I fell in the flooding during the storm putting g my phone in rice for 3 days with no luck. I went to the store and was waited on within 5 minutes. They were wonderful great people, very experienced. They helped me set up my phone and recover my passwords, thank goodness. Im not use to change at the age of 50 but they did a great job. I will definitely refer your location and return with any needs. Thank you so very much to everyone there

Another terrible store. not a single aspect of. my visit was positive. ordered new phone, and signed up for tv. promos around phone were not fulfilled as promised at sale. TV was double each month. sign up promo was never honored. and the worst part is the kid they had there, John, apparently has a record of doing this and they just move him around. Manager claimed no responsibility or accountability. Emailed district manager Barbara, who stated someone would call me, they never did, repeated emails to Barbara went unanswered. Seems like these stores can just do whatever they want to swindle consumers, and worse is the fact that they represent ATT means nothing cause the main customer service people do nothing either. Its sad the only time ATT isnt a thorn in my side is when they get paid and i dont need anything.
The store is clean and uncrowded, we were the only people there. We got very personal and professional service which was nice. Well be back.
Best experience ever getting a new cellphone plan and phones. Erik was amazing in answering any and all questions alone with giving us all the information we needed to know about our plan. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended coming to this store location to do any and all business for AT&T customers. You will not be disappointed at all. Absolutely outstanding service, quality and customer care.
I went in the store because I had issues with my phone and email. The staff was amazing and friendly! Erik helped me and man is he a gem to the business! I was able to get everything working and they even went into my account to see if they could save me on my bill! This is the place to go for your tech needs!!!

Walked into the store to understand plans and promotions, worked with ASM Joao. He gave me misinformation about first net ; left a employee who didn’t know what she was doing *seemed new* and while helping with the sale. Two days later my mother goes into the store to apply the discount he said she could get and was told by the Store Manager that she is not eligible for it. She then called me and had me explain to him what was told to me, and luckily he fixed up the issue his ASM made. Unfortunately what happened after, the assistant store manager friended me on Facebook gathering my name from our AT&T account and claimed my name came up on suggested friends. Then told me to not lie to his manager and badmouth his employee that messed up my account. It seems a little off for an AT&T authorized retailer to have an employee invade a customers privacy. I also did not appreciate being called a liar when he was the one who told me about the deals, promotions, and the discounts my mother was eligible for. The girl I worked with was very nice, patient, and knowledge about phones.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Never have any issues at this location and theyre always quick to solve any problems and Meagan is always willing to help out and answer any questions I have. This is the AT&T store to go to!

Glad Erik has taken over as manager of this store, big improvement. He is patient and informative to our needs, assisted us in a timely manner. We left the store very pleased, confident and satisfied with our new phones. Also good to know Erik is closer for any issue that may arise.
Yesterday was my 2nd visit to this store and the customer service provided by Ben was exceptional! Ben was the rep who assisted me about 2 months ago and he remembered me and my visit which made me feel very nice. Ben was very polite and knowledgeable about his job and made both process very fast and easy.

Walked in and was greeted. I had asked for a specific phone. The sales rep walked me to the phone I was interested in. We talked about all of the features for a bit. I was impressed so purchased the phone . The sales rep recommended that I change my plan to the unlimited. I was reluctant at first because I have not gone over my data limit ever but they explained to me that I would be saving money. My plan was originally $100/mo and after all fees, $148. He mentioned that the new unlimited plan is $45 so id be saving a ton of money. This is what prompted me to get the phone. My bill comes in and my new charges total $140! I barely saved any money!!! I looked at the details and noticed there is a line fee of $35 which is more than double than what I was paying previous. I was taken advantage of and misinformed by the sales rep. I am considering porting out and paying off my phone due to this inconvenience. I can pay way less with Sprint!!!
Always get top notch help and my issues resolved. I recently switched back and love the new plans available plus the discounts offered for autopay and military.
They guys at this store were able to fix my phones networking issue that Tech Support couldnt even fix. Knowledgable and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Staff dont know anything, went there to move from T-mobile and they said I will get 650$ to help the transfer over and 3 months went by and nothing happened and I went back to the store more than 6 times and they said the employee didnt know any better and she doesnt work there anymore so they dont care and then they asked me to leave the store in very rude way. Theres no store manager and who ever th you called to ask was not respectful as he said he will give me a call back 2 times and I never got anything . At&t said that because this is retailer theyre not responsible for the mistakes so Im gonna have to figure it out with the store so after all the hassle all I got was a free iPhone case and 100$ in credits from at&t company not that retailer.Worst experience Ive ever had in my life dealing with any store

Hector is the best! dont mess with calling AT&T to activate your sim card, that was a total nightmare. Walked into the store and my phone was activated, problem solved and on my way in less than 10 minutes and Hector was the only person in the store handling other customers. He was the bomb!!

Went to this store with my phone with a problem with my phone. He could careless about my problem. He told me to call the insurance company. The salesman was very rude and unfriendly. Went to another AT&T store and received excellent service. My problem was taken care of in no time.
I asked for a $30 talk and text plan only the manager Hector put me on the $35 plan when I specifically said I want no data and he enrolled me in auto pay without my permission. I had to call at&t customer service to fix it but now Im paying more money for something Im not using and with the next payment have to go in the store and change the plan again and no absans when I call his store first time dealing with at&t and very disappointed
The customer servive at this store is outstanding!! Silverio helped me through an upgrade of 2 iPnone 8s. He was extremely helpful in explaining all the various offers available in order that I got the best deal. He also very patiently explained the various new features of the 2 phones. Everyone elase I met in the store was also very pleasant and friendly.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but the Wi-Fi at the store is so slow that it literally took 5 hrs to download the contents of my old phone onto my new phone. Dont go to this location if youre looking to get in and out quickly.
The service by the employee was excellent. Two of us had issues with phone viruses. He helped us simultaneously. I learned that when offers come up to clean the phone, I should ignore them. My smart phone does this with automatic maintenance. The pop ups when opened let in the viruses and advertisements. Phones are hacked to make $ from advertisers. ATT service is very poor, it is no longer supported via a computer. Employees have a tablet which is exceptionally SLOW! Takes a half hour to pull up past records. Two years ago when I purchased my phone in this exact store, communication with ATT was superior to now. ATT seems to be going backwards.
