Please go get your car serviced somewhere else. I got a wheel alignment at this location and took my car to the Grapevine location shortly after (I’ve always went to the grapevine location for all my service needs) for a tire quick fix. After my full inspection, Grapevine told me I needed a new wheel alignment after I just got this service done two weeks before at the Metro Nissan location. I went back to Metro Nissan and spoke with a “manager” who a service advisor and he told me that there was nothing that they could do fix my car correctly.
We were in Dallas on business and needed an oil change. We made an appointment at Metro Nissan with Jared. We arrived at the appointment time and Jared was there to greet us. He did a quick inspection and pointed out we were 1,000 miles from a brake flush. We agreed on the brake flush. While they were doing the maintenance work he informed us about a software update that was needed. It was done at no charge. All the work was completed in a timely manner and the whole experience was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend Metro Nissan to anyone.
Usually my husband deals with the Nissan car but he was working late one day and I needed and oil change. I went and they did an amazing job. I booked a last minute appointment and they managed to squeeze me in. I had an alert pop up in my dashboard and when I called them back as soon as I left they told me to come right back. It was right before closing too so I was happy I didn’t have to come back the next day.
Trina was very accommodating. She explained the issue with my car to me in detail and was very helpful throughout the process. The service was quick, and I was also provided with a shuttle ride to and from work to pick up my vehicle. I will definitely be returning for all my car needs.
The oil change was fine. I spent over $1200 this pas summer getting my car fixed due to a sensor error. My front driver window was slightly off track. When I got my car back the window had been forced up ( I imagine to run it through the wash). Now Im afraid to roll the window up or down. When I mentioned to the man who checked me in, he stated that I would have to pay $150 for diagnostics just to see what is wrong with the window rolling up and down. Ive worked in Addison for over 6 years and have been coming to this dealership (when it was Clay Cooley) since my first oil change on my Murano. This is the first time Ive left unhappy.

I purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport in March and I came in on 09/23 for my 1st oil change. I arrived at 2:55 and left at 5pm. Ridiculous to make me wait this long for an oil change. Mind you that I received an email 45 minutes after my oil change was completed but no one came and said anything to me. I just happen to go outside and my car was just sitting there. I was also told upon check in that I would receive a complimentary car wash. Well that didnt happen either. I called the Manager after I left and all he could say was that they are only obligated to vacuum my car and not wash. Not 1 apology for making me wait 2 hours for an oil changeI WILL NEVER VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!!

Brought my vehicle in for a recall and state inspection and oil change work was done to my satisfaction, facility was clean.Trina Raleigh kept me posted as to what was happening with my vehicle. I brought the car back the next day because I heard a noise on the drivers side service guy (sorry I dont remember his name) test drove it a couple of times, we didnt find anything wrong but I was assured that if I had any problems to bring it back in.Lastly I had a part fall of a year are so ago, I didnt say anything about it but it was brought to my attention which let me know my vehicle had been checked.
Quincy was exceptional! Since I know absolutely nothing about cars, he made me feel so good about the process and went out of his way to let me know that he was looking out for me. He did it all! I will continue to use this dealership in the future and refer anybody that asks! Went here to get my car repair which turn out to be the best thing for me. I was looking at options to purchase a new car. Found out the company I have been paying was not reporting my payment history. Even tho the financial department sent documents of my payment history which was current. My extended warranty was canceled without my knowledge. I was told I needed a co signer plus $3000 for which I had. My Co Signer (my Sister) credit was 7 plus. We did all the paperwork and so did she. This was this was the beginning of July. The young man I was working with never called me to confirm my next move. Since than I just decided to pay for a transmission replace that now have a class action lawsuit. 2016 Nissan Sentra. I will purchasing another car but it want be with these guys.
Mario, the sales person with the Service Department was so friendly and efficient. I brought our car in at 5:15pm, I had a 5:30pm appointment with another person, but Mario took my car in early. He was very helpful explaining what the next steps would be. He gave me his cell number and texted me once the car was evaluated. The car was ready ahead of schedule.I appreciate Marios kindness during a stressful time of our car having issues.
I love this Nissan dealership location. Every time they have been extra welcoming, kind and helpful. I recommend it. Specially for a women, that don’t know anything about cars, and have always been worried about getting duped by repair shops. This Metro Nissan dealership has melted all those worries away. I took my Murano in for scheduled maintenance during the week. I was greeted promptly at the service drive and arranged a ride back to work from the dealers shuttle. Once my vehicle was ready, the shuttle picked me up from work and took me back to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. Very convenient and a great experience all around.
I have been looking at new vehicles for a while, have dealt with other dealerships who have tried to play games and thought that wasn’t going to happen here. I was wrong.. I spoke with a gentleman in sales this morning on a Nissan Murano, was going to driver 2+ hours to the dealership after he told me the price that was listed on the website as well and multiple other places was correct… spoke with my husband, was working out our schedule to get there due to our daughter playing in a national tournament, even told the sales person that, just for him to call me later in the day, and claim the price was now 6,000 dollars higher and act as if he didn’t quote me a lower price prior in the day. I will definitely be going elsewhere and not wasting my time here, especially when they want to lie to me..

Purchased of a new 2020 Nissan ArmadaThe Sales Rep. Steve Choe was extremely professional and responsive to all of my questions. All of the staff was friendly. I purchased several cars in the past, most recently five months ago. The part I liked the most with Metro Nissan is that the negotiation was not long and to the point. In closing, the finance manager was not trying to sell me all these unnecessary products I do not care about. Their General Manager introduced himself and he make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. Finally, I went to Crest Nissan to possibly purchased an Armada, however, they were trying add nearly $6k in miscellaneous fee that they would not remove. Metro Nissan also had miscellaneous however, Sale Rep Choe and their GM waived most of them.
I initially went to this dealership because I purchased a 3 pack of oil changes. Prior to yesterday my service was mediocre and nothing to rave about however, my experience yesterday was the tipping point for me. I made an appointment for 12:00pm so my experience could be a little smoother. Not only did my oil change take 2.5 hours, once I asked the service advisor why it’s taking so long his response was, “yeah it has been a long time right”. Not to mention I asked for my recall to be taken care upon arrival so I figured the recall was the reason for the extended time. I shortly learned not only did my recall not get taken care of, but they forgot to wash the vehicle. Upon arriving to the counter to pay for the my services (which should have been the cabin air filter only) I noticed an extra item added to my receipt that I did not request. After a few calls were made the item was removed and I was charged the appropriate price. Not only did end up waiting 3 hours for an oil change ONLY, I missed a work meeting and I still need to return to the dealer to take care of my recall. Extremely unsatisfactory and I am highly dissatisfied.
Preston helped me out a lot!! I mean a lot a lot!! I let him have full control.. I told him what I like and what I was interested in and he did his magic. We test drove two cars and I went home happy as kept when I drove off. P did what was supposed to be done. Thanks again Nissan!!
The work done in my car, so far is fine; the front desk at the service department was awful- I had to get off work because my wife called me to assist her with the issue, they took 45 minutes to give me a loaner car since my wife doesn’t like loaners ... the clerk in the service department Julia F was not professional it all, judged us somehow, and treated us rude.. bad bad bad costumer service on her end, she definitely needs training!! I hope next time we will have a better experience in that department in particular!
The service staff were very helpful & open about service specials they offered. Jared, my service advisor, even walked me to my car and stated it up while I buckled my 3 yr old into her car seat. Everyone greeted & served me with a smile from my arrival until my departure.
Ive come here a few times based on calling ahead and getting information, only for them to give me different info when I get there. Once to get paint chips removed, driving from my home in Mesquite and then having to turn around and go home because their paint guy wasnt there when I was told he would be. Then today, again coming from Mesquite to get my car detailed and being told as long as I got there before 3i could get it done, driving all the way out there and having to turn around because the guy told me when I got there at 2pm that it was too late. Left hand doesnt work with the right and its a major waste of time and gas. I bought my car from there but Ill never go back there again because I cant trust a word they say.
It all started with an internet search, because I refused to run around all day to different dealerships looking for a car - or to walk into a dealership and go through all their inventory to find what I wanted. I found a used Rogue on their website, but the price wasnt available. I called to see if the vehicle was still there and to find out the price - Brian Jackson answered. He was very courteous and patient with me as I then decided to get information on another vehicle on the website. He had to run around twice and call me back twice, and he did this very quickly. If he hadnt been so nice on the phone, I wouldve never stepped into the dealership. Kudos on that part! He told me the car I wanted was there and was around the price range I hoped for, aaand that they said they were willing to haggle! Say less! I was there within an hour.Unfortunately, there were a couple issues I thought the car had and started to look for something else. Brians enthusiasm quickly changed and I felt he was aggressively trying to get me into a different car at a higher price than I wanted. Im not sure if he was just having an off day but he wasnt nearly as nice in person as he was on the phone, especially once he probably realized I wasnt as malleable as they might expect a typical woman coming in by herself to be. Might want to work on that.BUT Metro Nissan still gets a 5-star review because the sales rep he had helping me, as well as the finance manager (I think) were SOO kind, patient, and fought for me!!! Their names are Parker Hays and Craig Aikin, respectively. This review is long enough but the biggest thing is that I got almost everything I asked for at a very reasonable price and rate! Thank you SO MUCH Parker for running around like a chicken with your head cut-off to get all of my many questions answered. Thank you SO MUCH Craig for going above and beyond to get me a better rate than my credit union!! I cant speak for anyone else at this dealership but with those two, youre in good hands!! Im super happy with my new (to me) car!
Flew from Lubbock to Dallas to pick up my 2011 camaro. Before I even planned on heading to Dallas, Preston reached out and made sure everything was ready before I arrived in Dallas. Preston picked us up straight from the airport, took us to the dealership and immediately provided us with some cold water and snacks. The whole process was smooth, even waiting for the paperwork was entertaining as Preston kept us engaged and had some wonderful conversations. Also really appreciate the finance manger, Brent as he recognized we were in a hurry to drive back home to Lubbock in my new car. Overall a great experience, can’t say enough good things about Preston. Great salesman and even a better person.

Came in for a regular oil change & service update. Under Nissan warranty I got a new fuel pump & battery I wasnt expecting. Made an appointment & was out within an hour. I was given a rental car and had to come back the next day. Nice clean and repaired car was waiting for me. Aaron was great and on top of it. Ive moved to Rockwall, but find myself keep coming back to where I know I will get great service. Their worth the drive !

I called to learn about options of returning my lease, that I purchased 1 1/2 years ago at the this location. I spoke with ED would advised me that he could help and that the dealership would buy back my lease and told me to come in today at 6:30pm. After driving a hour in traffic to make it to the scheduled appointment on time, I was told ED was gone for the day and was informed that the dealership was not actively looking to purchase lease. Needless to say I made a wasted trip to the dealership due to get false information and for ED not to be there at the time he scheduled. Terrible customer service.
Worked on a deal online with Ed. He said he could come off the price of a car. I took off work drove over there and no deal. They didnt work on coming off the price at all. They advertise one price and try to knock your head on the end. I will not return to this dealership for no vehicle or service.
A fair warning for all potential buyers. About a month ago, my wife and I drove to Dallas from Fort Smith (about a 5 hour drive) as she really liked a 2020 Kicks they had at Metro Nissan. We get there, test drive it, and with no discussion at all on price, etc., we just sit there waiting to speak with financing for about two hours. At one point, the salesman casually mentions gps technology on the vehicle and leaves it at that.We finally get to financing, and he springs on us that the technology mentioned by the salesman is actually an extra $2600, and it mustve been a miscommunication on not being told that previously. Given we drove 5 hours, we were trying to accept this extra cost, despite the deceit, but the finance guy was absolutely fixated on the extended warranty, no matter how many times he was told no on it. He also LIED at one point and said my wife would get 5.6% financing if we do the extended warranty, and 10.99% if not, which we found out to be totally untrue. Finally, we start to leave, they chase us down and say they will take $1600 off the added $2600 and we agree to it, with the promise of no more fixation on extended warranties.We do the financing, I try to put 11k down but they say $9700 is the most they will allow. We get the car and do not hear anything at all, and then about 3 weeks later they call panicking and saying Nissan wants the full 11k down after all and the vehicle will be taken back at any moment if we do not pay that extra $1300 immediately (yes, it was literally this little of notice). I paid the $1300 over the phone and assured the finance manager I will never do business with them again.Summary: Deceit, lack of professionalism, fixated on extended warranty, suddenly call us back nearly a month after buying the vehicle saying they need more $ down or taking the vehicle back asap, and who knows what else is to come. Save the headache and hassle and go elsewhere!
I was worried about a sound my vehicle was was making and the feel of the tires. Thankfully, they were able to figure out what was wrong with it and were able to get my car fixed quickly. They explained what was wrong with my vehicle and how long it would take. Thats all Ive ever wanted when getting my car fixed and Im glad they caught it when they did.
So glad I chose Metro Nissan to buy my Pathfinder this weekend. Everyone there was kind, helpful, personable, and great to work with. After test driving and talking with them about the SUV in person, I left unsure about going forward with the purchase. They called me soon after to follow up and were able to work with me to make sure I got the right price and was happy. I came back that same day, they had the paperwork waiting for me, and I was able to drive it home within an hour. My salesperson was Craig who was as sweet and caring as can be. Keenan was amazing throughout the process, this was my first car since I graduated college and I was hesitant to get a lease since other car dealers didnt take me seriously and even though I met all the criteria whether it was a good credit score or proof of income they wouldnt take their time with me. However, Keenan took his time and help me throughout the process, showed me every option I had in my price range let me test drive the ones I chose and helped me throughout the negotiation.And Todd help me get the best deal possible. I am very happy with my choice, and wouldnt have happened without Kennan!

This is Shenia Smith and I’m leaving a bad review on the finance manager Bryan and three other managers as well. They all gathered around me, belittled me, and threatened to call the police on me when I returned my car due to their lack of knowledge of their own job. I got the vehicle 2 weeks ago and then was told they would be coming to pick it up. Upon on my arrival they laughed at my size, my Drivers License, and made multiple degrading comments. When I asked for corporates number I was told they don’t have one. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I purchased a vehicle here about a year and a half ago and this has honestly been my worst experience purchasing a vehicle. Once they take your money they do not care about you. Say goodbye to any answers you need.I have spoken to MANY “managers” here and everyone just gives you the run around and doesn’t have an answer for you. Dustin the general manager will never give you a call back or pick up his phone. Brian Wilson will tell you he has many customer to take care of as if I’m not a customer myself. I’ve been trying to cancel my gap insurance for 6 weeks with many many many problems that occur in the process.Like I said you are no longer a customer as soon as you purchase a vehicle from them.
Needed a spare key witch my key was remoteless from the year of 2006. They ask that my car has to be in the dealership to help me.witch my car broke down...i braught the right documentation they could not even help but reject me .the F part of that i came 1hr away from my house. Very unproffesional of them i will never come here a again or even make business .

I usually go to the Waxahachie Nissan and I was told that my transmission needed to be serviced every 20000 miles doesnt miles and edition When I went to this location they told me that was false that was false and that I didnt need to rotate my tires because the front ones had more tread on it than the back ones they were so honest they didnt charge me extra and this is the type of service I expect I will not go to Waxahachie again
They said they wouldnt hard inquiry my credit. But they did. I hadnt decided to buy their car. Even I hadnt got a quote that time. They are liars. It is really terrible!!!!

Not satisfied at all. I stopped at Metro Nissan to get the undercarriage cover safely secured. This specific day I was driving through Dallas and i hit some debris on the intersate, as a result it losened the fasteners which hold the protective cover in place. As a result the cover was hanging loosley. I Googled to search for the nearest Nissan Service Center and Metro Nissan was the nearest. Immediately i stopped at your facility. I initially thought it would be a courtesy repair since it only took two 2 screws to refastened the cover back in place. The service advisor said it would cost me $150 for two 2 screws. I asked her why so much. She then replied that it is because Nissan has overhead expenses and because Nissan sales associate and or service advisors have a daily quota to meet. I was appalled by the high fee that i was assesed. I am not happy that i was charged $150 for two measly screws. I paid it nonetheless. The reason i went ahead and paid it was because i was away from home driving through North Dallas on I-635 and i needed to get this fixed as soon as possible to prevent any further and or more expensive damages to my Nissan Maxima. I just hope that with my $150 that i paid that day helped her meet her daily quota. It is very unfortunate that the service advisor was more concerned about meeting her daily quota THAN for providing genuine customer service. I should have known better. Next time I know i do have a choice as to where i take my Nissan Maxima to get serviced.

Efficient, professional and courteous. I was in a pinch for a new truck because my old one was becoming unreliable. Being a new father I didn’t want to run the risk of breaking down and being stranded on the side of the road with my daughter. I contacted Metro Nissan after finding the truck I wanted in their inventory online. Jason and Andrew took charge from there and not only worked to get me the truck I wanted at the price I wanted(with extended warranty.) Im writing this review as I wait for a deal on a new truck. So was working a deal on a pre-owned truck with Edd Allen over the phone. We semi agreed to some numbers so I drove 6 hours to 99% buy the truck. I got here and The truck was taken to the auction and sold. Sad to say they didnt come through with the amazing deal on a new truck.
I usually go to Courtney Nissan however they had no last minute spots available, so I drove to metro Nissan of Dallas and the were phenomenal :) they took care of everything I asked for and also was able to program my spare key and got 3 oil changes for $49.99 with a car wash I think I’ll be coming here from now on thank you so much for your kind hospitality!

BEWARE! 1) used car manager will run your credit before they even show you the numbers 2) the number they show you as price for the car then has additional after market fees that you have to pay, so car is truly higher than comparable cars. My case $2600 more! Which was over 10% higher than the price of the car itself 3) when you question price of the car manager sends me screen shots of a more expensive car that wasnt even the same model. 4) when I tell him hes losing the deal because he doesnt know what hes doing, he calls me and tells me he doesnt want my business and to quit communicating with his sales guy. Only ones that lost here was the sales guy and ownership, because I won by not getting screwed. Only cost me time and a hard credit hit on my credit report.
I went to their service center (March 29, 2021) around 7:30 AM and everyone there was super kind. From the woman at the desk to Tony A. who serviced my vehicle for a recall, i was impressed and will be bringing my Kicks here from now on. Thank you all!

Often times dealerships get a bad reputation for the service department. Sometimes it’s the high prices or overly hungry service advisors. This Nissan dealership is a great exception! I scheduled an appointment and John had my vehicle in and out with no problems. No lies, no gimmicks, just fast honest service.
Big thank you to service advisor Aaron Cortinas. After a small mechanic shop diagnosed my car as needing a transmission Aaron was able to give me good news that it was in fact not the transmission. Aaron kept me informed every step of the way on the repairs and provided me with a rental.
I have dealt with many dealerships in the past. The customer service at Metro Nissan has been the best by far. Yall handled my situation flawlessly and my vehicle has been riding smooth since I got it back this morning. Thank you!
I have received consistently awesome service at this service center. Working with Service Advisor John is always a pleasure and he keeps me informed at every stage of service work. The great service work performed and great Advisor John is why I continue coming back to this center when there are at least 3 other Nissan centers closer to my home. 😊
I came in with an issue! The service staff were wonderful! They greeted me by name! Every one I encounter spoke! I received frequent updates on my vehicles progress. The service took a little longer than expected, but Quincy and John checked on me regularly. My car was washed and my service needs were completed! I had another outstanding service visit! Thank you!

All the guys Ive worked with so far such as Tony, Quincy, Mario, and John, have always been so pleasant and helpful. I trust them whenever I come in for service because they make sure they tell me everything that needs to be done right away or even at a future date. They also, let me know whats going on if its taking a bit of time and if there are any specials for my service. Ive never had any issues coming here whether i make an appointment or just drive up to the department so its safe to say Im loyal to this particular one. By far the worst car experience I have ever had. I was mocked, name called, etc. Zero honesty, no compassion, lack of kindness, self centered, egotistical individuals. Completely corrupt exchange & encounter. I would beware of this entity & never do business with them. Seriously. Makes sense that they went through a couple management changes since 2020. Was conveyed by them that I was screwed over & everyone who dealt with my case was fired. RUN!
This dealership is not good at follow up. It took 12 days for them to sell me a car. Poor communication, 3 sales reps, NEW car was delivered to Houston on Empty gas tank and no follow up from finanace on repeated request for warranty information and extended warranty purchase.
I lost my key fob on my 2015 Nissan Rogue and it ended up costing me $4,000 from this dealership in replacing computers - I tried several locksmiths but they were unsuccessful but it still feels incredibly fraudulent to charge $4k for losing a key and something defective with Nissan. Won’t be going back to this dealership again.
Arrived at 4:42 on a Saturday after getting a jump start on a dead battery to pay the dealer premium for white glove service.Instead, I was told their techs had already gone home and that they couldn’t test or replace.I’ve received better service at Joe’s Crab Shack. I recommend choosing a different Nissan dealership.

My experience recently was a memorable car leasing experience. Craig laid out the details for me and made sure I got the best option available to me. He was kind and professional and I left knowing I had made the best decision possible! I will be back in three years when my lease is up!
