If I could have given this place a zero I would first off I asked about the WiFi product that they had that I wanted to be added to my account so first she told me it could not be added because it’s a WiFi device but then she gives me a phone number to use to pay for the device then I guess she just did not know what she was doing I waited their for almost an hour because she said she was having network issues at first I though she was just messing with me but then I decided that I didn’t care how long it would take for me to completed this transaction and I was ready to Spend the rest of the day their just on principal, this lady was rude and clearly did not know what she was doing another person came and they stated speaking in their language about upgrading her device while she’s explaining how to upgrade her phone and ignoring the fact that I have been waiting their for and hour and still waiting, I’m a Veteran and forgot about asking if their were any Veterans discounts available today since it was Veterans Day smh please so sad and disgusting, needless to say I will never enter that establishment again.
