These guys are Awesome! Fantastic Movers was highly recommended to do help finish our packing and to do our move last week. We have a ton of fragile and valuable serving ware, paintings and antiques. T and his crew packed these items with incredible care. In fact, even as they are big, strong burly guys, I think they packed our things with TLC. Carmelo managed the moving day with his awesome team. We have a ridiculous amount of furniture. The guys were very careful and took the time needed to make sure everything was carefully wrapped, stable and secure before heading to our new place. T, Carmelo and their crews are true professionals. From my first phone call to Fantastic Movers to the end of moving day quality and customer care seemed to be their priority. Fantastic Movers is a legit operation and I am very happy to have worked with them!

Super disappointed.Up until the very end the company was worthy of 5 stars.Good communication, right on time, movers were super friendly, they made sure our items were well packed and safe and unloaded everything and put it together for us... all was great Until we couldnt find an item worth $300 dollars. An item they packed for us. After we unloaded every box, this item remained missing. I contacted the company and they were vague in their response. (Keep in mind at no point in the initial conversation did I accuse anyone of theft. I just wanted to know if they could help me locate the item). A few days later I contacted again and was completely ignored.Im still waiting on a response, and hope to get this situation resolved. Id love to give them a higher rating, but this particular situation has been very unfortunate.

We moved our business to a new location this month. It is a combination office and warehouse space with many industrial shelves and heavy inventory. Fantastic Moves did a superb job with move consulting and the move itself went so smooth. Highly recommend!

We had fantastic movers move us from Dallas to Denver.Someone from the company came to our house and did a quote based on our possessions.We were scheduled to close on our house on the Monday so scheduled fanstastic movers to come the Sunday to load our belongings.The movers showed as scheduled on the Sunday with a truck that I felt looked kinda small, we were in a 1900sqft house 2 adults and 3 children so we have obviously a lot of stuff.The two guys that showed seemed optimistic they could get everything loaded. The guys worked extremely hard and are a credit to the company. Unfortunately that’s where the praise for this company ends.My gut feelings were correct everything didn’t fit!We were forced to leave behind almost new $1000 exercise bike, legs to our dining room table, patio bench and other items. We were also left with packing items belonging to fantastic movers.We were forced to give the items including the bike to our neighbor free of charge because we were unable to leave these items in the house as the new owners were take possession the next morning early.Upon our arrival in Denver I contact parish at fantastic movers and explained the situation. He offered to attempt to move the bike to our new location, I had already explained that was not possible as it was already gifted to someone and I was not about to ask someone to return a gift!!!I told parish that I would give the company time to do the right thing and that I wasn’t expecting he pay the full amount to replace the bike and other possession but some financial gesture would be grateful. He responded in saying he couldn’t make that call and would need to speak to the drivers underwriters etc but would be in touch.Week goes by and no word from fantastic movers.I call fantastic movers and parish acts like he never mentioned the above and what do I expect from him after all he had offered to transport it out, understand that that offer of moving the bike only came after I had explained that were forced to give the bike to our good neighbors. My feelings are he knew full well I was not going to ask for a gift back.His words “ we went above and beyond” no sir you did not your drivers did. You sir are a disgrace you are blaming us your customer for the left behind items your best would of been to for fill the terms of our contract which was to move our possession to our new home!You even had the nerve to say “we didn’t do a good job because we left behind a few items” I refuse to pat you on the back for a half done job. I was even fair and paid the balance so the drivers could get on the road and I told you I expected you to do the right thing. You have not done the right thing you blamed us and swore at me yelled and hung up.My attorney has been contacted and I may look to seek settlement that way.

I recently moved from a 2nd floor apartment to a 3rd floor condo. The gentlemen from Fantastic Moves were absolutely wonderful. The furniture and items that I wanted moved were taken care of, no scratches or dings, and the larger items that I was planning to donate (sofa, dining set) they took for me! We had an UNBELIEVABLY GREAT experience with Fantastic Moves. They absolutely went above and beyond. From the minute we called the staff was friendly and found us an opening that was perfect for us. They arrived on time and were very efficient. I have moved many times and this was by far the best experience I had. They loaded quickly but carefully. Unloading was also super quick, and they were very careful to put things where I wanted them. They even put my bedskirt on the box springs before putting the mattress on! I wont use anyone else.

Fantastic Moves was recommended by our real estate agent for our move from Dallas to Denver. Fantastic Moves advised me upfront that they were pricier than the larger outfits, but they had professional movers who received benefits and many of their movers had been with their company for several years. They would also be taking our possessions directly to Denver - they wouldnt be packing anyone elses stuff with ours. Everything they promised went as planned. They arrived on time for the estimate and all other appointments. We had specialized packers for china and art, but Fantastic Moves packed everything else. Their movers were extremely polite, responsive, and efficient. They drove to Denver almost as quickly as we did. Everything was unloaded and placed where requested. One of the movers informed us he broke the leg on the dining room chair, but everything else went fine. Over the past several months we have unpacked everything - sculptures, china, glass vases. Nothing was damaged. I sent Parish my receipt for getting the chair fixed and he sent me a check in a few days. It went as perfect as a interstate move could go.

We have used Fantastic Moves for years now - for both our business and personal moves. Their people clearly LOVE working for them. While they may not be the cheapest, they are absolutely the BEST in town. We once had one slight damage on a piece of furniture - and we were amazed by their speed and diligence in fixing the piece. Moving is never easy or pleasant. But Ive never had a better experience with a mover than I did with Fantastic Moves. From start to finish they were outstanding. First, while they were not the cheapest bid I received, they were entirely accurate and did not try try to lowball the estimate as some companies do. If anything, they came in under their bid, which is always a nice surprise. Second, they do not use temporary workers or day laborers. Their employees have lots of experience with moves. Third, they were very flexible with my packing and move date. That was a great relief as I had some uncertainty up to the last couple of days about when my move-out and move-in dates would be. Fourth, they were very professional with the packing and moving. They took good care of my things, some of which are fragile. Fifth, after the move was over, when I discovered there was some slight damage to a book shelf they immediately responded and had a handyman repair it better than before the very next day. And finally, there were professional, courteous, and swift responses to every email and phone call and question I had. You can probably find cheaper (and get what you pay for), but none better. I hope not to move again anytime soon, but if I do will certainly use this company.

Hired these guys for a short cross-town move based on several online reviews that said how great they were, so I had high expectations going in--and they managed to surpass those. Ive moved around a lot--grew up a military kid, and was in the Navy for a while myself--and this was easily the most competent team Ive seen. The team that came to our house was very friendly and professional, and they clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They maneuvered large, difficult pieces of furniture through doorways and around awkward hallway construction like they had been to my house a hundred times before and knew exactly how everything fit. At times it was almost like watching a ballet featuring a two hundred pound armoire. They asked the right questions when questions needed to be asked, they put all the furniture back together perfectly after they had disassembled it to move, and they just didnt stop until the job was done. I was thoroughly impressed.The office team was great, too. They were very friendly and easy to work with, and accommodating when we had to change the start time a few days before the move.And finally, both the estimate and the final price came in lower than I expected, which was great. (They estimated X hours, and that was already a couple hundred less than I expected, and then the move took less time than they estimated, so they only charged us for that.)I hope I dont have to move again for another twenty years, but if I do, Ill definitely be using these guys.

Could not of asked for a better company to move my family. We were living on the third floor of an apartment building and our apartment was right by the stairs. The two guys took everything but the fridge and piano down the stairs. They worked nonstop in the heat. I would highly recommend this company for your next move.

I recently bought a new house and moved my family from one city to another. I was TOTALLY impressed with the work of Fantastic Moves. The office staff was friendly and accommodating when I had to move my dates twice. The follow up to confirm my move exceeded my expectations. The drivers and crew for 2 trucks were amazing. I had Fantastic Movers move me last wk and they were exactly as advertised.. fantastic. We had Bo and Newt and let me tell you they were not only fast, but courteous and careful and effective communicators. They had almost moved the entire contents of my 3 bed house out into the truck in 45mins!

Moved with Fantastic Moves last week. Third move in 3 years and the best experience Ive ever had. Professional, right-on with estimate, and excellent, VERY competitive price. Also, the movers worked pretty much non-stop. Two very competent, really nice guys. Wouldnt go to anyone else now that I know how easy it can be.

We used Fantasic Moves at the end of May. The office and the movers themselves were wonderful to work with. We did a partial move since we were just moving within the subdivision but we have lots of large stuff. and having gone through 3 prior corporate moves we know that moving large pieces takes time. Our big concerns ( after reading many reviews about other movers) was that they show up on time and that they take good care of our stuff so that it doesnt get damaged in the process. And they did exactly that. They showed up on time. We had a 3 man crew and one truck. They wrapped everything up carefully, (I also liked that their equipment looked clean and new) loaded it and got it to our new house. Unwrapped everything, they even brought our elliptical machine through the back door so they wouldnt damage the walls getting around a tight corner. And didnt complain after I changed my mind and wanted some heavy book cases downstairs after they had just carried them upstairs. Im glad we chose Fantastic Moves. I would definitely recommend them.

Needed help loading a 2 bedroom apartment into a Uhaul, they sent two men who moved me from 3 flights of stairs! They were on time, respectful and professional. They didnt stop and waste any time until the job was done! Id highly recommend!

Fantastic Moves lives up to its name . . . what a great experience from beginning to end! Parrish worked with my wife to provide a quote and to reschedule the move twice based on weather impacts on the completion of our new house. Carmelos team made quick work of our furniture and boxes, taking care to protect the floors with a protective covering and watching walls. The concrete driveway at the new house was still curing so they team had to park at the foot of the drive and hand carry/using dollies to get everything in. The guys were prompt, courteous, careful . . . I cant say enough good about them. If we having a moving need in the future, we will call on Fantastic Moves again!

Our in-state move from Irving to Houston met all our expectations and then some. The actual movers realized on Wednesday, the preparation day, that their truck would have to be packed perfectly in order to hold all our stuff. On Thursday, those two movers plus a third one, made everything fit. The truck was packed 100%, front to back and top to bottom. They drove to Houston Thursday afternoon, and then unpacked everything and placed each piece of furniture as we requested on Friday. It was a perfect move.

Fantastic Moves was nothing short of Fantastic! They were helpful and responsive before the move and the movers were great throughout the move. They were extremely careful in handling and transporting our things and I have complete confidence in their service. This is my 4th move with Fantastic Moves. This move was complicated. I️ am moving to Florida. My condo won’t be ready once I arrive. I️ decided to store all of my belongings until my condo was ready. Ernie and John were assigned my move. They did what seemed impossible. Fit my entree move into a single Pod! It saved me a lot of money. And relived the stress. Many of my friends have used Fantastic Moves. Not one has been disappointed! Use them for sure.

I have decided to put the last straw for this complaint first. After the move, Fantastic Movers called me to see how the experience went. When I told him I was not happy, he said he had fired one of the employees and that he was very sorry. He evidently didn’t tell the owner that there was a problem. She emailed me asking me to review the company, and I told her I was VERY upset. I NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIVED A RESPONSE. That was two weeks ago and THAT is why I write this review.I had problems with Fantastic Movers from the first phone call. I didn’t realize at the time all the things they SHOULD have asked me. Antiques? grandfather clock? oversized items? pictures? etc., which they did NOT ask about.I called twice more with questions about wardrobe boxes and picture frames, feeling at a loss as I was packing. They said they would bring both wardrobe boxes and frame boxes. I asked what to do with things that didn’t fit in the big boxes I had. The person at Fantastic Movers seemed unconcerned about those, so I assumed that the movers would know how to handle them.The movers arrived 2-3 hours late, at 3 in the afternoon. They drove from Dallas to my house 250 miles away which is normally a 4 ½ - 6 hour trip. I asked that they leave early (7 am) so that they would have enough daylight. The person said they would, but that they would definitely finish loading that same day even if it was dark.They arrived without wardrobe boxes thus balled all my clothing into plastic. They complained they weren’t told about the grandfather clock or the antique china cabinet, but they’d make do. They transported my grandfather clock WITH the pendulum on it because the mover said it had been attached “permanently” by the last mover. That turned out NOT to be the case.They said they couldn’t load all my stuff because of the irregular shape of things not boxed. So - I had to leave all my outdoor and garden things.They didn’t finish loading until 10pm, but told me they would meet me at my Dallas house at 10:30 the next morning. I should call him when I left my old house so he would be sure to meet me. They didn’t show up until 3pm, although I called them several times to no avail.During unloading, they lost control of more than one piece of my heavy furniture. It all slid down the ramp in the rain dragging the mover behind, almost crashing into the street.One mover incredulously switched the hot and cold on the washer when he hooked it up. Later, I had to pay a handyman to come out, and figure out that that was actually the case.At the same time, the handyman had to hook up the dryer vent hose after I had to buy another one because the movers left mine at the old house.As they finished up, they tried to tell me they couldn’t unload, and put things in my back shed because it was dark! I found them a flashlight.Later, as I unpacked, I found broken items and dings on several walls and on my furniture.It wasn’t just one mistake. It wasn’t just one person. It was the whole company that was totally inefficient, careless, unknowledgeable and irresponsible. I never got a response. The least they could have done was offer to pay for my handyman, the vent tubing, AND buy me a nice dinner.

I am a marketing director at an assisted living and memory care in Dallas, TX. I exclusively refer future residents to Fantastic Moves for all of their moving and packing needs. Dave, Parrish and their inside and outside teams are great communicators and get the job done right at fair prices.

Let me tell you something about this company, Russell, at fantastic movers, is racist, along with the two drivers that came by to pick up my furniture to move me the day after Thanksgiving, they also stole a pack of cigarettes. A friend of mine that was at the house, told me saw him take them.When I got back and after my friend told me what he saw, I went out and told them to leave .So, if they stole just a pack of cigarettes, no telling what else would have gone missingI will tell some of my friends who moving next month, they should not use Fantastic Movers.I could say more but I just dont want to waste any more time in this matter.

I highly recommend Fantastic Moves! They were incredibly responsive when I was considering moving companies and really delivered on the service. The team who moved my furniture, Bo and Tata, were on time, worked hard and beat their estimate on how long it would take to load. They wrapped all the furniture in plastic and handled the items carefully. Really great experience.

The team from Fantastic Moves did an AWESOME job moving us into our new home in Dallas. Even with 3 stories that they had to climb, the guys went above and beyond to make sure all of our furniture was moved to its final location. I would highly recommend their move services and will use them for any future moves!!!

Amazing company. Charge what they quote, show up on time, wrap your furniture, work quickly, amazing attitudes, movers are employees. I have referred them numerous times and everyone agrees...amazing!

Ive used Fantastic Moves twice in the last year. The movers show up on time and take great care of your belongings. Costs are reasonable.
