Extra Space had the easiest moving in process when I needed a unit quickly. The facility and unit is incredibly clean. Access is needed to use the elevators or get inside the gate & building so it feels safe. The office was extra helpful with all of my needs. 10/10 recommend this location. It’s super convenient off 75. I have used other storages that have not been as nice or accommodating :)

Do NOT rent here horrible customer service raises rent as quickly as they can $100 over 3 other spaces exact same size with 3 miles. Have been with them since 2013 and zero help in leveling out the rate to get closer to the other companies. The manager Brenda even kindly stated she would make more money off the new person if I were to move out as it was in her favor for me to move out and zero recognition of the 8 years of revenue I have given them. So many better places with better customer service don’t be lazy like me and do your research!

I quick and easy to rent online, map should be exactly where my space was, and as I was moving in my first load ran into Brenda (staff) who was bright and friendly and showed me right to the space and indicated she had just cleaned it.

Do NOT rent a storage unit from this location. The place is invested with rats and the owner/management will do nothing to help you. I have rented 3 units for over a year now and have had rats in each unit ruining clothes, furniture and numerous other items. They will not help us at all, just saying we need to go through insurance.This is on top of a burst water pipe which soaked all of my belongings last year. I have had to throw away tens of thousands of dollars worth of treasured antiques and collectibles.Do yourself a huge favor and find another place to store your possessions.

Great staff and overall facility. Elizabeth worked directly with us to fulfill our needs and provide recommendations about storage and unit size. We were moving from out of state and she made the process simple and straight forward. Would highly recommend this facility.

The service I received when signing a new lease was great. They were able to fully explain their specials and tell me which one was the best fit for me. Elizabeth helped me through the process and everything took less than 20 minutes.

I called to get a storage space for just 1 week, and at first it seemed like an easy task (was told first month was free, that I could pay over the phone then come get my keys, just had to make a small payment for the key, lock, and insurance). I realized that there was a closer storage unit, that was also Extra Space Storage, so i just wanted to move my reservation to that unit. As of now they took my money, nothing is the storage, and i havent gotten my keys. I spoke to a women on the phone at my current storage facility, she told me shed call me back in 30 mins with information on how to make the switch. She must of gotten busy because I never received a call and Im a day into my unit rental with no information except another Receipt emailed to me for my purchase. Its just annoying how companies take your money same day but cant help you after

I highly recommend this storage facility!!!! I was sooo stressed about maintaining my storage due to the pandemic and being out of work for months but Elizabeth really took care of me. She was always kind and resourceful. Also, a couple of times she was just a caring listener as I cried crocodile tears on the phone because I was at a loss for how to continue paying my bill. Before I signed the lease agreement, I asked why the insurance was so high. They explained the insurance policies and levels, they charged me for one higher and I explained to them that the one below would be better suited. They said they would be able to fix it. So I signed the agreement. Instead of fixing it, they gave me store credit. They also wanted me to review them and give them 5 stars before their service was provided. Not very happy.

Extra Space Storage is wonderful! It is a great safe location and the staff is extremely helpful. It is very very clean. This is a really good option if you need storage - especially if you need to be convenient to Highland Park or the Knox area.

Very secure location. The people are nice. I got a great deal when I first rented the unit however it goes up ever year,but for the most part it would still be considered affordable compared to most places. Its extremely clean and secure. The only thing that could make it better is if it was open 24 hours, but then maybe it wouldnt be as secure? Either way, I would and have recommended them to others.
