All of my items were stolen---Hi, I rarely leave review, but thought I would do this to try to help the next person. I moved from out of state and placed ALL of my belongings in this storage unit until I moved into my apartment next month. My storage unit was broken into by someone electric-sawing the lock off. All of my belongings were stolen - mattress, couch, clothes/accessories/shoes & etc.I do not know if someone saw me or how they targeted my unit. The unit next to me was apparently broken into as well. I would suggest for this Public Storage to get working cameras that they keep on 24/7 in order to prevent this in the future, as they said this is a common thing in Dallas since the pandemic. If you must store your things here, I would suggest getting an interior unit (so the robbers would have to go through the key-pad door & your units lock) or just not keep any valuables in your unit.I hate to be negative, but because this is not the first time this has happened at this Public Storage, I wish I would have known in advance so I would not have left any valuables/sentimental items in the unit.

Arianna was so helpful when I came in looking for a storage unit. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the policies and was able to get me a unit right away. She walked me to my unit and also took her time to explain how to use the gate code. I will definitely be back to use public Storage!!!!

The facility is clean and secure and the lady who helped us was really nice and helpful. However, been there four months and without notice my bill went from $154 for a 10×15 room to $175. I was expecting the fee to be the same for at least a year, but I guess thats what happens when you dont have a yearly contract, I will have to do my homework better next time.Update: after posting the review 2 days ago, the manager called me and they put the rent back where it was. I have to say, this is the kind of customer service that anyone would want to see these days. Hats off to them, so my rating went from 3 to 5 easily!

I came to this location because its closest to office. We needed a quick storage for some thing and Arianna was so nice and professional. Even though I asked so many questions she answered all of them and made sure that I didnt have any doubts. I had had an experience with another employee at another location that had real bad customer service but Arianna was nothing like that. She was helpful, and eager to help. Totally recommend her and Public Storage.

Great location, even better customer service! Deborah and her staff are always quick, efficient and friendly! Units, buildings and grounds are clean and well maintained. Glad I found them, not going anywhere else.

We have had a storage unit with Public Storage here for several years. At this particular location, they have some of the best staff on board. There are two ladies that have especially made a world of difference to our experience there. Deborah and Ariana who work at the front office are both very proactive and helpful with any needs you have as a tenant. I think they both do a fantastic job at retaining clients even though Public Storage starts getting greedy on raising unit rents too soon. However, you can rest assure that these ladies will keep an eye on your unit daily and will let you know if anything unusual comes up as they both work to take care of you as a client. We really appreciate doing business with these ladies and it helps keep us loyal to Public Storage for so long. Because of them, they deserve the highest rating.

Great, friendly on-site management. Always clean. Id give them 5 stars but corporate has raised my rent $100 per month over the past year and a half. Not cool. Thats an extra $1200 a year.

If youre looking for a storage unit, look no further. Albeit Public Storage is a large company, this particular location extends a very warm welcome and they treat their customers like family. Deborah, the Property Manager, is great to work with and she takes the extra mile to make sure you and your belongings are well taken care of. Kudos!

I reserved my unit online which made the whole process of checking in with the office very easy. The woman working the front desk, Morgan, was super helpful! She had all the necessary information upfront and ready for me, every question I had she was able to answer thoroughly. Overall great customer service, it made me feel at ease leaving my valuables here.

Desire-I was in the area on my lunch break & decided to stop in to check out prices & availability. I have been having trouble at another location. My Co-working has a unit at this location and said the customer service was GREAT! the girls behind the counter at another location, just didnt seem like they carried about getting a new customer at ALL.But at the this location Desire, really seemed like she was doing everything, to find me the cheapest rate and availability!Very impressed with the customer service at this location!!

I have been a long-term customer of Public Storage at the Inwood location. What started out as a temporary place to store things from my mothers estate, turned into a multi-year relationship where I stored things for business, home, holidays, etc. The location was extremely convenient for my purposes. And, the fact that the facility was well-maintained, well-lit, and always extremely clean was definitely a factor in staying there for many years. Also, security is very good at this site. In my multiple visits at various times of day or night, I always felt safe loading and unloading. And the staff, led by Desire, has always been helpful, quick to answer questions, and very nice to deal with.I highly recommend this Public Storage location for storage needs, and I will certainly be coming back if the need arises!

I was in a tight space where I needed a storage unit ASAP, so I reserved online and Arianna was working that location and I couldn’t afford the new circle locks. I was saddened but she referred me to her normal site on Inwood. And I was helped by Morgan who was FANTASTIC. she helped me with the transfer reservation, confirmed I could use the lock I had from a previous time I used public storage. She was a joy and even suggested I apply for a job because of my situation.

Very easy to find and Debra was very helpful. Explains paperwork and sign-up as quickly as possible. Office and area around property was very clean.

I went to this location just to shop the area for prices, but after talking with Sara I was sold on this location. She took the time to actually make me feel like I mattered and wasnt just another customer. Her personality was GREAT and I watched 4 customers pull in and wave and smile at her and I knew she took care of her customers after that. The property was spotless as well. I would recommend anybody to this location Sara was great!
