Was happy with the service. I knew I didn’t get the deal of a lifetime, but I felt secure knowing I was going to a dealership where I could trust what they said. And they said the car was leased and there were no accidents.Well.....Got my car detailed a little while ago, and the person that cleaned it pointed to some spots on the fender and bumpers and mentioned that whoever had fixed my car did a sloppy job and pointed out some areas that had been repaired. As far as I knew, there was never an accident to repair. So I was not happy to learn that. Then, after a car wash, the paint started flaking off the bumper.I am not in the business, so I don’t know how to tell if a car has been in an accident. They do. I paid top dollar, and am now concerned because they were not honest with me and I don’t know what kind of accident this car was in, and what that means for the longevity of the car.I would not ever buy a used car from them again. My car is less than five years old and the paint is now flaking off.

The website states clearly what’s included in the suggested service for the mileage and the cost.

Service department is disorganized and does not respect the customers time. Made an appointment for a simple repair Friday night and said I would wait. Arrived, turns out the techs are all gone for the night. Was scheduled to come back the next morning at 8. It is now 9:30 and the car hasnt even made it into the shop. Complained and got a shrug and a we are a bit behind. Didnt bother to tell me anything, just left me waiting for 90 minutes in the waiting room - only found out after chasing down a service rep.

Well run with courteous, efficient service. My interactions with them have always been in a reliable and trustworthy manner. I never feel they are trying to cheat me. They are always honest and upfront with my car needs. Costing is comparable to other types/brands of dealer/service groups. Getting some general garage mechanic may be cheaper but at what untrustworthy cost. So, is reduced cost worth possibly unreliable service? Not for me, getting stuck somewhere because of poor service is a no-no! Given four not five stars because car maintenance today is just too expensive!
