Very poor customer service experience!!! Also they have a huge problem, it takes soooo long to get your product.... When busy easily youll wait over 1 hour and much more a lot of the times .

Terrible customer service, forklift drivers are very unsafe. So much confusion on how to go about getting your materials, the loading station is a mess. No one knows who gets there chance to get loaded first, no order. After you order your materials and pay, you have to go back again in line to get more paperwork. Its just a big headache.

Receiving open @ 8:00 AM and they dont waste any time but go by appointment.

Despite google statement that they are open until 5 pm, they in fact said they close at 4pm. So this review is based on their failure to clearly post accurate hours of operation. It’s a long drive to specialty places like this and fighting traffic to be turned away is frustrating and a waste of time.
