I rated the other FedEx and this FedEx is 1000000 Percent better than the other,one go here even though it is far but it is really the best one around!

Quick and efficient! Not to mention that they are open until 10pm.

The is the very last place in Dallas/Ft. Worth you can ship next day air after 7:00 p.m. They close at 10:00.

Have patronized this FedEx Shipping Center for years. Staff is knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Staffed with genuine FedEx employees, customer service has always been superior.

They helped with the package that has not delivered on time and during the long holiday it was extended, but they had package ready to puck up. Kindly staff

I am so thankful that this location is there for our offices need when we have to overnight cases to meet some urgent filing deadlines. All the staff I have encountered at this location are friendly and pleasant. It was quite different with Jackie working here tonight (11/14/20). I understand she may have had something stressful happen to her working on a Saturday. But I certainly did not deserve such rude tone of voice and treatment as if I came directly from a place where this pandemic came from. I am not sure whether it was my ethnicity or the casual weekend clothes that triggered this unpleasant experience. I am thinking probably both plus her prejudice. Minority having prejudice against other minority. This is sad.

I LOVE the professionalism and the friendly faces that I see every time I go to this location---even when its 2 minutes and 13 seconds before closing! Lol. Kudos to this staff for being Heroes and helping to ensure that our packages go out on time EVERY time!

9 PM and got a fedex package to be delivered? you know where to go now. They are open till 10 on week days which is incredibly convenient for shipping an urgent domestic or internal packages! Also their fedex plane is right behind their shipping facility!

Terrible, horrible service. I arrived 1 minute before closing with my 7 yearr old sleeping in my arms with a package ready except for adding the billing account for billing and I stepped to the door and the security locked it standing there looking right at me!! I begged him through the door and he refused. I showed him the lackage. He pointed to the guy collecting at the end of the building and I went there and he refused to take it becaise I had to still write the billing he said he could take wait and he had to leave. I told him I knew he didnt and had a choice and he was choosing to leave. Always a nightmare at this place.
