We had a tire install and alignment performed recently. We went back to them since wed had good experiences with them in the past with a different vehicle. Both over the phone and in person their customer service was superb, going above and beyond to make sure my experience was a pleasant one. Nick was immensely helpful. Our vehicle drives so much smoother now thanks to their expert service (and given it is a 20 year old vehicle that is saying something). I highly recommend.

Firestone in Danbury was recommended to me by another Mechanic near the area to fix a tire sensor issue on one of my cars. Nick was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment and Roy was very diligent in explaining costs before ordering parts and set the proper expectations. This was the first mechanic I have ever been to that addressed the issue quickly, resolved it and did not try to tell me that there were 100 other things wrong with the car that needed to be addressed. I got a tire replaced here in January 2020. Almost immediately after, they started hounding me to replace the other 3 tires every time I went in for an oil change. Despite the fact that 2 of those tires were less than 2 years old.So what happens? The tire they replaced is the one that blew out a few days ago. I bring it in today to get it replaced, and ask to be called before they begin work, as I didnt want to get saddled with any unknown charges. I get no call and so after an hour I head back over. The worker comes out to tell me they replaced ALL FOUR TIRES. Without my permission and without a quote given to me or a phone call before commencing the work.I had them remove the tires. The worker gave me a great deal of attitude, saying they did what I asked for (no) and tried to tell me the tread is probably greatly reduced on the back tires because I havent been rotating them (again, no). Ive barely driven this car in the past year b/c Ive been working from home, because pandemic.After 2+ hours, I go to check out and get charged $200 for the warrantied tire. Turns out its not a real warranty, the tire is pro-rated based on mileage/tread use since they installed the tire. Also, the tire is filthy and looks like garbage.Ill be finding somewhere else to get my oil changed and my new tires from now on. Any other local businesses want my money and customer loyalty? Let me know.

White crud all over new tire and rims. We talked about an alignment during scheduling, it didnt get done. Had a tire warranty, they seem to be unfamiliar with those.

John made the experience easy.As an engineer I am very particular. When my local Ford dealer dropped the ball on my last service, I decided to look for other options.John made the experience pleasant. I needed new tires all around. I also needed high performance V rated tires. Their top of the line tires were comparble to my original tires at over $500.00 less than my Ford dealer, and the were far easier to work with.I must say that I have had very bad experiences in the past with Firestone. This time was different. They did find some minor issues, but were not pushy. In fact on one issue was a taillight bulb. They replaced it at a fair price.In the end, 4 high performance tires, balance and mount, a wheel alignment, a new light all for $500 + less than my dealership wanted to charge me just the tires mounted and balanced.Thanks John, for your good help.

Truly lazy employees, quick 5 minutes repair on my tire due to a screw puncture through it, they tells me to wait for 2 hours. Their service was bad in the past I had a bad experience with them I decide to give them another shot I guess not I’ll take my money somewhere else. 2:30 01/09/20

I tried this location at the advise of several different people. John and Roy were both fantastic! They took me in right away, diagnosed and fixed the problem in one day (granted parts were all available). Please make a point to give them a try- you will not be disappointed!

Best Firestone store I have been too. They give repairshop a whole different meaning. Great customer service and very detailed service. They still go me in and out with skipping not one step. Done right the first time.

All the people seemed nice and they didnt seem overly anxious to sell me things I didnt need. Overall I like Firestone. I feel like theyre always ready to work with me and give a discount and they seem pretty honest. I usually leave paying just what I planned and only getting the services done that I expected!!

Im typically a bit skeptical about chain garages, but this Firestone did great work, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.My car started having engine problems while driving from Long Island to a friends house in CT. It was a Saturday, and this was one of the only garages who could take a look at it. Turns out a gasket had started leaking (my car has 100k miles) and some oil had gotten into the valves, then spark plugs, then coils, etc. The staff gave me a really good rundown of the issues, and the parts and labor cost to fix.Unfortunately, they couldnt get parts until Monday (I have a VW), I appreciated them looking at it over the weekend and at least trying.Overall, I am very happy.

Made an appointment to get my brakes fixed for 2pm. When I dropped my car off, I told them I would be going out to lunch and they said good, because itll take an hour or so. 2 and a half hours later they called me to tell me what they were fixing and the cost and if Id still like it done. I couldnt believe they didnt even start fixing it yet, but agreed. Another 2 hours go by and it was now 6:30 (they close at 7) and they still didnt call me. I called them for an update, and they said another 15 minutes. They finished 15 minutes before they closed and they only fixed my back brakes, saying I need to fix the front ones before the next oil change. Im extremely annoyed that it took up a majority of my day (when they told me an hour or so) and they didnt even fix the entire thing. I dont understand why they didnt just fix the front and back brakes at once, when the front ones are due so soon. I dont have the luxury to waste another day in order to fix my brakes. They should have been upfront about the timing in the beginning. I guess having an appointment meant nothing. The time frame did not match the job, and I am very disappointed.

While driving home something fell off the truck in front of me. Yes, I ran it over and within seconds I had a flat tire. By the time AAA came and put the donut on it was 6:15. It was Memorial Day weekend and I was hoping to make an early morning appt for Saturday. They told me to come in now and they would see what they could do. I left there at 7:10 pm with a replaced tire. They fixed it even though it meant going past closing time. Thank you for saving my long weekend!!

Called the day before to try schedule an oil change. Guy on the phone said just to come in and well take care of you. I even went on the website to schedule an appointment to be sure. Next day I came in and lady at the front said they were all booked and that my name wasnt in the system. I even had an email confirmation saying that I had an appointment. What kind of business are these guys running? I was fuming.Long story short, avoid this place at all costs.
