The UPS Store on Cedar Springs is a train wreck.Victor is a bipolar old bitty. Actually, the entire staff is unprofessional and stupid. Overpriced and incompetent. Great location (if you’re into that sort of thing). Could they all please just pull their heads out? Good luck girls!
I went in this morning and the worker automatically gave everyone in line attitude. He was upset that the person in front of us had multiple packages. With attitude; he stated “I will be with all of you in about 30 minutes“. We all looked at each other and thought wow great customer service at this location. I definitely will not be going back.
Ive been doing business here for years, and kudos to the staff who go above-and-beyond, especially in instances where Ive seen them treated quite rudely by customers faulting them for issues not related to the store.There is a difference between the UPS *retail* stores and UPS Shipping, folks. If something was rerouted, lost, or damaged that is *not* something you take up with the retail stores, but UPS Shipping. Different companies, though related obviously by name.Professionalism works best when understood from both sides.
I usually go here for Amazon returns and the staff here is always very quick and efficient. I got something notarized months ago and the gentleman who helped was also very friendly and helpful!
Ive done business with this UPS Store through two owners and three different locations. Thats a period spanning well over twenty years. And the reason is simple: these guys are the greatest! The current crew is incredible. Victor, Campbell, and the others are extremely good at what they do--and friendly, as well! They not only take very good care of anything you send out, but also take the best possible care of the things you receive there (I have had a box with them for over twenty years, so I can attest to the safety of mail and packages one receives). A great place with a great staff!

Ive lived in the area for a year, and these workers always go above and beyond the call of duty. I have never seen anyone take their job so seriously. I recently went there to return my Spectrum equipment, and Chris was the best. When Im a millionaire, Im hiring him.
Incredibly polite service. Everyone in the establishment speaks to you and greets you with a welcoming tone. On top of great service, I also was in and out in a timely manner. I will make sure to take all my printing/shipping needs back to this store! Thank you!

Not only do I return all my Amazon Stuff here I also ship out I had an instance where I needed to exchange some postage I believe it was the manager helping me he was very nice and just gave me stamps I couldn’t believe it they are wonderful. I will never go to the post office again they are so rude over there and don’t know what they’re doing anyways thank you UPS for the great customer service always
Worst experience ever!!! The person grabbed my box and threw it on the ground. I asked if he could be gentle with it and then proceeded to grab my package and then throw it on the counter. He then after responded to me that he cant promise ups will handle my package as well as the post office will. This was my first time shipping with them and my last!!!!!! Rude and I was nice I even asked to pay extra for a shipping label for fragile. Worst worst worst worst worst worst!!!! Place do not go here!!!
I rarely leave reviews, but the associates in this store were above and beyond helpful. The kind man that helped us was polite and courteous. Theyve become my go-to spot for any printing or shipping errands!
I used this store for the second and last time. The older white guy with salt and pepper hair was very rude. I asked where the line started and he had an attitude. The younder white man with the long hair was extremely nice and is the only reason I gave 2 stars. If not for the younger guy it would have been 1 star. Would give a negative if I could.

Just walked out of the store after initially being greeted by an associate who didn’t seem to care much about my question, the Nep stepped up and answers everyone of them in under a minute now because of that I will return and be one more UPS customer thanks Nep good job.

I have been patronizing this location for a year or so now. It is a great location with a friendly staff and they are always quick!Just shipped another package today with them. Brought in my prepaid label and just needed a box from them. They put my item in the box, taped it up, and then scanned the box for me to pay for it. I thought it was going to be free since they had done everything already for it.Imagine my surprise when they told me it was $18...for the box itself! Thats just for some cardboard. I told them I guess I have to pay it now since it is already taped up and ready to ship.Please be aware of this and bring your own boxes!!!! To charge $18 for a box is just crazy to me!

Avoid Jeff - he got me taken care of but he was a bit gruff with his customer service, when I approached the counter all he said was Yes, he then complained that I used too much tape on my package, he did allot of heavy breathing in and out like I was ruining his day, I told him thank you but he did not thank me back - I think he needs to go back to customer service class

Always have a great experience at this store. They are very efficient. The notary service is very convenient. Do yourself a favor and avoid the other ups store on lemon Avenue and go to this store instead as they are much more professional
FYI: Close at 5 PM on Sunday’s actually means 4:45 PM. I arrive at 4:50 on Sunday, May 31. Employee sees me getting out of car. UPS only store open in this strip mall on Sunday’s so obviously I am here for UPS store. He is locks door while I am getting Amazon returns from passenger seat.Get to door and see him walking away. I call the store and young man is arrogant enough to walk past ringing phone and turn lights off.
I own an art gallery here in Dallas and use this UPS Store to handle most of my shipping. The team is great! Huge shout out to James who is the associate I usually work with. Hes always professional, friendly, and best of all knows exactly how to package the art so it arrives safely.
I needed to print a prepaid mailing label since I didnt have a printer at home. I was willing to pay for the cost of printing since my package had to be delivered via USPS. Chris graciously checked if my package was sealed properly, printed and placed the label on it for free, taped it for me, and asked if he can ship it for me.Chris Lieuallen and and Roger Snider are an awesome duo! They really care about being helpful and understand the importance of great customer service experience!
This UPS store is great! I come here all the time to make Amazon returns and the whole staff has always been friendly and helpful, especially Roger who has the coolest hat. The manager Chris is fantastic as well.
I have been a box holder at this location for almost six years. I get all my mail here. I couldnt be more pleased with the level of customer service and the care that the store employees have shown over the years to my mail and packages. They have the best work ethic of any group of people Ive ever seen! I wouldnt think of trading my mailbox here for anything. Great place, great people.

Purchased a painting online through a Dallas based auction house and James at this UPS store was great in working with me to get the painting to me. He contacted the auction house and went over there to pick-up the painting and did a great job in packing and having the painting shipped to me.He was very polite and helpful and I could always reach him on the phone and he kept me abreast of what was going on throughout the process. Highly recommend this UPS store and especially James.

The customer service representative, I think her name is Patty, was terrific. She boxed up my photos carefully and even filled out the label for me since I ended up having to go to the post office to mail it.I also have been picking up my packages here for a few years. Only one time was a package misplaced and it was left on the truck by the UPS driver. Every other package and I get quite a few have always been ready for me. The customer service is great. Sometimes you have to wait in line, but the staff is always very helpful.
The drivers and loaders here will break your package and you wont see your refund until its put back 2 months later. This store has especially rude attendees.
I was trying to let them know that a SCAMMER is operating his business using an address that is tended by this store. I guess that shows matter. But Box #801‐2439 sends out bogus emails with this return address. Cant spell...Morgen-Chase Bank...really???
Both Chris and Chris were super helpful. They really helped me in a bind make sure my packages were protected safely and ensured delivery on the time I needed my packages there by. Thankful for their great attitudes and help.
This store is super!!The staff always help you to send the package.Even you just come inside without proper packing. They will make everything complete in one minute.Make sure that you write down address clearly, and bring a box for sending the package.All the rest, let them do their work.plus, returning things to amazon in here is very convenience. You just put in the box. They can seal the box for you.

These guys are always polite. Its easy to get in and out and I never worry that my package wont be packed well or delivered on time. I use them often to ship things to my parents. They are the best in the city.

Man what a great experience. Walked in with an AT&T router I needed returned, and before I was at the desk they asked what my ATT account number was and started entering it. I was in and out in five minutes, including shipping a second package!

This is the worst UPS store in Dallas. Ive had packages stolen twice. Plus the workers went in my mailbox and gave my mail to someone who wasnt me. Chris the manager and Tom the owner did nothing to help me. In fact, the owner said the cameras in the store were just dummy cameras and dont work because he is not required to have them working. He also had the audacity to get in my face and put his fingers in my face as if I was a child and told me that if I didnt like the way they did their business to go ahead and report them to the postal police authorities because he deals with the person in that area all the time and it wouldnt matter anyway. Stay away from this location!!!

You get what you pay for sometimes. The place is not cheap but the service is excellent. Be prepared to pay 25-40 bucks for packing and shipping. It saves a lot of time and worry having them do it though. Always take Moms presents here to get mailed.
