Scammers. Shoddy repair and they reneged on Promise to fix their work. So now I’m out of money and item is still broken. Stay away

Second time I have had them replace the screen on my phone. Both times they do it quickly and do a fantastic job. Price is good for the good work thay do.

Im happy how my phone was fixed so fast, had problems with the battery and screen but they fixed both of them at an affordable price.

Just got my iPhone 6s Plus screen fixed just to find out its a lower quality fake screen. Touch screen is not as responsive as it was before, screen crashes, and the screen quality is much lower than my previous.Not happy that I cannot get a refund either. Don’t waste your money.

I just want to say that these guys are AMAZING!!! I called them to just price getting my iPhone 8 Plus screen fixed and instantly their price was lower than 5 other shops I tried prior to calling them. They never asked how much the other stores were so that made their price legit lower. When I told them that I needed the phone done fast they replied “how fast can you get here? “Then he gave me an appointment within five minutes of the time I could reach the store and told me it would be done in 10 to 15 minutes. This was also was faster than any of my previous quotes. When I got there they saw how far gone my iPhone plus was and didn’t even bat an eye.( I had tried to fix it myself and really messed it up!). So they began right away. With in 20 mins they were done. They ended up having a to replace the screen, the LCD, the camera and the speaker. They checked everything before charging me and thoroughly explained everything that had to be replaced. This was great because it really showed me how my phone works and reassured me that these guys really knew their stuff. After that they gave me a 6 month warranty and told me if ANYTHING did not work properly to come back right away and they would handle it. They then put a protective glass on my phone and gave me some kind parting words. ***THESE GUYS ARE FAIR, RESPECTFUL, KNOW THEIR STUFF AND ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY*** BY FAR THE BEST MOBILE PHONE REPAIR IVE COME ACROSS ! DO NOT GO HERE!! They scammed me. I went to go get my IPhone 7 screen fixed. They fixed my screen but my back camera’s stabilization is broken. I went back to ask them to fix it and they refused, claiming it was not there fault and that I dropped it (I did not) and since there’s no way to prove that they did this they got away with it. Very rude and would not make any compensation. We went to the apple store and they said this was a direct result of the technique they use to put on the new screen. Now if I want to take a picture ever again I have to buy a brand new phone!! Big waste of money

Im a tinkerer and have replaced phone batterys my self in the passed so i know it can be tricky, but never a screen. So i decided to check on the pricing of the screen online and here. The guys at Mobile Rescue were about the same price but with insulation so i decided to give them a chance. Well i couldnt be happier with the effort and the amount of work/time they put in. Screen works great now and they also replaced my battery as well as the back case. I would highly recommend using them, but keep in mind the times to fix will vary since smart phones are not all the same and require varying effort and parts that may not be in stock depending on the issue. In my case it took 2 visits over a weeks time and just over 2 hours to get it just right with my Motorola Turbo 2.Over all i would recommend them for any phone issues. They were honest and really nice guys.

Bought an Ipad cover for my wife, can be bought on the net for less than half the price. After six months the over $50 cover was breaking at the corners. The store manager suggested we were dropping or dragging the cover (??) the last thing they suggested is that they would do something for us.I dont suggest this as a good or ethical business.

I wouldnt waste your time going here. They use low quality parts and the technicians are not professionally trained. I have tried them for a repair and they didnt have parts in stock. I also found out they are not certified by any manufacturer to do repairs. Beware.
