We have a very sophisticated technology for water reclamation which is patented now globally. It is first of its kind, for sure. The Engineering Department at CB Service dug into it and gave great support to our company. They very quickly understood our unique process and assisted in developing the much-needed manufacturing drawings which even included improvements to the original design, thereby saving costs in manufacturing and providing serviceability for the product. Very knowledgeable people to work with.

I am the Facility Mainteance Manager at Brasscraft Manufacturing Company. Our Gas Combustion Linkage failed at 4pm yesterday. I called and got he on call center. I was called back in about 30min by the oncall boiler service tech. He already had the data plate information on our boiler and went to his local shop found the part and was at our plant in 1 hour. He had our boiler back in service by 8:30pm. Great Company, Great Service Tech, and a Great Experience.

Worked at cleaver brooks in Dallas turned lead man briefly. During that time my boss Steve and I never communicated unless it was negativity. He told me to my face he didnt need a lead man but was forced. A guy cut his finger almost to the bone with a grinder and he actually pulled me aside to say sometimes you just tell em put some dirt on it and keep workin just so there wld be no recordable. The guy need medical attention and I know I did the right thing. Right before I left I found out while I was gone a guy got hurt and he was told to lie about how he did it. The team has talent and also has room for improvement but with the right leadership. Steve the shop foreman cant weld, cant fit and keeps his workers down because he always feels his jobs in jeopardy. All these are facts but in my opinion hes in that position because he can manipulated. Any worker of high caliber beware!!!!
