The people are nice and have answered right away, but the price they list and the price you pay are totally different. Listed $97 paid $197. All sorts of fees. Call ahead to see if they can furnish the free truck its only at some locations for short periods of time. They have a dolly there you can use but its been beaten and abused, the wheel was loose and it wandered all over while I was using it.

Once i completed the online process and made it to the facility with my first load.. everything was clean and they also provide you with the most secure storages. No carts available for customers. Will be moving to a different location. Should also be a way to hold open the entry door so you dont have to put in the long code every time you have a heavy box in your hands. If it had the carts available this wouldnt be an issue either. Overall just poorly ran and we shouldnt have to suffer for somebody else stealing a cart.

Clean. Carts are available . Did have some things that were left around the on site dumpster. I felt like it lowered the value of the property.

Break ins!!!Ive been using this life storage for less than a month and someone has already broken into my unit. Ill now have to get on a plane (in the middle of a pandemic), spend hundreds of additional dollars, file a police report (bc they have to be filed in person), and then re-move my stuff probably out of pocket.Dont waste your time here! Rent from a safe space!

My family and I were getting into our car outside of this business, and I accidentally touched an employee’s truck with my door getting in. She then proceeded to come out screaming and cussing at us when there was absolutely no damage on her vehicle from me. We feel very disrespected and will never be returning to this business.

I came in last month for some boxes for a move, Drew was a massive help and made my day better. He even talked through the size of my apartment and the type/ amount of items I have and recommended amounts of boxes I would need. I appreciated the time he took to give quality customer service.

Very helpful staff! I was disappointed that public storage was only open from 6am - 9pm. This place is open from 5am - 11pm. Those are excellent hours. The staff was extremely friendly & really excited about storage space which is great to see people like what they do. The facility is well maintained and smells great. The access is convenient & they have a lot of options with excellent prices. Im thrilled to be using this space in Dallas.

Recently I had the WORST customer service of my life with Danielle. From the phone call to the customer service in person was horrible .Rude, unprofessional, & having an attitude the entire time. If you hate your job don’t take it out on the customers .

This is the best storage unit my husband and I have rented. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean, new and climate controlled on the inside. Dont have to worry about bugs and lizards going into our unit. Life Storage is the best choice by far!

John the attendant is friendly and explains in detail whats best for your storage needs when it comes to price, i relocated from Houston and had my stuff stored 2 months with no problems, building very clean in and out, air conditioned storage rooms, restrooms and cold water fountains inside halls for your convenience, and great convenient downtown location, i highly recommend this place to anyone, thank you john, you were great.
