I received the best customer service experience at this store that I think Ive ever had anywhere. I was greeted at the door and escorted to a sales tech that knew EVERYTHING. Being a new customer to T-Mobile, I had many questions on the system, pricing, coverage area and phones. Gabe, our sales tech, went over everything top to bottom with not the slightest concern about the amount of his time that we were taking during this visit. I was very anxious about switching my phones from Verizon to T-Mobile, but he made the transaction as smooth as glass.If youre thinking T-Mobile, you want to go to this location. Believe me, Ive been to other cellular dealers, and this place is excellent in any comparison I could make.I wish that they sold cars too!

Haven’t upgraded my phone in some time and thanks to Dilson the whole process was quick and easy. He spent time showing me the features available on my new phone, as well as helping me pick the right accessories to protect it! I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Awesome time worked with Dilson. Wanted to try out their service. Hooked me up with a prepaid sim card so I could try it out. Was fast and friendly. Store was nice and clean and they had the door open to let fresh air in.

I got there at closing time and they still helped me. it was very considerate.

I really had a great experience with T Mobile! At this location I worked with Dilson a couple of times. Unfortunately when I was ready to but he was off from work. He was totally cool with it. We went about an hour before closing for an upgrade and they happily took us in and helped us by making sure we were happy. Greg was the employee helping us directly and he was so nice and did great in making us feel comfortable. There was a product that we wanted but they were out of stock in and the manager of the store actually drove over to the mall to that store to pick up the item!! Right then and there, no waiting, no ‘come back later’ we were both so happy and are so glad we made the switch to T-Mobile a few years back!!!

The mobile phone store was clean and modern enough. When I asked about porting my landline number to a T-mobile sim card for use in my current unlocked phone they seemed kinda disinterested in helping. When I feined I was prepared to get into a new phone/agreement, only then did they perked up.

This is the best cellphone place I’ve been in because the staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve personally dealt with Dilson and Jonathan and both of them are excellent at helping with whatever you need. The store manager Lisette is extremely helpful as well and I highly recommend this store.

I’ve been a customer at Tmobil for 10yrs and these guys at the store are truly the best. They are Knowledgeable and super professional starting from Jonathan which is my go to guy and hands down the most easy going non pressure sales guy. unfortunately he was not able to assist me with my latest purchase which was an IPhone 11 for my wife but he made sure to leave me in great hands with Dilson which he was also low pressure friendly and extremely Knowledgeable as well. He made my wife and I feel super comfortable and helped us set the phone up until the last min of his long day..I’ve been in sales For 15yrs and I can honestly say Tmobil is blessed to have both Jonathan and Dilson to work for them. THEY SURE KNOW HOW TO REPRESENT THE COMPANY!!!!

I Highly recommend this store mainly because of customer service I personally received here. Last week, I went into store they were very welcoming and the T-mobile expert I dealt with was Dilson. He went above and beyond to help me with the issue I had. When he called T-mobile and Apple and they werent able to help me he escalated the issue to his supervisor Lissette who was so helpful. She even got her boss involved. I left happy and pleased because they are people who still love their job and will do whatever it takes to help the customer. They were able to come up with a very reasonable way to solve my issue.Thank you Dilson And Lissette. Im very appreciative of what you guys did for me to have a working phone.

This is the first time I have been to T-Mobile and they have a great team. Julio who helped me out was an outstanding employee. Not only was he nice but he was very welcoming! This T-Mobile deserves the five stars!!!

My family and I were having issues with our data plan, so naturally we called T-mobile and Julio was the person who assisted us. He is awesome! He was able to solve the problem in less than 10 minutes, he was completely understanding of our situation and guided us through what to do for the next time we had a problem. Highly recommend speaking/seeing Julio when going into T-mobile.

Went To t-Mobile on Backus Avenue to get a new phone for my husband and to upgrade mine. we dealt with Dilson he was the best. Transferred all our numbers over no waiting at all when we got there. My husband had to cancel his old plan. He was on the phone with them like half an hour arguing with them because they knew he was gonna cancel. It is always a pleasure to go to T-Mobile Backus Avenue, the guys are great there.

The entire staff is great. Their knowledge of all products and how to fix any issues in a very timely manner.

This store was worth the drive! After a horrible experience at the Mount Kisco store I came to the Danbury store and had a wonderful experience. Dilson was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. It was a pain-free experience which is exactly what I was hoping.

Not an official retailer, this store is just some person that bought into the franchise. When I went to the Danbury flagship store they said the phone I purchased here was refurbished and they refused to fix it.This store is awful, my phone is a piece of junk. I tried complaining numerous times to T Mobile but their attitude is Oh well you should have known

Dilson is awesome! Our experience at this T Mobile was the best. Dilson was attentive, professional, pleasant, and knowledgable. We purchased a new iPhone 7plus and iPad with 4G. I was with T-Mobile from 2004-2011 on a family plan but needed something cheaper for myself alone. I came into T-Mobile Danbury after doing research on the new Samsung Galaxy S5, I was with Boost Mobile but didnt want to pay $600 at once for a phone on a plan that wasnt amazing in my area. I went to Verizon the night earlier and was impressed by the coverage they offer but didnt really want to spend $100+ a month for 1gb of data and unlimited talk&text. I walked in and went straight to the s5, and Bill Monroe immediately came over to help - he was knowledgeable, gracious and patient - I knew what I wanted but I had a lot of questions - he even transferred over all my content on my old smartphone to my s5! This was the best phone buying experience Ive had in a long time. Thank you!! PS. Joe was also helpful as well!

Total ripoff I bought 2 new Samsung phones from this store and I bought 2 screen protectors too. Which costed me $50 dollars 😳 .Total ripoff, later on I fought the same protector on line for $7 each.
