After having a bad experience at different Verizon store, I went to the store in Danbury for help. They were amazing and helped me with my specific issue and made it very easy as well. The team is great here!

Came to swap out an older phone for the 13 pro. New iPhone came defective, Dom helped to order a new one. Very professional and great customer service!

Wow I want to give a shout out to the Danbury Wireless Verizon Store. I was greeted and helped by such a nice employee name Alan Brooks . He helped me pick the perfect phone. There was no pressure at all. He explained everything so I could understand. I would highly recommend him and this store!!!!!

Unfortunately have to agree with many of the negative reviews here. The salesmen at this location seem more interested in slipping in unnecessary and expensive add-ons with the hope you wont notice. The lack of transparency and adding in required Verizon protect insurance plans will inflate your bill. Had to spend a lot of time talking to Verizon to straighten out the mess. Partially Verizon is to blame as it is a fee heavy company but watch out specifically for this location.

Buyer beware!!! Return policy 14 days will not return any item past that time even if items sealed in box and untouched!! This is NOT an official Verizon retailer. Don”be fooled!! Best to shop elsewhere!! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have.

Ryan Kuska, in the Danbury branch spent an inordinate amount of time figuring out what was wrong with my phone. He was very competent, cordial and professional in his approach. He is a sales representative who demonstrates exactly whatmwhat Verizon such a wonderful resource for those of us who are not tech savvy.

Very poor service. Johan was the agent and he basically lied to me. Offer one thing and deliver something completely different. End up paying 415 for 15 day service. Be careful with this shop! They will try to sell you everything you dont need, not interested on your need, just on their comision.

Buyer BEWARE. I was, at first, given an excellent price to purchase an iphoneXR with a $300 discount if I turned in my current iphone. They had to order my phone and when I returned a few days later I was told I could not leave the store unless THEY did the set-up for an additional $50 plus I had to pay the tax on the phone at full price. Total came to an additional $88. Then two weeks later I get a notice from Verizon thanking me for signing up for a Verizon Protect plan at an additional charge that I never authorized. These guys may seem nice but they are a scam. Check each charge very carefully and dont buy into the BS that they have to set up your phone.

This is the best Verizon store anywhere and I received the BEST customer service i have ever experienced in the 10+ years of owning iPhones from any Verizon store. They are even better than the Apple store customer service has ever been. I was upgrading my kids’ phones and they gave me the best deals. David also offered to review my account and was able to lower my bill. I would highly recommend visiting this store first before going anywhere!!!

I waited more than two hours for the seller to activate a Galaxy Note 20 I was buying, I will not be returning to this store. the store in Federal RD is much better and faster. I also saw that employees work slowly to serve other customers. I saw customers waiting another 30 minutes, some customers left without being served. I ARRIVED 5PM AT THE STORE AND NOW IS 7H12 AND IM STILL HERE. They could be faster

Went in a few weeks ago for a new phone. Got ripped off. Salesman told me it would only cost a few hundred to upgrade. After all was signed for I come to find out by him that I actually owe over $1,000 for it, which was never talked about before hand after asking multiple times. They tell you prices for cheap models to make you think that’s what you’re paying for on the phone your actually interested in. Happened to me and my dad in the same month. You’re better off somewhere else.

After having an issue with my phone bill. I went back into the Danbury Newtown Rd location looking for help with understanding my bill. This location was where I purchased my phone. Unfortunately NOONE was willing to help assist me. The manager of this location gave me the name of the sales representative that assisted me with my original purchase and informed me that he no longer worked at that location. I was given the sales representative new location which was about 45 minutes further then the current location. I was recommended to proceed to the Newtown CT. Location. Which was a total inconvenience.

All I can say is wow! I’ve been in the store a few times and have exclusively worked with David Falletta. We are trying to switch over from sprint and came in to inquire about what our options were. He has been beyond patient, understanding, And overall is really trying to make it as cost-effective as possible for us, which during this time- is more important than ever. Furthermore, he has gone out of his way to be our very own personal tech support. I had no idea half of the functions on my phone until David showed them to me... I am not very tech savvy and he was super patient and understanding and even helped me with my daughters iPad as well on a separate occasion. Can’t recommend him enough. He really goes above and beyond, and I I am even more confident with my decision to just leave Sprint because I have somebody like David I know I can come to with anything.

I came in with a phone emergency phone in a bag of rice. A store manager named Damiano came to my rescue. We went over different options other than the prepaid plan I have currently. He was not pushy like the other locations I have been to. I highly recommend this location and hopefully will come back on better circumstances. Thank you for all your help!

Will never go back to this store. I found out that the sales person signed me up for assurion insurance for my new phone without my knowledge and after telling him I didn’t want it. I feel defrauded and will recommend to everyone I know to never use this store.

Outstanding!!! My mother had an old dying iPhone and I finally was able to convince her it was time to get a new one. I love Apple, but I knew the mall and the Apple store would be too much for her. A couple of days ago I called this Verizon store and spoke with Ryan who assured me they would be able to help her. Aleek at Verizon was very helpful! I totally messed up my old iPhone so bad it was unrepairable and he got me into the same iPhone. I had my password saved for everything on my broken phone so he went above and beyond to help me get them all back. He was very patient and so helpful. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get into a phone or anyone going to a Verizon Wireless definitely come to this one you won’t be disappointed. All the Verizon I been to in the past we just rude and didn’t care to help so it meant a lot he went above and beyond to do so. Truly the most amazing customer service I’ve ever dealt with from a Verizon. If I could give 10 starts I would. Highly recommend and I promise this will be the best Verizon you have ever felt with.

Friendly enough but, went in to take care of something quick and ended up waiting 20 minutes and finally leaving without getting anything done. Two associates were busy at their desks with other customers. I was told one should be ready in about five minutes. Obviously not the case and they didnt look any closer to wrapping up when I had to leave.
