He was so patient with me and spent a great amount of time answering my questions and helping me with my order. I found a wood sample at a flooring store in Virginia, but the price was through the roof. I was able to get my wood shipped here and save so much money. I might have otherwise been unable to buy the floor I really wanted. I highly recommend Georgia Carpet Industries and will definitely reach back out when I’m ready to do more floors!

Everything about this transaction was amazing customer service. Steve was my salesman and he stayed in constant contact with me all the way through. I ordered this beautiful Mohwak Revwood Plus Windmill Pine during the Covid-19 shut down across the USA. We ended up driving from Michigan to Georgia to pick it up since there was to much of a chance it would get help up somewhere from a warehouse closing due to the virus. We ended up arriving 10 minutes after the company closed but the manager and owner were still in the building and got us loaded up. Everyone we dealt with from this purchase was just incredible and I would highly recommend for all your flooring needs.

Georgia carpet is a reputable and safe business to purchase flooring options remotely. I went with Southwind Authentic Plank about 1600 sq ft. I had purchased and installed this flooring 2 years ago and wished to install throughout the house, the local company I had purchased from prior was no longer offering Southwind. After researching other vendors, Georgia Carpet offered a positive shopping experience. I was in communication with Alex one of the customer service reps. He assisted in answering my questions from product acceptance to delivery options. Return communication via email was also very quick. I placed my order online and Alex remained in constant contact. I received my order in good condition and the product in all boxes is the exact same high quality as I had purchased locally.

Ordering from Georgia Carpet was a wonderful experience. As I live in Ohio, I was a little nervous about ordering over 900 Sq. ft. of laminate sight unseen. However, my sales rep. Claudette was so helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. She provided me itemized quotes and ensured that I got the best price on shipping by sending my trim pieces Fed Ex and the balance freight, saving me over $40.00.I received my entire order in a timely manner and can’t wait to get it installed! I ordered Shaw Shingle Creek 2 from them and i was given 2-3 weeks time from date of order for my shipment but for some quality reasons i was told that they wont be able to fulfill my order on given time. Georgia Carpet listen to my concern and offered me to upgrade the same color carpet to shingle creek 3 which was better carpet then 2 and more expensive also but they did the upgrade free of charge and was able to deliver the carpet on earlier committed time.I was very satisfied with the carpet and it came out beautifully when it was installed at my home. The reason i ordered from them was because they had best priced offered including shipment. I am in Charlotte NC but after spending almost 1 month of my time in researching and comparing prices i found Georgia carpet price was almost 1000$ less then what other shaw dealers had to offered in my area. I am very happy with my decision and would recommend them personally.

Was there to get a load of 10 rolls for a customer Im a truck driver, check in at 2 pm and left after 5 hours!!!!!!!!!!! just to get a load of 10 rolls I would no take any load for this place anymore.

Price and service was great. Carpet was flawless and better quality than I expected for the price and style. Very happy. I needed a 70s sculptured shag for a job and found it at Georgia Carpet.

The hardwood is of excellent quality and we could not find anyone who could match the price! Our contractor has laid down most of the living room and only two boards were unusable. He stated that is almost unheard of and he will start using them for future flooring.The problem was delivery. We were told the delivery truck would have a lift gate. The truck (Southeastern Freight) had no lift gate and the driver refused to deliver to the housing division where our house was located. The distance was one mile from the house on a asphalted road where other trucks had delivered! He would not even attempt or ride to the house with my contractor!, If our contractor had not had a ski track and low boy, the 3500 sq.ft. of wood would have had to have been off loaded by hand. I had to pay $500.00 for delivery to Georgia Carpet and then labor to my crew plus equipment use. BAD DEAL!!! That driver needs to go back to truck driving school!

SPECIFICALLY asked for floors to be set aside when we put down the deposit and told them it would be a few weeks before we could get back to pick it up. They called 3 days ago to confirm pickup, we drove 2 hours to pick it up today and it was not in stock. Overall, VERY dissatisfied with the customer service ALL the way around.

Best pricing for carpet. Gave individual attention to our order and worked to answer every question and meet every need. One comment -- the carpet did take longer to arrive than they said it would so allow a little more time than they expect.

Because of Georgia Carpets low prices, I was able to upgrade to a much, much better quality of sheet vinyl. Everything about the transaction went smoothly. Hints: look at samples, samples on the internet typically appear darker, what may look funky in a picture on the web may be gorgeous in person and vice versa, study manufacturers websites, to save money, get something with an economy match or else youll end up possibly buying way more than you need just to get the pattern to match. Measure several times to ascertain the correct amount needed, be aware this stuff is HEAVY.Finally, dont be afraid to do business with these people. They are helpful and honest, and you can save a bundle.

The display board is not representative of the product. I ordered the cabin/tavern grade American Harwood Natural Oak 3/4 X 3 wood based on the stores display board.I should have been a little more suspicious when the sales agent said that it is non-refundable and that I should order 10% more than the job calls for.Thankfully, the installers alerted me immediately of the wide variance in coloration ( a lot of black marks/streaks/pits ) that resulted in significant amounts of discarded product during the install. I had to order more boxes to properly complete the job.When all was said and done, I had 20% in waste! That is excessive and simply not cost effective, regardless of the price.Overall, Im happy with the look of my floor ... tavern/cabin grade was my choice. I needed wood with a little character to match the rest of the house. The first grade product was too consistent ... or I should say, the first grade product display was too consistent.My main complaint is the store display is not indicative of what you actual get! Disregard the display board for the tavern/cabin grade, the actual product is much lower in quality and color ... what you are looking at is not necessarily what you will receive.

They were able to match wood that I had for over two years. It was in stock and $6.00 cheaper a box. Excellent experience and I would refer them to anyone!!

Being a contractor I have sent many of my clients to GCI.The problem is anytime I receive the product its either damaged, dirty or its not what my clients requested.Just last week one of my customers requested a vinyl plank flooring that was estimated by me at $1.50 sq.ft. installed.Instead the salesman told him that they couldnt find that specific product but were sending him something else.I personally took a $5000.00 loss because when he paid $450.00 in freight for an entire skid of a PVC. wood planking I had to install it being a reputable master installer.I will never again send anyone there to GCI.!!!

Im sorry to say this carpet we receivedWas damaged, dirty, and short.You pay for the standard width of 12 ftand are given 11ft 11 in52 rolls were this way. Also the length ordered was short too. Somewhere along the way. Rolls were torn. No one will take responsibility.Think twice before using this company for bulk order, unless you like paying premium price got inferior goods.

Customer service is horrible. It took them a month to get back with my builder about my carpet order and now the carpet I want is on back order for a couple of weeks. There is no way to get the carpet I want before we are supposed to close on the house. Very frustrated.
