a bit of humor thrown in which makes me want to go back! Love them!

Everything I went in for was out of stock but store ordered everything for me to come back and pick up. Very good service all things considered.

Purchased a trailer and a no zero turn lawnmower and took a while to finalized my transaction and it was pretty busy and seemed like there was very little staff working to assist clients in a timely manner. But other thn that hoping my purchase was well worth it and not have any issues since we are trying a brand we had not really heard much of so fingers crossed its a good one. :)

Paid for 3 crossties and went to load.The loader insisted I take the ones that were split and falling apart and he refused to unband the nicer ones.The loader states is store policy no unbanding untill the bad ones are sold first regardless of condition.

This store is a great resource for so many things!! From soup to nuts they have it!! I love just stopping by and walking around shopping, especially the discount and affordable section!!!

Store is nice and the employees are helpful. The restrooms are pretty gross. TP just sits on back of toilet with gross hand prints all over it. Ill spare the photos.

My family has been going to this Tractor Supply for years. Typically things are fine, but my mom had to go by herself yesterday and she picked up horse feed, shavings, duck feed, chaff hay, and the Equine Pine pellet bedding. She asked for help with loading and unloading but no one came out to help her. She is in her 50’s and has a dislocated disc in her back, she needs help loading all of those 50+ pound bags. She even said there were employees just hanging out, talking in the parking lot who clearly saw her putting everything away by herself and they didn’t even ask if she needed help. We’re considering going to the Tractor Supply that’s over 30 minutes away because this isn’t even the first time no one has helped us with loading/ unloading. These employees need to treat their customers with more respect, considering how much money we’ve given this store over the years.

Amazing! I love this place. We just moved here from Acworth and over there i always paid $18 to fill our grill tank. We just filled it up here and it only cost $7 ! Crazy right? The store is a little hard to see from the road but gps gets you right to the door. Anyway, Im sold.

Went at 2pm to pick up some fencing and t posts. No was around to help or ask about bundling options. To home depot I go.

Ive never had a bad experience at the Tractor Supply in Dallas Ga. But the service I received today was EXCELLENT. A guy named CowBOy made sure that I got exactly what I needed. He took the time help me. Its a very rare thing to go in a store and have someone treat you like you and your needs matter. I cant remember the last time I was treated that way. Best experience Ive had in any store in a long time.

This is the only place we get our dog food and I buy it 4 bags at a time as it is a 30-45 min drive. Well just now I went to get more as I am out and the lady says through the door they are closing early. Im sure there is a reason behind it but I now have no dog food for my dogs and wasted the 35 min there and 35 min back.

I am a regular at the tractor supply in Dallas now since recently relocating to Powder Springs, GA. They always have my dog food in stock and the staff is ready to help wherever needed. Everyone I have come in contact here has been nothing but friendly and my dogs love to come visit and get tons of pets and attention!

Always enjoyed the staff and wondering around to look at the stuff they have. I also like that they have a customer club to get coupons and such.

This is my normal go to store for damn near everything I need. Lately it seems that this stores customer service skills have fallen by the way side.Today I stood in the womans footwear section for 30 minutes trying to find my wife a pair of boots for Christmas. Most of the boots were not priced and brands of boots were not organized. I had to use the stores website to try and figure out what was what.I finally went to the cashier to ask for assistance. She kindly put out a page for someone to come help me.After waiting an additional 20 minutes I walked around the store to find some help myself. No one was in sight except for the cashier. After 10 more minutes I walked up to the cashier and explained to her that I was still waiting for help after 30 minutes. She didnt say a word to me and just turned around leaving me with nothing but a view of her back. With that I said bye bye and walked out.This time of year, MANAGMENT needs to be more involved to ensure that the sales team is OUT ON THE FLOOR to assist customers where needed!I can honestly say that I normally spend thousands at tractor supply each year. Now because of poor management, organization skills and very poor customer service skills, I will be looking for a new store to take my business.

Poor customer service...I called to inform them I had bought a chick and died 3 days later. This is not the 1st time I buy chicks from them but after today I will no longer use them for my needsJake answered the phoneI proceed to tell him what happened and how in the past they have replaced my baby chick and he was real rude and proceeded to tell me that they don’t guarantee live birds. This is my 1st time hearing this and very disappointed on how Jake spoke with me. I’ll just take my business elsewhere

I stopped in to pick up vaccines for my puppy. I was overlooked by 2 or 3 employees before being acknowledged by a young lady (after patiently waiting for her to finish helping another customer) who said she was going to get the keys she needed. after waiting several more minutes and being passed by another employee, I left the store. the young lady never came back to help me; she was working the register, helping other customers. (no, she was not the only cashier.) this is my second visit to this chain (my first was at another location) and I received the same type of treatment at that location as well. if I could give zero stars, I would.

Love this place look at every thing they got every time I go in. All thou I was a little disappointed today when I got there and they dont carry weather stripping. Great folk always very helpful.

There were 10 people waiting in line and the girl with the long hair ( not the one from California ) was giving a man directions and I asked if her line was open. She was very rude! Other than her and the line, my experience was good.

You can get hard to find stuff here for animals. In certain times of the year they have baby chicks and ducklings. They also carry clothes and boots. There is a large selection of things here. They also have a lot of truck accessories for towing and utilitiy.

In out store you. This store sells what you would expect and a little more for your yard and some clothing with decent pricing

This store is great for certain items, for instance:We buy our dogfood here, as the Tractor Supply brand is very healthy for the dogs.We bring our propane tanks here to get filled, as it is much cheaper to fill them than change them out, also you can see that you are actually getting a full tank.Their selection of bolts and hardware is really good. Some of their stock is on the pricey side and they do not give military discount like Home Depot or a Lowes does.

This place is awesome! Tools great customer Service, clothing, clearance rack. I underestimate it.

Friendly staff. Many products Im interested in. Close to home. Easy access in and out.

More Than a Part for My Tractor, (This was a Fantastic Shopping Trip for me -- Western Wear ), O-Yes They have a Great Supply & Great Selections of Agricultural & Farm Type supplies, Feeds, Chain, Electric Wenchs, Tools, Hand Tools,Hardware, Paints, Tractor & Tractor Attachment Parts, Parts, & e.t.c, But they also have a whole lot More, Dog & Cat Food, Dog & Cat Supples, and The Best Selection & Quality of Western Wear Clothing, Western Type Boots I have Ever Seen in Georgia. They also have a Great Selection of work wear,& Boots . I think I could Find almost anything I Needed Here & at a Good Price, The Folks are Professional, Knowledgeable, & Friendly. They have some Really X- Nice 4 wheelers & I am going to add one to My Wish List.
