The only reason why I write this review is to thank Danielle, who went above and beyond. Kindness is still alive and she was the perfect example of it. While I was quickly dismissed by the other 2 employees, who looked like bothered by my request (granted it was my fault for trying to return my rental to a different place). Danielle quickly came to my rescue and took care of my issue, with a smile and a great attitude. Thank you Danielle for being so kind. As far as the other two....I really dont have anything good to say, so I will leave it to that. If you really need genuine help, go see Danielle, she will brightened your day.

If you need a small storage place this is a convenient and affordable location. I got a 5x5x5 storage locker and it cost about $37 per month with insurance include in that price. I reserved the storage space on line, so checking in was a breeze.

I have my wife and my belongings at this location they were great from the moment we got into Dallas with our uhaul truck and needed a bigger storage and extra time to unload.

I wanted a short rental of a furniture dolly, and was offered It for free! What a nice gesture. Will return to give them my business.

Located in a bad area but i still would consider it a safe and secure storage facility. Fairly clean inside although i did spot a roach. Not cool.

Don’t usually write reviews but this time it had to be done. Worst service of all time considering there was none. I arrived at 2:55 and the store manager on the phone said he would be there at 3. He sounded like I was bothering him and it seemed like I was pretty unimportant. He never showed up 40 minutes later I just up and left. I’m pretty sure he wasn’t even at the store. There were 3 other people waiting for trucks out there as well.

They were closed although I was told to pick up the truck from this location no employees were on duty they had a sign up that said everyone called in 😅

Just wanted to drop a note on my experience here. John helped me get set up with one of the little box trucks. he was courteous and professional. answered my questions completely. i had read some of the other reviews and didnt experience anything that would even come close to be a bad experience. although i do want to comment on the best MPG gauge in the truck - you do realize that whenever you driving it, it is almost the whole time in the red. only time it went into the green was when i ttok my foot off the gas or was idling at a stop. go figure

Smooth experience to rent a cargo van for just a few hours. Easy and inexpensive! Do be advised - there are tons of U-Haul rental locations around DFW but many of them no longer rent due to COVID-19. Had to go to a few before finally finding this one - thats why I knocked off a star.

Horrible customer service . Ive been trying to contact this store for an hour, the first time I was rudely placed on hold & there after no one answers the phone. How do you expect to make money if you dont speak to a customer? 🤡

This has been the WORSE EXPERIENCE Ive EVER had renting a moving truck. Watch out OR you will be charged for having the rented item for more time than you actually rented it. I returned the truck at 5:00 or slightly past and I mean, slightly. The guy told me that would be no problem if Im not there exactly by 5:00 or before because its never an issue. However, I still had it right about 5:00 and no one was at the office for me to turn it in. I put the keys in the slot and I thought all was good until I was later charged an additional $70.74 to my Debit/Visa card.....What the Freak??!! Come to find out the U-Haul didnt check in the truck that morning thus leading them to charge me an additional day, thinking I still had it. It was parked right in front of their Freaking Store!! So instead of doing their job....Lets go charge the client anyways......They dont care to fix the charges and give me my money back in a timely manner. They are now doing an Investigation...to see if I really did bring the truck back like I said I did? You have the stinking truck...because of them, money I thought was in my account, has now caused an overdraft of other items thus resulting in yet more charges due to their negligence. This will be one of THE MOST EXPENSIVE rentals Ive EVER HAD. I will NOT ever do business with them again. I have posted my complaints to several social media outlets and I will not stop. This single mom is really upset for being taken advantage of, well thats how I feel anyways. Now I have zero money in my account, no groceries thus leaving me to drink on Protein powder until I get paid and I will be stuck paying over draft fees for items I had set money aside for. I will be going to Budget of Penske next time #NeverAgainU-haul

Dont know if its the area but they advertise as 24 hour surveillance but thats ONLY at the gate (in case someone damaged their gate, theyll actually be able to turn it in to their insurance) . If your storage gets broken into (which mine was), youre pretty much SOL ... theres no cameras to even see whos coming in and out of the building. I can also comment on the pricing, my three units have all gone up in pricing about three times within two years for management cost/improvements but still no cameras have been installed . Maybe they meant improvements inside the house of the manager whos name is Jim and can be unhelpful most of the time.

Under new management, rude and belittling. Rob justs want to humiliate older customers and the women (she would not disclose her name) hates people. Extra storage is half the price and very polite.

Delion (sp?) was excellent! Had everything ready when I got there (in the rain too) and with the servers all down, he walked me through the mobile check in... when I brought the truck back he got me out of there super fast. That young man is going places. He was way ahead of the game, saw a problem before I got there and had a solution ready the moment I walked in. Amazed by the service!

The owner was a wonderful addition to the last minute move that I had to make in a hurry that day. He accommodated me in every way and didnt give me a hard time about anything. He didnt even give me a hard time about bringing the van back a little bit late so I give this U-Haul Moving & Storage 5 stars

The guy and woman that works here are extremely rude and arrogant they talk down to you like an idiot to both me and my father who has no people skills whatsoever and has no sense of urgency to assist customers I will never store with uhaul again period! He does have a unit over there on one occasion I was trying to get through and he didnt have any sense of urgency to make room for me to go through and this is his property please dont store here save yourself the grief and go somewhere else I dont know how these people got that job in customer service

So Ive requested 4+ times from calling the 1-800 number and chatting online with live chat to have the manager from the midpark road location to call me.. I desperately have an issue that needs attention ... No call as of today still. 2 customer service reps supposedly sent him emails, and 2 left text messages .. please would you contact me .. you should have my contact info in your email somewhere. Everytime I call the location I get rolled over to customer service. And they cant help me...Thank you in advance.

Had a good experience renting a truck here. Tue only negative was the form they have you fill out for all the dings before you leave is amazingly small and the trucks have a ton of dings not marked.

THey really need a drive thru system to get in and out of the gate. Instead, you have to get out of your car, which is difficult for me as Im disabled, then get back in and drive thru and the same thing on the way out. And nevermind if its raining. You get drenched just trying to get into the gate! I dont deal with the management here...I stored my stuff and pay over the phone each month so Ive only been inside and dealt with them directly when I first came in. They did refund a part of my uhaul truck rental because the idiots on the initial rental side had the wrong mileage written down. I shouldve gotten all of it back BUT its my fault for not double checking but it was the first time Ive ever rented a moving truck. But they at least gave me a third of the over charge back...guess it was better than nothin.

Poorly maintained facility with lots of hidden charges.This uhaul storage is located in a burglary prone area. check out the Dallas area crime map.The facility is not maintained at all. there are garbage thrown everywhere. the whole place stinks. if you are trying to rent a small storage like 5x5x5 or 5x5x10 you will have to go to the upper floors. The elevator never works, and the manage James Manak shows no interest in getting it fixed. So be prepared to carry your heavy stuff through the stairs. The ceiling has cracks everywhere and water seeps through it making dark stains.Be prepared for a lot of hidden costs. The manager will make you buy his lock even if you have another uhaul lock. On top of t he will force you to get insurance. Once you pay for the month, there is no refund or the prorated charge for the part of the month you didnt use the storage.My advice would be to avoid this location altogether.

On 0ctober 7, 2017 I rented one of their trucks to move my stuff to my new apartment. The truck was complete junk. Every time I turned the truck off and wanted to start it again, I had to jump start it. It was a waste of time and money.

The manager is an absolute jerk. I would put my stuff on the sidewalk before I would do business with this prick.

Used them several times. Always a good experience.

These people are clueless and very rude to my elderly father.Went thru whole preregistering process online,still was denied service due to a problem that my fathers I.D. was used illegally for.Caused major moving and financial problem for both my elderly father and elderly disabled veteran cousin....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS WORTHWHILE OR TACTICLE TRAINING....DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION

I have had very bad experience with the lady up there I went to get cargo van she told me to get 2 emergency contact i gave her she called one i asked her if shes gonna call z second one so I asked her why in case of emergency then I called and spoke the manager she told me there is no such thing I figure that she has an issue ....will never go that location
